27/10/2025: A visit to Mösl is a must for every South Tyrol vacation! Cartwheel-sized pizzas of the highest quality. A wide selection of Italian and Alpine products that are simply a delight. Fast and friendly service from long-serving staff. Due to high demand, reservations are recommended! We were really lucky last night, as they're going on holiday today! We wish the entire team a well-deserved vacation!

26/10/2025: A classic restaurant with excellent cuisine. The Wiener Schnitzel is delicious. The pizzas are enormous. The Kaiserschmarrn is a poem.

26/08/2025: Very clean. The atmosphere is stunning and quaint. I suggest providing a hairdryer in the bathroom.

07/08/2025: We had a great time. Excellent value for money. Very spacious rooms. The lady who runs the hotel is lovely, very kind, and always available. The cakes from the pastry shop are always fresh and phenomenal.

22/10/2025: This review is for the coffee shop only, not the hotel. The coffee is decent, but the staff is rude.

23/09/2025: Once a magical place with prompt service and an excellent selection of pastries, today the service is mediocre and the selection is limited and not as excellent as it once was. I've been going to this pastry shop for 35 years, and I speak with full knowledge of the facts.

03/10/2025: It was a delicious lunch. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious! The freshly baked pretzels, not pictured, were really tasty.

21/09/2025: We dined at this restaurant two nights during our week-long stay in the beautiful Ortisei and were completely satisfied both evenings with the excellently cooked, top-quality dishes, the perfect wine pairing recommended, the intimate and characteristic setting, and, above all, the exquisite welcome from the very kind owner and all the young and friendly staff...see you on our next stay!

03/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante birreria con personale gentilissimo, spazi adatti ai bambini (bagni dotati di fasciatoio enorme e wc e lavandino per bimbi, seggioloni, set per disegnare in attesa del pasto. Ottimi piatti a prezzi nella norma e ovviamente birre per ogni gusto. Vicino anche lo shop per acquistare prodotti Forst.

21/04/2025: Pietanze buone, locale tenuto bene, servizio non all'altezza del posto: il cameriere un po' inesperto (si è leggermente perso il nostro ordine) e cameriera sfacciata nei modi (ci ha lanciato le torte sul tavolo). Abbiamo richiesto lo scontrino ed il cameriere voleva sapere se lo volessimo sul serio perché non lo trovava piu; alla fine ce l'hanno fatto nuovo falsificando le pietanze prese.

14/08/2025: Excellent hotel. Kind and welcoming staff, Mrs. Anita and Annalisa, very courteous and helpful. Nice hotel, close to the center, clean rooms. Highly recommended.

12/08/2025: I stopped to eat here in this place I only had the second course with vegetables and everything was very good, the staff was kind and the owner was very kind, I stayed only a few minutes but I could also see how fantastically clean this place is, super ok.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

12/11/2025: I was there a few days ago. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service excellent, and the food very good. Prices were a little high at first, but considering the portions, they were average! It's a shame it's so far away, otherwise I'd gladly return often.

19/10/2025: The chestnut soup was delicious and enough for two. The pizza was tasty. The crowning glory was the tiramisu!

25/10/2025: A true insider tip in a beautiful location. The food was not only delicious but also arrived surprisingly quickly – perfect for a stop after a hike. The super friendly service is particularly noteworthy: attentive, warm, and with a smile. You immediately feel welcome. We'd love to come back!

15/10/2025: We were there at the beginning of October, and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was delicious, we received good service, and the hut's location on the way to the Großer and Kleiner Kornigl is convenient. The prices are very fair! If I remember correctly, €3.50 for a half-liter of beer, which you hardly get anywhere else these days. There's also a swing and goats, which the kids loved.

03/10/2025: Without a doubt, the best Chinese restaurant in Bolzano. Well-executed traditional dishes, excellent ingredients, and the entire staff are friendly and courteous.

