24/06/2026: Excellent experience, very close to the Stanghe waterfalls and a few km from Vipiteno, tidy and clean rooms, kind and helpful owners for anything

06/06/2026: We stayed at this residence for two nights in an apartment on the second floor. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, although the furnishings were a bit dated. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The small shop with a bakery directly opposite the accommodation was also very convenient. A less positive aspect was the very loud ventilation in the bathroom, which could be disruptive. Additionally, the restaurant in the building is permanently closed, which wasn't immediately apparent when booking. We paid €197 for our two-night stay. Overall, the accommodation was adequate, but we felt the price-performance ratio was too high.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

05/06/2026: A charmless hotel, but the rooms are clean.

17/05/2026: The service at this hotel was a disaster. To access the rooms, they give you a numerical code. They had a problem with one room and canceled the codes for the other two! They sent us a message asking for the codes they themselves had given us, so we thought it was spam or a scam. When we arrived, we couldn't get into our rooms, and to top it all off, there was no one at reception at 8:30 pm! We waited 25 minutes for someone to show up, calling the numbers we had, sending messages through Booking.com, and nothing! It was a disgrace and the kind of mistreatment we've never experienced before. Don't go!

30/07/2026: We came few minutes before their lunch break and the staff was very kind 🙏 amazingly good pizza, beer and coffee 🙏 thanks a lot also for charging our bike computer 🙏

12/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The service completely ruined the evening. After sitting down, we waited about 30 minutes for the first courses, and only two dishes arrived. The other two pizzas were served after another half hour, forcing us to eat at different times. After finishing dinner, we ordered desserts, but after another 30 minutes of waiting, they still hadn't arrived. After another half hour of waiting, still without our desserts, we decided to leave. It's a shame, because the food is good. With more organized service, it would have been a completely different experience. The waiter justified himself by saying we wanted to bring the desserts all at the same time, but it was a shame because there were three tiramisus and a strudel. Desserts already prepared, just waiting to be served. Arrived at 7:30 PM and left at 9:30 PM. Never again.

28/09/2025: Best food on the way south. Exceptional value for money. Don't be intimidated by the hundreds of trucks! Top!!! Breakfast espresso and fresh croissants are amazing!!!

27/07/2026: A highly recommended hidden gem. While the area is mostly filled with pizzerias or restaurants with only three dishes on the menu, this place offers a truly extensive selection. The prices and service are also excellent. All in all, a top-notch restaurant.

10/08/2026: We arrived for drinks around 6 pm. We were told that if necessary, we should leave our table to allow other customers to have dinner. Half an hour after our arrival, we were asked to leave, but the restaurant was empty, as the photo shows! Not very customer-friendly!

06/08/2026: Excellent food, no complaints there. But the beer glass was clearly unwashed, with marks from fingers and other drinkers. Added to this was a shocking amount of flies. I won't be returning.

29/03/2026: The hotel is very nice. Unfortunately, the pool isn't open yet, but it looks great. The food is also good and tasty. I'm giving it five stars, but I could also give it 4.5 because they didn't bring us another dessert when we asked. 😁😅

18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.
