21/01/2026: This iconic Chinese restaurant has been in Bolzano for several years. The staff are discreet and friendly, and the interior is tastefully decorated, with the added bonus of enjoying the cuisine in a discreet outdoor garden from May to October. Located in the center of Bolzano, this restaurant is a great place to combine sightseeing with lunch or dinner. The menu is varied, and the restaurant's defining characteristic is the high quality of the dishes served, crafted to satisfy even the most discerning palate. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol for both value and quality. I've been frequenting the restaurant for years, always satisfied with the quality of the dishes. For lovers of exotic restaurants, this is a must-visit.

29/03/2026: I'm giving them all 1 star because the minimum is 1. It's an experience I wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. I came for dinner with two friends. One of them had a Perugia pizza, full of oil, for €15. The other guy and I had a selection of 20 sushi pieces, not one of which was a good deal, for €35 each. We spent €85 and left feeling sick. Furthermore, the parking lot is "lit" by two streetlights that don't even provide adequate visibility. The driveway isn't lit at all, except for four small lights, but only at the end when you're already at the entrance. They don't bring you a menu; the waiter lists it for you, so we found out the price at the end. They didn't have change at the cash register, which they had to ask for, nor even paper to issue receipts.

28/03/2026: One of the worst experiences of my life. Paid €70 for two for 40 pieces of sushi of subpar quality, to say the least. I think the ones at the supermarket are better. Service was embarrassing, but it was overshadowed by the quality of the food. If you're looking for a divorce or want to make a friend pay for something, this is the place to go. This place makes you envy children in Africa. I wouldn't go back even if they promised me a date with Madison Beer. Money literally wasted; by comparison, the €50 million for Joao Mario and the €40 for Gabigol, who spent on Inter Milan 10 years ago, were better spent. What a disaster... I've never written a review because I'm not the type to judge or attack restaurants, even if I occasionally eat badly, but this time I felt compelled to do so to inform those like me who chose, without knowing anything, to eat here. I'd only go back to cheer if the place were to close. 0/10 full.

23/09/2025: The guy from Jiangsu and Zhejiang who recommended the sweet and sour spareribs, I went to eat it despite all the bad reviews, based on the principle of fellow countrymen trusting fellow countrymen. The meat had a smell, it was obvious that it was fried and then frozen and then taken out to cook again, a xian smell (I don’t know how to say this smell in Mandarin), which could not be covered by such strong sweet and sour oil. How can he praise it so much? In my family, such meat would be thrown away... I carefully ordered the dishes recommended by the reviews. I can only say don’t come, you won’t go there even if you are starving.

As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped by the scent of antique wood and the warmth of the fireplace. The decor is meticulously crafted: a rustic yet elegant style that makes you feel instantly at home, far from the hustle and bustle but immersed in Alpine beauty. What elevates the experience is undoubtedly the service. Rarely have you found such attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet staff. Each dish is explained with passion, and the cooking process is perfectly timed, ensuring a smooth and relaxing evening. It's not just professionalism, it's true, heartfelt hospitality. The flavors are traditional Ladin. Excellent ingredients and a wine list that pays homage to the region. A perfect place, I highly recommend it!

28/03/2026: Ladin tradition and impeccable hospitality: enchanting! I was looking for a corner of authenticity in Alta Badia and I found it... Mountain hospitality, a heart-warming atmosphere. The restaurant's aesthetic is simply delightful: wood, stone, and soft lighting create a rustic yet extremely refined atmosphere. It's the place you want to retreat to after a day spent among the peaks, where every detail of the decor seems to tell a story. Excellent service The real added value is the staff. It's rare to be welcomed with such a combination of kindness and expertise. You can sense their meticulous care for the guest, never intrusive but always present. They expertly advised us, making us feel like the stars of the evening. In particular, a young man named Vincenzo, who goes by Donato...He was extremely knowledgeable about every dish. It's as if he looks you in the face and knows what you want to eat. Gastronomic Experience Dishes that are like an embrace: the freshest local ingredients transformed into recipes that taste like home. Every bite confirms the passion they put into cooking. The Verdict: If you want to experience the true essence of Alta Badia in an intimate setting and be served like a king, look no further. An experience worth every penny.

18/03/2026: Tall big guy with a black beard looked very unclean, he smelled bad and his hands were really dirty! Avoid this place if you don’t want to end up in the hospital with food poisoning.

29/09/2025: My girlfriend and I unfortunately only stayed one night in your cozy Ortlerblick suite on our return trip from Milan. We were overwhelmed by the beautiful 180-degree view of the Alps from our balcony and our accommodation. Our suite was very modern and absolutely clean. The Illmer family owns a very well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully furnished property, which they make available to their guests along with friendly and courteous staff. Not only the very friendly hotelier, but also the service team took great care of our well-being. The 5-course dinner menu was exceptionally varied, a feast for the eyes, and very digestible. For a vegetarian like me, there was a huge selection of delicacies. The service came to our table regularly and discreetly to provide us with the best culinary delights. The selection of drinks, both at dinner and breakfast, left nothing to be desired. The breakfast offerings were very extensive. There were a variety of fresh juices, fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses, etc. We are very sorry we only booked for one night. Next time, we will definitely stay longer to have more time for the luxurious wellness area. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her massage in the afternoon. 20/12/2025: Cafè Stofner is a simple and pleasant spot with a calm atmosphere. The coffee is good, the pastries are fresh, and the service is polite. It’s a nice place for a quick break or a light snack, offering good quality for a reasonable price.

18/09/2025: I had asked to postpone the date and issue a voucher since I had serious family issues that prevented me from departing on the scheduled date, but the hotel, justifying itself by citing Booking.com policies, showed little willingness and refused to listen to reason. I believe a little empathy and respect for customers is essential in this type of business.
