27/12/2024: Sad pizza We have visited this pizzeria several times and have not had any major complaints so far. What should be positively highlighted are the spacious parking lot, the sufficient number of seats in the restaurant and the friendly, hard-working service, which usually makes your stay pleasant. The pizza has always been okay in the past, although not exceptional. Unfortunately, our impression changed noticeably on our last visit. The quality of the pizza was disappointing. The calzoncini, whose filling consisted of a minimal amount of mozzarella, a slice of salami and, at best, half a slice of ham, were particularly negative. It was really disappointing and didn't deserve the name "Calzoncini". The regular pizzas also left a lot to be desired: Mozzarella was only found in the center, and the toppings seemed sparse and economical. We hope that this criticism is taken seriously, as the restaurant, with its otherwise positive aspects, actually has potential. Improving the quality of ingredients and preparation could certainly help keep guests coming back. At the moment, however, we unfortunately have to say that the quality of the food has decreased significantly. We'll be happy to give the pizzeria another chance if we hear of an improvement.

19/01/2025: Wir haben sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen erlebt. Das Essen war gut und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr in Ordnung. Die Geschwindigkeit mit der alles gebracht wird, ist etwas ungewöhnlich (schnell) … wir hatten gerade den Aperitif bekommen kam in den nächsten Minuten auch schon die Suppe - kaum war die Suppe „ausgelöffelt“ war auch schon die Hauptspeise am Tisch.

05/01/2025: Un buon ristorante, cucina tradizionale, arredi in classico stile alpino, servizio professionale e cortese. Prezzi in linea con quelli di altri ristoranti. Consigliato.

21/12/2024: We have been guests of the owner Karin for years. Both in winter and in the summer months. Hospitality, kindness and courtesy make you feel at home. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartments. The central location in the village makes amenities close at hand. Convenient dedicated car parking. Highly recommended.

13/03/2025: Mittags in Familia kurz vor zwölf angekommen. Freundlicher Empfang und Zuweisung eines Tisches. Prompte Bedienung und aufmerksames Personal. Speisen gut präsentiert, ausgewogen im Geschmack und preislich angemessen. Besser draußen sitzen bei passender Witterung, drinnen herrscht reger Durchgangsverkehr, da halb Bozen die Toiletten im Untergeschoss nutzt und dazu quer durch das ganze Lokal läuft, was das ruhige Ambiente stört.

19/10/2024: Excellent place, free parking available, only flaw in the breakfast, mainly salty and not very sweet.

11/09/2024: Old hotel. Located on the road with the noise of cars that can be heard heavily in the room with the windows closed. I ate a dish of tagliatelle with questionable ragù at the restaurant and paid more (17€) than the price indicated on the menu (12€) with the excuse that the portion was large.... do as you please!!!

19/03/2025: One of the best in Ritten. The chef is simply amazing and his wife is the best.

08/10/2024: Cozy and centrally located inn. Shops and bus connections in the immediate vicinity. The cuisine is typical of the country and very tasty. There is something for everyone here. Have been there several times and would love to come back!

24/09/2024: We ate in this restaurant on September 23rd, 2024 and we have to say that this was the worst restaurant in Naturno so far. I wanted to eat the beef goulash, but only in a small portion, according to the dominant waitress that wasn't possible, strangely enough, that wasn't a problem with the roast pork, which is absolutely incomprehensible. Furthermore, we actually had to leave immediately upon arrival because the cook was standing at the door to smoke - which he was allowed to do - but it should be possible to return the guest's greeting. We actually only went to the restaurant to eat the goulash that was offered, which was not possible according to our wishes. There are some good restaurants in Naturns where you can eat great food without being patronized by the dominant condition.

09/04/2025: Excellent and varied cuisine and very friendly staff. Welcoming environment with pleasant internal room and large sheltered outdoor space, ideal in summer. And last but not least, our customers are also welcome. 4-legged friends, which is not always a given. I always come back willingly.

