28/03/2025: A distanza di un anno esatto dalla scorsa visita, siamo arrivati alle 12 in punto e in 10 minuti è arrivata la grigliata mista con patate, pancetta croccante e polenta con formaggio. Ordine minimo due persone, al costo di 28 euro a persona, come indicato chiaramente nel menu. Carne eccellente, in primo luogo il vitellone/manzo; a seguire la salsiccia e le costine pari merito. Patate con pancetta croccante, polenta e formaggio fuso ugualmente molto buoni. Verdure alla piastra di accompagno godibili (peperone, zucchine e cipolla). Piatto che sfama, ma non esageratamente abbondante, Giusto, comunque. Il cameriere Gigi sempre simpatico ed efficiente. Si ricordava di noi e del fatto che fossimo celiaci. Anche i compagni al tavolo condiviso erano simpatici. Come la scorsa volta, consiglio di venire presto se volete evitare file. Bravi, di nuovo 👏

12/03/2025: Wat zit je hier heerlijk! Wel enorm druk, dus je moet geluk hebben voor een plekje. Maar even wachten is het waard. Wij aten de mixer grill plank, een echte aanrader.

20/06/2025: Ideal for cycling and hiking. Clean and well-maintained. Rooms could be a bit larger, especially the bathroom, which is more suited to slim people. My wife wanted a softer mattress, which was promptly resolved. The waiter loves his job and enjoys it.

06/02/2025: The management of this old-fashioned and overpriced box should first correct its serious weaknesses instead of interfering in German domestic politics in such an unprofessional manner. The founders would turn in their graves. Incredible, definitely to be avoided!

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck. Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.

27/04/2025: Ottimo pranzo!! Ristorante tipico in una Dobbiaco sempre bellissima. Consigliato! Pranzato con cane al seguito, gentilissimi.

10/03/2025: Locale consigliato da amici, si è rivelato una delusione. Piatti già pronti e riscaldati, conto proporzialmente troppo salato. Non ci torneremo

24/03/2025: Che dire in una serata di marzo, prendere l’ovovia alle 20 e giungere in questo locale sconosciuto, essere accolti da focolari all’esterno che rendono l’atmosfera magica. All’interno la società che ci ha invitato aveva organizzato un buffet di antipasti pantagruelico. A seguire primo, secondo e dolce serviti al tavolo. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. A chiudere musica e balli. All’una di notte l ovovia ti riporta in paese. Fantastico.

22/03/2025: Personale molto simpatico e ben disposto, locale pulito e ben curato con un panorama veramente fantastico I ragazzi del bar Diego e Pioggia hanno saputo assecondare al meglio ogni nostra richiesta per tutta la settimana Dalle 2 in poi la festa è assicurata Lo consiglio a tutti

27/02/2025: Dopo averlo scoperto scendendo con gli sci abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel bellissimo rifugio. Fuori si deve attendere che sia assegnato un tavolo. L'interno è stupendo, rustico ma di gran gusto. Il menù è tipico e i prezzi sono alti, le foto presneti testimonino la frequentazione di molti personaggi famosi. Le prozioni sono molto abbondanti: in 3 avremmo dovuto prendere solo 2 piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo carpaccio di cervo, piatto perfetto, una gulaschsuppe molto speziata e aromatica che abbiamo lasciato in parte e tagliatelle con ragù al coltello di selvaggina, molto buone anche se dal gusto troppo dolciastro. Le tagliatelle erano abbondantissime e non leggere, infatti la digestione è stata impegnativa. Il sevizio è molto attento. Con 2 piccole birre, una cola e un buon strudel abbiamo speso 79 euro. Sosta molto piacevole.

23/02/2025: Chalet curato, caldo e rilassante. Molti tavoli a disposizione interni ed esterni ma subito serviti da personale preparato e cortese. Primi piatti serviti in padella, secondi abbondanti e gustosi , qualità prezzo uno dei migliori all’ Alpe di Siusi. Toilette particolarmente pulita e in ordine e non è scontato considerando l’ afflusso di sciatori.

13/06/2025: Amazing bar/restaurant! The food was perfect, the pizza met all the basic requirements. The coffee was the best coffee i’ve had tasted since my trip to France. The service was excellent with the staff being really humble and helpful. The atmosphere was the best part about the bar! The great view and the cool breeze of the green mountains was out of the world relaxing! This bar is the best bar i have seen in bolzano, i highly recommend it.

