01/09/2025: We can highly recommend the place and the hotel to seven men from Dresden and the surrounding area and thank the Unterberger family for their hospitality. We stayed at the South Tyrolean hotel for a week and enjoyed it very much, given our needs. We wish the Unterberger family a peaceful, healthy, and successful future. THANK YOU again.

27/02/2025: Dopo averlo scoperto scendendo con gli sci abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel bellissimo rifugio. Fuori si deve attendere che sia assegnato un tavolo. L'interno è stupendo, rustico ma di gran gusto. Il menù è tipico e i prezzi sono alti, le foto presneti testimonino la frequentazione di molti personaggi famosi. Le prozioni sono molto abbondanti: in 3 avremmo dovuto prendere solo 2 piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo carpaccio di cervo, piatto perfetto, una gulaschsuppe molto speziata e aromatica che abbiamo lasciato in parte e tagliatelle con ragù al coltello di selvaggina, molto buone anche se dal gusto troppo dolciastro. Le tagliatelle erano abbondantissime e non leggere, infatti la digestione è stata impegnativa. Il sevizio è molto attento. Con 2 piccole birre, una cola e un buon strudel abbiamo speso 79 euro. Sosta molto piacevole.

23/02/2025: Chalet curato, caldo e rilassante. Molti tavoli a disposizione interni ed esterni ma subito serviti da personale preparato e cortese. Primi piatti serviti in padella, secondi abbondanti e gustosi , qualità prezzo uno dei migliori all’ Alpe di Siusi. Toilette particolarmente pulita e in ordine e non è scontato considerando l’ afflusso di sciatori.

28/02/2025: Pilze auf der Pizza waren aus der Dose ungenießbar. Nudeln mit Hirsch Nudeln Weich und nicht warm Hirsch schmeckt nicht nach Hirsch.

04/10/2025: Terrible experience. I waited an hour and a half for my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. While I was waiting, they called me several times asking me to change pizzas and dishes. Just excuse after excuse, zero professionalism, and no customer service. Once and never again.

18/07/2025: I had to wait 30 minutes for the delivery. And then I ended up having to pick it up myself. The food isn't good either.

20/09/2025: The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The location is very nice.

13/08/2025: Nice location, but unfortunately, that was about it. We had to wait forever for the waiter to take our order after asking. The two fruit spritzers and two iced coffees were okay, but not particularly large. €36+ for that is outrageous!

19/08/2025: The atmosphere is dirty and dated. The food isn't up to par with the location and is definitely overpriced for the merely decent quality. Please note: all restaurants close at 1:30 PM; orders are not accepted after that.

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

08/03/2025: Locale grande ma fortunatamente non molto affollato e tranquillo. Pensavo di trovare cucina tipica, ma di piatti tipici ne ho trovati pochi. Quel che ho mangiato era abbastanza buono.

10/08/2025: The hotel is in a great location right in the center, a great location but it also has some drawbacks, if you have a room next to the road, there's the problem of cars and noisy engines... The breakfast is plentiful and correct, the service is on a high level, so I recommend this place to all quick travelers

25/06/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

22/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata tranquilla e non rumorosa. Servizio Top assoluta tranquillità. Prodotti di alta qualità specialità regionali non solo locali eseguiti secondo la tradizione. Ho chiesto la vera cotoletta alla milanese (e Viennese) di vitello con l'osso cotta nel burro chiarificato e mi è stata accolta la richiesta.

18/07/2025: Le pizze da asporto che abbiamo ordinato non erano solo belle ma anche molto buone. Oltre a questo, un dettaglio non da sottovalutare è l'utilizzo di cartoni per l'asporto composto da fibre vegetali e privo di sbiancanti chimici. Non posso che dire Bravissimi per le scelte degli ingredienti (tutti)!!

24/09/2025: Very disappointing! Don't go there. The food is very bad. I'm in the bathroom after an hour of dinner and I won't tell you what I'm doing.

29/08/2025: The food was excellent (we had pizza, pasta and dessert) and always prepared quickly. The service deserves special praise. It was pleasant, attentive, fast. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant.

05/10/2025: Positive experience. I ate fish and left satisfied. The portions were adequate and the food was good. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I'll be back! Good value for money.

20/06/2025: I can't rate the food, but I can rate the service and hospitality. I find it a complete disrespect when you call ahead to ask how long your meal will be served and the owner tells you 10:45 p.m. When we arrived for dinner at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday evening, we discovered that the restaurant was already closed and dark. When we asked why we'd been given the wrong information over the phone, all we got was a reproachful look from the owner, who asked us what we were doing coming by at that time. I'd just like to mention that according to Google, the restaurant is officially open until 11:30 p.m.

25/08/2025: Locals eat here. If you don’t expect a Michelin experience, but want to get a decent meal at great value, BiKa is your place! I wouldn’t recommend the burgers, you can find better (yes, even locally), but any regular cooked meal is alright and you can get healthy options too.

08/09/2025: The Merano thermal baths bistro is located in the square of the same name. The space is generous with well-placed tables, but the real highlight is the long L-shaped sofa, available until 6:30 PM, after which you'll be forced to get up, somewhat abruptly, because it'll be dismantled and stored in the nearby wooden gazebo. The blond-haired woman with the long braid who waits at the tables isn't particularly gracious in her manner or tact, and the service is reminiscent of a Mexican paseda. However, the aperitifs, coffee bar, and cuisine are all of good quality. With the rough edges smoothed out, the bistro is a perfect place to spend some quality time.
