30/03/2024: Ate a 4 course meal. The food was well prepared, but there was very little and the taste was very long, nothing special. We also ordered a wine...we were recommended one without asking what we liked or what was available. Plus, we waited 45' for dessert. Unfortunately, the expectations were not met at all. Price/performance not good.

24/03/2024: The experience at the Kircherhof restaurant was not good. The food was of excellent quality and very tasty. However, if you have to wait 50 minutes for the first course, you don't really care about the quality of the food. The value for money was just ridiculous. Way too expensive. This restaurant won't see me anymore.

07/04/2024: I only tried the pizza, but it's by far the best I've tried in recent months. All other meals I have seen on other tables were inviting for another stay. Super friendly personnel with a high knowledge of the food they served. The quality of food is fresh and top.

03/04/2024: We used to go to Fink's often because my son felt very comfortable. This was our first time since the renovation. I said let's treat ourselves to this. The food was very good for me, it was also beautifully presented. At first there was a greeting from the kitchen. My son is not allowed to eat gluten or animal dairy products. A special greeting was brought for him with 3 different types of bread and a spread as well as a soup. It was a great relief for me, as it is usually difficult to go out to dinner with him. His food was also excellent and he was very satisfied because he had never experienced receiving so much attention from the kitchen and service with his intolerances. The service/the waiters were also 👌. We will visit you again 🙂.

18/03/2024: I had read the reviews beforehand, so I was a little prepared... what many reviewers wrote is true! The lifeguards there are impossible! I'm 35 years old and have never been kicked at 🤣 Until today and that's because of nothing! Be it that my child wanted to get into the water with water wings and a swimming ring... no, get out straight away, or that I held her while she was in the water... too dangerous, blah blah blah. Never experienced anything so unsympathetic! In addition, the children's area is far too slippery. We were there for 3 hours and about 8 children slipped while walking normally. Unfortunately it was already completely overcrowded from 11 a.m. and what really bothered me was that out of 30 children under the age of 3, only 2 had a swim diaper on... that would be in the bathing regulations, so no one pays attention to that... Addendum: it's absolute shame that bathers are only bothered by swimming groups from primary schools! Doing gymnastics exercises in the dining area is an absolute disgrace!! I sat with my three small children in the special area where we have to eat and then they jump and scream around us!!! And despite the complaint, nothing happened! Something like that ruins your visit to the baths!

10/03/2024: I was .Super hot water. Sauna. Prices 2 adults 3 children around 60 Eur. For parking you have to go to the house .... then to the car park at the car park house ... Have fun. We will be back!!!!!

18/02/2024: 100/10 hotel you’re making a huge mistake if you don’t stay here. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. They unfortunately did not speak any English so it was hard for us to communicate, but that fact did not stop them from literally bending over backwards for me. Some examples: The hotel serves a complementary breakfast, but once the owners found out, I would be leaving the hotel for skiing before they serve breakfast they allowed me to come down over an hour early to eat breakfast with them. Another example is that on Sundays, the bus from the hotel to the train station runs later than the other days and the owners knew I planned to go skiing that day, so they offered to personally take me to the bus station in town and that’s exactly what they did. The hotel itself is clean, an amazing location, delicious food, and exceptional customer service.
