23/03/2025: Hmm - we didn't think it was that great at Tiac. The ambience is a bit old, but the food (salad buffet and pizza) was ok. I personally didn't like the service - red wine from the fridge is quite special - I find it unfortunate to answer when asked that there's nothing you can do about it. Everything was very careless - from ordering to payment. Nope, that's better. But if you can get over that, then at least there is very reasonable pizza at a reasonable price

11/03/2025: Fuimos por una noche casual después de esquiar, así que las expectativas no eran altas. El lugar era abrumador en términos de ambiente —demasiado iluminado, muebles falsos tiroleses— y el servicio era muy lento. Pero, para su crédito, la comida del restaurante era muy buena, incluyendo el buffet antipasti.

13/02/2025: Location a due passi da Passo Oclini. Super atmosfera, cordialità, servizio e buona cucina sono di casa! In inverno consigliata una camminata notturna nel periodo di luna piena. Fantastico il riflesso lunare sulla neve!!

21/02/2025: We stayed for 5 days in this property on a half board basis. Very kind and helpful staff and managers, who also adapted the menu for my vegetarian requests. Simple but spacious and functional room with mountain view. Very good food and wide choice of starters. Right portions. Varied breakfast with lots of homemade desserts... delicious butter biscuits! The only flaw is that it was not specified that the half board did not at least include water. For the rest we felt at home. Advised! We will be back 😊

23/03/2025: We were there twice during our vacation. I can't say why exactly a second time. The service is shameful. Keller in a visibly bad mood and with his arms crossed, making it clear that they are not interested in their guests. Starters arrive at the same time as the main courses and other main courses arrive 20-30 minutes after the other main courses are served.

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent and slow! Not recommended, we wanted to eat lunch with children and sat at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved - he couldn't tell us in advance (other guests had). Didn't want to look for another table for us either, so we left again... PURE WASTE OF TIME!

28/10/2024: Unfortunately, not ideal for disabled guests, whether in the main building or the annex! The food was OK; I'm not used to half-board where you can't choose your food but instead the food is served to you... I don't like that! With two days off, you don't get the chance to sit together and have a drink in the afternoon! Our room didn't have a balcony (it's a shame for smokers that you have to go outside). I would never go back to this hotel.

19/10/2024: The panoramic view is undoubtedly magnificent. However, the location is not really ideal for activities in the wider area. The bus only runs three times a day and by car it is always an adventurous journey through the narrow streets of the vineyards. The wellness area is adequate but for the price I would expect a little more. There should be an anti-slip mat on the floor of the sauna. I almost slipped and fell on the sauna heater. My room was cozy and comfortable but unfortunately facing the mountain and therefore without a panorama and a bit dark. The dining room is rustic and cozy, the atmosphere is nice. I found the games area right next to my table a bit negative. It would be better if it were in a corner where children do not disturb the guests during the meal with occasional noise. The food was good even if it didn't always meet my taste. Unfortunately there was no menu selection like that offered in many other hotels in South Tyrol. For my meal time, it would be better if dinner was at 6 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. at the latest, especially since the meal was usually not finished until 9 p.m. due to the breaks between courses. If you go to bed early, you should be able to eat your last meal 2 to 3 hours before going to bed for health reasons. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. But I wouldn't overestimate it, as many people have pointed out here. All in all a nice hotel in a nice area. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right for my taste. I've stayed in better hotels in South Tyrol at cheaper prices. Addition: The room was booked directly with the hotel and not on a platform. However, I found the price a bit high. If a comment is made on my comment, it should not be anonymous, but should have a name underneath.

03/10/2024: Si raggiunge con una camminata di 30 min circa in leggera pendenza una volta lasciato il girolago. Ha diversi posti esterni per cui se il tempo lo permette è meraviglioso gustarsi un tagliere accompagnato da un'operazione mentre si gode dell'intorno

20/02/2025: The hotel is a bit old. But with great attention to detail. We weren't that happy with the food. In my opinion, price and performance do not match here. We didn't spend the night here, just ate. The terrace is beautifully sunny and right behind a ski slope. But stopping for a moment and eating something isn't really suitable. It's too expensive for that here. A soup with 5 tortellini for 23€ is rather expensive.

18/02/2025: We ate here a total of 3 times. Pizza and pasta are super tasty and inexpensive. Food and drinks are brought quickly and the waitresses are very nice. My wife and I can highly recommend the restaurant if you want to eat very well and cheaply in the evening.

08/02/2025: I don't understand some of the reviews here. Our service was super nice, the pizza was terrific, typically Italian. I have eaten many pizzas in Italy and this was one of the best. Crispy, thin dough and well topped. The ambience can be improved, but everything is still nice and, above all, clean.
