24/03/2024: We reserved a table in the restaurant and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation - and they didn't even apologize, as if it was our fault. And we even had a confirmation email of our reservation with us. What disappointed us was not the actual problem with the reservation, but the way we were treated.

06/03/2024: We were here in November. A very homely restaurant. Very cozy.. The food, the wine… everything is perfect. We will be back.
14/12/2023: Superfreundlicher Service, sehr gutes Essen und Wein. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend und zufällig Tischnachbarn aus unserer Gegend. Der Keller ist gemütlich und rustikal. Unbedingt vorab reservieren.

13/01/2024: Fantastic place with super friendly team on almost top of the hill. Food is just amazing! You won't get bored. Plenty of amenities, for kids and adults, outdoor/indoor pool, gym, two saunas with mountain view, a must stay

02/04/2024: We ate pizza 🍕 here. Pizza Gourmet and Pizza Gourmet, that was a fantastic experience. The pizzas did what they promised in the name, super tasty. The selection here is incredibly great, a variety for every taste.

09/03/2024: Mein Bester Freund und ich waren zwei Tage in Meran.Zum seinem Geburtstag habe ich ein Tisch im Reichenhalter reserviert . Tolle Kombinationen mit saisonalem Lebensmittel super schön angerichtet .Das Auge ist mit🥰.jeder Teller eine Freude.Interieurs typisch Südtirol. Service Aufmerksam nicht aufdringlich man fühlt sich aufgehoben und sehr gut umsorgt . Tradition wird hier groß geschrieben .Da Meran nichts gastronomisch hergibt fahrt nach Lana es lohnt sich . Vielen Dank das wir Göste sein dürften eins ist Gewiss wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .
06/01/2024: Wir waren heute mal wieder in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant zum Restle Essen. Danach machen die Besitzer mit Team Urlaub.
Super nettes Personal äußerst kompetent, fröhlich und aufmerksam.
Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk mit Liebe zum Detail.
Einmal im Jahr kommen wir hier in die Gegend und dieses Restaurant ist ein absolutes MUSS.
Gleichbleibend sehr hochwertige Qualität.
Vielen Dank für den genussvollen Verwöhnabend

15/02/2024: Assurdo siamo qua per lavoro abbiamo fatto colazione 2 cornetti, 1 latte macchiato e 1 cappuccino 10,50.- , a pranzo 2 piatti di riso allo zafferano con 4 fette di crudo, 2 insalatine, due calici di vino normalissimo e 2 caffè 50,50.- Euro Pazzesco !!!! in un bar pub, manco ci lavorasse uno chef stellato.... no carta prezzi no menu quantomeno uno si alza e se ne va ...mah... io posso capire tutto ma cosi è una presa in giro uno va a mangiare in un ristorante serio con quei soldi non al bar.... conviene fare due passi in più e spendere il giusto per mangiare o fare colazione.

25/11/2023: Ambiente elegante, ma non ci siamo con la qualità/prezzo. Un polipo alla griglia con patate fuori menù al prezzo di 42,50 che non ci è stato detto prima mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Oltretutto come gusto nella media. Non ci torneremo più.

07/01/2024: All very good and hospitable and quality service. Everything very clean and in perfect local style. The ceramic stove is really beautiful!
14/08/2023: We were there for a snack this afternoon.
Two ladies and a gentleman serving. The terrace was half empty.
After 10 minutes we asked the waitress if we could order. She said that she was not responsible. Another 15 minutes passed until someone finally spoke up who didn't exactly speak German, which was evident throughout the entire restaurant.
When we finally wanted to place an order; an Ida Brettl and a cyclist, the service employee said that quote: the cook had crashed and that's why there was nothing from the kitchen. This even though the neighboring table was 5 minutes away. received a nice “Platterl” beforehand.
We took the beautiful train back to the valley without having had a snack.
Conclusion: Never come in here again, you are neither welcome nor valued. The company can only be lucky that it has no competition in the area.
