28/10/2024: Unfortunately, not ideal for disabled guests, whether in the main building or the annex! The food was OK; I'm not used to half-board where you can't choose your food but instead the food is served to you... I don't like that! With two days off, you don't get the chance to sit together and have a drink in the afternoon! Our room didn't have a balcony (it's a shame for smokers that you have to go outside). I would never go back to this hotel.

19/10/2024: The panoramic view is undoubtedly magnificent. However, the location is not really ideal for activities in the wider area. The bus only runs three times a day and by car it is always an adventurous journey through the narrow streets of the vineyards. The wellness area is adequate but for the price I would expect a little more. There should be an anti-slip mat on the floor of the sauna. I almost slipped and fell on the sauna heater. My room was cozy and comfortable but unfortunately facing the mountain and therefore without a panorama and a bit dark. The dining room is rustic and cozy, the atmosphere is nice. I found the games area right next to my table a bit negative. It would be better if it were in a corner where children do not disturb the guests during the meal with occasional noise. The food was good even if it didn't always meet my taste. Unfortunately there was no menu selection like that offered in many other hotels in South Tyrol. For my meal time, it would be better if dinner was at 6 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. at the latest, especially since the meal was usually not finished until 9 p.m. due to the breaks between courses. If you go to bed early, you should be able to eat your last meal 2 to 3 hours before going to bed for health reasons. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. But I wouldn't overestimate it, as many people have pointed out here. All in all a nice hotel in a nice area. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right for my taste. I've stayed in better hotels in South Tyrol at cheaper prices. Addition: The room was booked directly with the hotel and not on a platform. However, I found the price a bit high. If a comment is made on my comment, it should not be anonymous, but should have a name underneath.

19/05/2025: Di ritorno da una gita ci siamo fermati per una pizza presso questo locale. Location interna carina, con arredamenti rasenti il kitsch, ma piacevole. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza Lucia e una Jessica, crema catalana, babà al rum consigliato dal cameriere, vino e acqua. Le pizze soddisfacenti, grandi e gustose, ma i dolci decisamente non all'altezza: la crema catalana in parte ghiacciata e in parte con zucchero bruciacchiato, i babà non freschi. La qualità generale può sicuramente essere alzata e il tutto può essere più curato e reso meno paesano. I prezzi sarebbero nella media, ma superiori a quanto offerto. Parcheggio possibile nelle adiacenze.

24/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in un ambiente rilassato e confortevole. Il personale è disponibile, solerte e sorridente, davvero bravi! Abbiamo mangiato due hamburger; io smash burger e mia moglie chicken burger. Devo dire buoni entrambi, con grandi porzioni di patatine; mi sarei aspettato dei sapori “maggiormente tipici” visto il luogo ma, ripeto, comunque buoni. La birra fatta da loro discreta, molto buona invece la grappa (sempre di produzione propria). Sicuramente merita fiducia. Prezzo 55€ per due panini hamburger (con annessa porzione di patatine per entrambi abbondante), due birre (una piccola e una media) e una grappa.

21/12/2024: We have been guests of the owner Karin for years. Both in winter and in the summer months. Hospitality, kindness and courtesy make you feel at home. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartments. The central location in the village makes amenities close at hand. Convenient dedicated car parking. Highly recommended.

02/03/2025: A typical, family-run hotel where you feel at home. A lovely welcome, very friendly staff. Functional room with comfortable bedding and well-appointed. The location is ideal. The pool and spa area are also very good, except for the pool, which is a bit too cold. Restaurant: Decent breakfast with lactose-free options available. Good meals, but the meat isn't always cooked perfectly. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return, especially for the friendliness of the entire team.

19/01/2025: For a 3-star hotel, it is a very nice hotel, first of all it is very clean and the location is great, the service is also very nice, the people working there are Poles so you can get along, the rooms are very spacious and with a great view, the food is ok - it can always be better but for it's definitely not bad - that's why for three stars you can't give a lower rating than the highest one. What could be improved is the time of serving breakfast - 7:15 would be useful to easily get to the slopes for the opening, tea should be available at the breakfast table so as not to waste time ordering it, the water in the spa is cold - this is dictated by local regulations however, it is an inconvenience. There are a few minor flaws, but our stay was very nice - thank you

17/05/2025: We spent Mother's Day at this beautiful restaurant. Exceptional grilled octopus and sea bass salad and an excellent tiramisu. Attentive, kind and professional staff.

03/10/2024: Si raggiunge con una camminata di 30 min circa in leggera pendenza una volta lasciato il girolago. Ha diversi posti esterni per cui se il tempo lo permette è meraviglioso gustarsi un tagliere accompagnato da un'operazione mentre si gode dell'intorno

01/03/2025: The food made the difference together with Nizar's service! Good variety of our 5 courses every day. The service is more like a Michelin star restaurant. All the staff are nice. Leonardo makes delicious drinks! The hotel has large rooms with nice beds, our two bathrooms were large. Ski lockers are available and you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. The room had a nice hot tub. Value for the money!

13/02/2025: Location a due passi da Passo Oclini. Super atmosfera, cordialità, servizio e buona cucina sono di casa! In inverno consigliata una camminata notturna nel periodo di luna piena. Fantastico il riflesso lunare sulla neve!!

22/04/2025: They house more people than they can serve. We sat and waited. After 5/10 minutes without having been calculated in the slightest, I got up to ask for the menus. After another 15 minutes it was a staring contest trying to intercept a waiter to tell him what we wanted to eat. The food arrived at 8.30pm and we had been seated since 7.15pm, what's more my second course arrived and I had to wait for my partner's first course. Shameful to pay €7.50 for sautéed potatoes, they were 8 slices in number. Overall the food was good (although not generous with portions) and the environment was nice and welcoming

06/04/2025: Good pizzeria restaurant in the center of Selva di Val Gardena. Strategic location close to the ski lifts and the town centre. The dishes offered are good, prices in line with other restaurants in the valley.

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent and slow! Not recommended, we wanted to eat lunch with children and sat at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved - he couldn't tell us in advance (other guests had). Didn't want to look for another table for us either, so we left again... PURE WASTE OF TIME!

14/05/2025: Semplicemente ottimo. I canederli più buoni di Bressanone. Piatti curati e porzioni adeguate, discreta la carta dei vini. Buona e vasta scelta anche per i bambini. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

17/02/2025: Bistrot in pieno centro paese. Locale caldo, accogliente a volte molto affollato e ,di conseguenza i tavolini vengono addossati l’uno all’altro, Piatti, essenzialmente del territorio, ben cucinati. Servizio cortese e relativamente veloce. Prezzi decisamente alti.