06/01/2025: In una fredda sera di dicembre abbiamo trovato questo locale molto accogliente!! Mi ha sorpreso il personale , tutti giovani ragazzi super preparati che creano un clima davvero piacevole, come sentirci a casa. Abbiamo ordinato due primi (tagliatelle al ragù ci cervo ottime) e uno stinco. Tutto ottimo. Ci siamo trovati così bene che siamo ritornati anche la sera successiva. Bravissimi !!! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Qualità buona e prezzi nella media.

25/03/2025: Bel locale, non c'è che dire... Cibo senza lode ne infamia, menù vario. Peccato che al momento di pagare la cameriera scorbutica e maleducata ha colpito.... Aumentato di 3.50 il prezzo del piatto per ketchup e maionese mai ordinati, scandaloso, usando toni inappropriati. Mi dispiace ma non mi rivedranno più

12/02/2025: Das Restaurant besitzt einen wunderschönen Biergarten der mit einer herzlichen Atmosphäre überzeugt. Vor allem Abends sitzt man dort sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und vom Preis Leistungs Niveau absolut vertretbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

28/03/2025: Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr zur Pralongia Hütte. Das Essen war stets schmackhaft und frisch. Seit Winter 24/25 hat die Qualität markant nachgelassen. Gestern jedoch war das Mittagessen besonders schlecht. Die Lasagne war nicht frisch und verwürzt. Sie hatte die Konsistenz von einem Brei. Die Soße unter der Käseschicht war schnittfest. Was für das Aufwärmen einer alten Lasagne in der Mikrowelle spricht. Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren durchschnittlichlich. Schade. War es doch immer ein schöner Ort mit gutem Essen.

09/03/2025: Sapori meravigliosi! Ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo rifugio che già conoscevamo da anni! Ci hanno stupito di nuovo! Cucina di livello assoluto con cura negli impiattamenti e nei sapori!

04/02/2025: Il locale, situato in una via laterale del centro storico a 5min da piazza Walther, si presenta carino e ben arredato. Il menù, che varia in base al periodo, propone piatti non strettamente legati alle ricette della tradizione locale. La carta dei vini è ben fornita, dove, oltre a vini del territorio, è possibile scegliere etichette provenienti da altre zone della penisola. Il conto leggermente alto rispetto all'offerta della zona.

14/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di festeggiare il mio compleanno presso questo locale e devo dire che ne sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. In primis per la disponibilità del titolare che si è prodigato per perfezionare il menù mettendo anche a disposizione alternative per i vegetariani; poi per tutto il personale che si è dimostrato professionale e molto disponibile ad accontentare varie richieste nel miglior modo possibile, nonostante la tavolata comprendesse un numero abbastanza elevato di invitati e nonostante il resto del ristorante fosse davvero full, insomma una festa come me la ero immaginata. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è stato tutto davvero ottimo, confermato da tutti i commensali compresi i vegetariani. Il conto è stato più che in linea con la qualità del cibo servito. Locale vivamente consigliato e ancora grazie per tutto!

Al momento di pagare la cameriera, una signora di una certa età, invece di ringraziare una volta pagato, si è girata e se n’è andata. Forse perché parlavo italiano? Complimenti per la cortesia

22/02/2025: Mi sarebbe piaciuto tanto recensire bene questo luogo perché visivamente è meraviglioso, sia come panorama che come struttura. Peccato che in piena alta stagione sia chiuso ben due giorni a settimana (martedì e mercoledì), cosa che trovo assolutamente lecita per i lavoratori del rifugio, MA NON IN ALTA STAGIONE!!! Dopo la camminata ci si aspetta di consumare un bel piatto e caldo e di scendere lungo la pista in slittino, mentre ciò che si trova è solo la delusione di trovare tutto chiuso. Colpa mia che sicuramente dovevo guardare sul sito, ma non trovo accettabile che in alta stagione un rifugio così rinomato chiuda per due giorni alla settimana . Oltretutto non lasciando neanche aperto il noleggio slittino e costringendo le persone a farsi 6 km di pista in discesa al ritorno dopo la salita presente per arrivare fin lì.