20/06/2025: I can't rate the food, but I can rate the service and hospitality. I find it a complete disrespect when you call ahead to ask how long your meal will be served and the owner tells you 10:45 p.m. When we arrived for dinner at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday evening, we discovered that the restaurant was already closed and dark. When we asked why we'd been given the wrong information over the phone, all we got was a reproachful look from the owner, who asked us what we were doing coming by at that time. I'd just like to mention that according to Google, the restaurant is officially open until 11:30 p.m.

19/06/2025: One star because 0 is not possible. Pasta with ragù without ragù but with basil. When asked why there was basil in Pasta with ragù, the very kind lady said that they put it as an embellishment, huffing and walking away. Pre-cooked and overcooked pasta. We ordered spaghetti allo scoglio in bianco and they arrived with the sauce and the lady insisted on leaving us the red one. We refused and had it redone. The lady, almost when the dinner was over, welcomed 2 ladies telling them sit there when I have time I come with 4 tables in total occupied.

01/03/2025: Posizione eccellente! Cibo ottimo ! Servizio ottimo ! Cordialità e Gentilezza di casa ! Immerso nella natura , poco distante dal centro di Corvara ! L’atmosfera serale è strepitosa ! Ma da non sottovalutare la giornaliera, dove si può godere di giornate soleggiate. Grazie a Tiziana , che con la sua solarità ha reso il tempo trascorso nel rifugio ancora più bello !

08/06/2025: Kellner nahm nach 15 Minuten endlich die Bestellung auf und bediente dann nach uns gekommene Gäste zuerst. Es war nicht viel los, so daß der besagte Kellner noch Zeit hatte durch die Reihen zu stolzieren, ohne sich um unsere Bestellung zu kümmern. Nach insgesamt 30 Minuten Wartezeit sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen.

20/05/2025: Cumpleaños. Visitar Bolzano fue como adentrarme en un cruce mágico entre dos mundos: el italiano y el alpino. Las calles del casco antiguo, con sus fachadas medievales y balcones floridos, invitan a perderse sin rumbo, descubriendo rincones llenos de historia y tranquilidad. El mercado de frutas en Piazza delle Erbe está lleno de colores y aromas, y las cafeterías al aire libre ofrecen el ambiente perfecto para probar un buen strudel o una copa de vino local. Además, rodeada por los majestuosos Dolomitas, la ciudad ofrece vistas impresionantes en cualquier dirección. Una de las experiencias más memorables fue visitar el Museo Arqueológico del Tirol del Sur, hogar de Ötzi, el hombre de hielo. Fascinante y perfectamente presentado. Sin duda, Bolzano es un destino que combina naturaleza, cultura y buena comida. Un lugar lindo y acogedor que deja ganas de volver.

11/02/2025: Personnel pas sérieux et non professionnel. Nous avons réservé une table pour 2. A notre arrivée on nous fait patienter 10mn, ensuite on nous installe et nous informe que la table est à partager avec d autres clients. A prendre ou à laisser.... Il est à noter que ce resto est bcp trop cher par rapport aux autres resto de Selva quant à la qualité de sa cuisine, son ambiance, sa décoration....

30/01/2025: Vi har även tidigare varit på Rino och tyckte att det var värt ett besök till. Denna gång tog vi alla deras lasagne. Som förrätt tog vi bruschetta, dvs små rostade brödbitar med en tomatröra ovanpå. Maten var mycket bra, dock var brödet i bruschetta genomblött av tomatsaften på ett av faten. (Det hade alltså stått ett tag i köket). Servicen var uppmärksam och snabb, men ganska opersonlig. Fullsatt och litet stimmigt. Hemtrevlig atmosfär. Ett minus att de har så korta Sittningar, bara 1 1/2 timme. (18:30 resp 20:30, men man ska vara klar kl 20:00 i den första sittningen). Man känner sig litet jäktad. Stället är populärt så boka bord.

08/03/2025: Locale grande ma fortunatamente non molto affollato e tranquillo. Pensavo di trovare cucina tipica, ma di piatti tipici ne ho trovati pochi. Quel che ho mangiato era abbastanza buono.
