It was a fantastic holiday. Excellent location, beautiful and clean rooms, very good food with a fine selection of cheeses, friendly service. Hard to beat.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel. The rooms are clean. The decor and the spa are a bit dated in places. The lighting in the bar could be a bit more atmospheric. You're taken to and from the gondola by bus (both just a few minutes away), which is fantastic. The restaurant team is truly amazing! The food is always delicious, but the people in the restaurant really make it a party!

We returned after a year for a ski holiday. We found the same comforts at this hotel that had made us feel so welcome the previous winter: professionalism and courtesy from all the staff, excellent and plentiful food. The room was spacious and functional, and the location and view were ideal. Thank you!

25/12/2025: We ordered three Christmas fish menus for €50. The scallops were a terrible gratin, the cod was good, but the polenta was too hard and flavorless. The lobster main course was flavorless, and you couldn't even see the lobster on the plate. The sea bream was unsalted, and the mixture was tough. The vegetables were well-cooked, but lacked salt. There wasn't even a cruet of oil at the table. The dessert was good. I paid €175, but it was the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The establishment was very well-kept, clean, and welcoming.