23/09/2025: The guy from Jiangsu and Zhejiang who recommended the sweet and sour spareribs, I went to eat it despite all the bad reviews, based on the principle of fellow countrymen trusting fellow countrymen. The meat had a smell, it was obvious that it was fried and then frozen and then taken out to cook again, a xian smell (I don’t know how to say this smell in Mandarin), which could not be covered by such strong sweet and sour oil. How can he praise it so much? In my family, such meat would be thrown away... I carefully ordered the dishes recommended by the reviews. I can only say don’t come, you won’t go there even if you are starving.

14/11/2025: Our room had a bathroom straight out of the 70s. Unbelievable! Children were playing in the hallways. There was a lot of noise. The food was consistently oversalted and carelessly presented. The area in front of the hotel was slippery. It hadn't been gritted. We almost slipped. The hotel elevator stops on an intermediate level for each floor. This means you ALWAYS have to climb stairs to get to your room. Half-board was outrageously overpriced for a 3-star hotel, and the blonde woman at reception even had the nerve to say that she should have charged us even more, but she was being accommodating. Almost €1300 for 4 nights!!!! We will definitely not be coming back!

08/12/2025: We discovered this place a few months ago. We'd heard great things about it, so out of curiosity, we decided to try it. The first time we went for pizza, it was a pleasant surprise. It was truly delicious: crispy, well-topped, and not at all heavy, which is rare these days. When you eat well, you don't have to worry about the extra euro. This time, too, we were satisfied with the quality and price. We were so pleased that we decided to organize our daughter's confirmation. We arranged for an aperitif of mixed-flavor pizzas (which the guests loved), followed by a grilled meat platter with sides. They outdid themselves here: the meat melted in your mouth, soft, tender, and truly EXCELLENT. There was a mix of beef, pork, spareribs, Lucanghe sausages, and sausages, and the platters were generous. The potatoes were truly delicious. We had the whole room to ourselves, a group of about 25 people, and when there are small children who can roam freely, it's a godsend. In fact, I must admit, they gave us a lot of freedom and were very patient, as children are notoriously lively. The service was very fast, and despite being staffed by young people, it was precise, courteous, and orderly. The owner is a wonderful person, she puts you at ease and is available in every way; you can tell she cares about ensuring her guests are completely satisfied. We also had a vegetarian guest, and they prepared a delicious mixed platter for him as well, so they accommodate those requests/needs as well. We didn't have the pleasure of eating the fish, but we'll definitely try next time, as the kitchen produced some truly inviting dishes. We also discovered that you can order fresh Florentine steak that day; they don't have anything vacuum-packed in the fridge for days, so you have to reserve it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The location is pleasant, especially the outdoor area, which is certainly delightful in spring/summer, being at the foot of the mountain. My only regret is that at the moment (December 2025), work on the old ice rink has made the short stretch of road (just a few steps) to get to the restaurant a little less convenient. I think the municipality of Laives could have been a little more considerate and respectful of the work of these people who put so much effort and are so dedicated to their work. In any case, it certainly won't be a deterrent for us because, given the way the food is served, this "inconvenience" that wasn't their fault is easily overcome. I'm sorry I don't have any photos, even if the eye couldn't quite tell you the quality of the meat, but we were too busy eating it rather than photographing it. 😁 Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.

24/07/2025: Bolzano è piena di ristoranti , ma nella maggioranza di essi non ti sentirai veramente trattato come a casa , E questo ristorante fa la differenza Una perla a Bolzano , cucina tipica calabrese piatti abbondanti e molto generosi ospitalità tipica del sud Italia Quindi se vuoi mangiare bene e se vuoi un accoglienza è un ospitalità che va fuori dalle abitudini Bolzanine non puoi non andare a mangiare da loro

23/07/2025: Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza bella. Sono stata nell’osteria del mio amico e… che ve lo dico a fa’? Ho mangiato una cacio e pepe da leccarsi i baffi (anche se non li ho 😂). Cremosa al punto giusto, saporita ma equilibrata, insomma: una bomba! Il posto è accogliente, si respira aria di casa e si mangia da re! Complimenti davvero, si vede che dietro ai piatti c’è passione, amore e tanta voglia di far star bene la gente. Se passate da queste parti, fatevi un favore: prenotate e andateci. Lo stomaco vi ringrazierà 😋👏🍝
