The restaurant is housed in ancient rooms with large brick arches and wooden vaulted ceilings. It's charming. In one of these rooms, where tables are also set up, the kitchen opens up to a full view, where two undeniably talented chefs are at work, and you can watch them prepare the various courses. There's also an interesting wine display along the walls. You're greeted by the wait staff with smiles, kindness, and attentiveness—three important qualities that have become rare in large cities. The menu focuses primarily on seasonal products, fundamental elements of our culinary tradition. It's extremely difficult to recommend one dish over another, as they're all top-notch. In fact, you're spoiled for choice, thanks in part to the two chefs' interesting interpretations. The cheese puffs and the onion gratin with truffle are just a few of the appetizers to mention; Tagliatelle with asparagus and speck, and fusilli with white pork ragù and truffle, for the first courses; goat's cheese mousse with coccole and agretti, and the excellent meats, for the second courses. The wine cellar offers a significant number of excellent labels. To feel completely satisfied, you need to return several times to be sure of a good meal. Kudos to all the staff who run this restaurant. Finally, it's worth noting that the quality-price ratio is excellent.
