10/07/2025: Haben einen entspannten Abend im Nadamas verbracht bei coolen Drinks und super Bedienung! Leute waren sehr entspannt und wir durften "Basti" kennenlernen. Danke nochmal für das Feuerzeug!😉

02/03/2025: Il locale in sé è molto carino. Gente di varia età, giovane e meno giovane e di background molto diversi. Sull'atmosfera che si incontra nulla da ridire. Anzi, bello! Cibo e bevande mi sembrano nella norma. L'elemento sgradevole è il personale. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza grande, abbiamo ordinato più volte varie cose (tra cui 2 bottiglie di vino, e più giri di spritz/aperitivo). Alla mia richiesta di una porzione di patatine (un sollecito, perché le avevo già chieste al secondo giro ma non erano arrivate), la risposta, accompagna da una strana espressione, è stata "vedo cosa posso fare". Ecco, "vedo cosa posso fare" non è una risposta che rifilirei a un cliente, non dopo tutto quello che era stato ordinato! Le patatine sono ben arrivate, ma l'esperienza si è conclusa con questa nota poco piacevole :-/

13/08/2025: Nice location, but unfortunately, that was about it. We had to wait forever for the waiter to take our order after asking. The two fruit spritzers and two iced coffees were okay, but not particularly large. €36+ for that is outrageous!

05/07/2025: Excellent ice cream parlor with small snacks, great ambiance for outdoor seating – even in warmer temperatures. We'll be back on our next visit to Merano. Restrooms very clean, service first-class. Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Locals eat here. If you don’t expect a Michelin experience, but want to get a decent meal at great value, BiKa is your place! I wouldn’t recommend the burgers, you can find better (yes, even locally), but any regular cooked meal is alright and you can get healthy options too.

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck. Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.

20/04/2025: Nice bistro at the Meran thermal baths! There is a large outdoor area under umbrellas and also indoor seating. You can get smaller dishes, all kinds of drinks and also cakes. Once you have noticed the service, the operation works properly.

18/04/2025: You are sent away at 4:40 p.m. if you “just” want something to drink. Bad service and very unfriendly! Then somewhere else...

25/08/2025: Beautiful, traditional, family-run restaurant. You're welcomed like family with a smile and kindness. The food is truly delicious and home-cooked. The prices are very reasonable. We had a really good time and I highly recommend it for a traditional meal.

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

01/03/2025: Rifugio Strepitoso ! Accogliente , curato in ogni minimo particolare . Siamo stati lì per cena , un atmosfera indescrivibile ! Per non parlare del cibo …… tutto veramente buono. Dalla carne al pesce hai primi! Direi che non c’è nulla da aggiungere ….. se non un consiglio , se andate a Corvara , andate a trascorrere una serata qui !

29/01/2025: Bellissimo posto, terrazzo molto accogliente al sole. Buona qualità del cibo (non da top, ma molto buona). Peccato non ci sia servizio ai tavoli seppur i prezzi sono come se ci fosse.

24/03/2025: Che dire in una serata di marzo, prendere l’ovovia alle 20 e giungere in questo locale sconosciuto, essere accolti da focolari all’esterno che rendono l’atmosfera magica. All’interno la società che ci ha invitato aveva organizzato un buffet di antipasti pantagruelico. A seguire primo, secondo e dolce serviti al tavolo. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. A chiudere musica e balli. All’una di notte l ovovia ti riporta in paese. Fantastico.

13/07/2025: Sono stato a mangiare a pranzo con tutta la mia famiglia in questo rifugio e ho trovato uno staff molto gentile e cortese che sanno fare molto bene il suo lavoro quando l’ambiente è positivo il servizio si riflette sul cliente ed in questo caso il servizio è stato ottimo complimenti a tutto lo staff, ma soprattutto a Daniel

13/06/2025: Volevo terminare in bellezza una bellissima vacanza con un tempo favoloso, in uno dei posti più stupefacenti d'Italia, invece sono capitata in un locale che più che un rifugio o comunque un posto d'accoglienza Montanaro mi sembra un manicomio. Camerieri, evidentemente sovraccarichi di lavoro, danno i numeri in un posto che definire squallido è fargli un complimento: non c'è la minima cura in nessuna parte del locale e non è lontanamente paragonabile a tutti gli altri rifugi, malghe e posti di ristoro che voi potete trovare a Seceda e all'Alpe di Chiusi. A dispetto della vista meravigliosa il locale è veramente di ultima categoria. Non posso giudicare la qualità del cibo visto che con l'andazzo che c'era mi sono limitata a ordinare un semplice succo di frutta. Veramente una pessima sorpresa.
