15/10/2025: There aren’t words to express how amazing this meal was. Far and away the best of my life! My husband and I came in after arriving late into town and checking into our hotel. We saw the lights at Fabiani and thought it looked lovely. We had no idea the joy awaiting us. Our server, Mary, was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. We ordered a multi-course chef’s choice (one with tartufo nero and one without) and let me just say—this chef is incredible. Every single bite was beautifully crafted and balanced, each one somehow better than the last. We felt like we were splurging to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, but only spent about €100 total for a bottle of wine, sparkling water, and two six-course meals plus coffees, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. We closed the restaurant and literally gave the chef a standing ovation when he came out. We hope to return again soon. Grazie mille to the whole staff!

17/11/2025: A very welcoming and charming restaurant, with a slightly vintage feel, yet excellent for a dinner with friends or special occasions where you want a bit of privacy. I was there for a business dinner, and the service was excellent from the start, and the food was equally good. The service was friendly, polite, and very polite. I recommend the meat, and a good appetizer with a mix of local cured meats and cheeses. For dessert, I had a delicious tartlet, beautifully filled.

28/10/2025: I travelled alone and had an almost perfect evening here. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Since I couldn't decide which pasta to have as my first course, I asked for a recommendation. I was served an excellent pasta dish with ricotta cheese, truffles and local sausage. This was followed by a tender tagliata with truffle sauce. All this at a reasonable, fair price Thank you for the wonderful dinner.

09/11/2025: Wonderful! I felt at home with all the delicacies they served us, and it took me back to when I lived in the beautiful town of Nocera and my family cooked the same things! I'll definitely return, perhaps in the summer, when you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you even more.

We were very comfortable; the dinner was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best time of year, but as we were leaving, we ran into a quiet fox who approached us as if he were at home... what a pleasant encounter!

We arrived here after eight years of "sooner or later...", and from the first taste, it was clear that Umbria is here, but not the predictable postcard one. The dishes are authentic, flavorful, conceived with a creativity that never betrays the substance. Each course arrives at the table like a small, carefully curated scene, without ostentation: precise presentations, balanced contrasts, and that pleasant feeling of being in a restaurant that knows exactly what it wants to be and demonstrates it in every detail. In short: high expectations, zero disappointment.

23/11/2025: Excellent!! We found this place by chance for lunch, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Quality dishes, with a good selection of meat and fish. The welcome makes you feel at home, as if you've been a longtime customer. Highly recommended if you're in the area. P.S. The exterior might give you pause, but don't worry, come inside because you definitely won't regret it.

11/11/2025: Average place, very slow service, waiters who didn't know what was for the first or second course. You'd order water and it would arrive after ten minutes. An ideal place for those who want to stuff themselves. The appetizers are good, it must be said, and there's a certain amount of attention to detail, especially with the cheeses. The first and second courses are completely average. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the hype isn't justified. The place is completely average, nothing special, but nothing good either. Definitely not worth traveling the miles from Rome or other cities.

28/09/2025: I was waiting to return to review and confirm the 5 stars. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly, the food was plentiful and truly good, and the dishes we tried were delicious. - Appetizer for two: both hot and cold, nicely portioned and without any poor-quality cured meats. - Zucchini flowers, larger than expected and absolutely up to par. - Umbricelli with white Chianina beef ragù, also very filling, both in flavor and portion size. - Caramels with guinea fowl and chestnuts, truly delicious. - Potatoes and onions in foil, perfect as an appetizer. - Lamb, perfectly cooked and generously sized. - Rabbit tastes like grandma used to make. - The price was also perfect. Furthermore, the restaurant charges a cover charge but includes welcome sparkling wine and bread that isn't just two dull slices of homemade bread. Overall, a truly excellent discovery.
