25/12/2025: Discovered by chance online, excellent Christmas lunch, very friendly and helpful staff, truly delicious food, and the place is truly beautiful and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

23/10/2025: I celebrated my birthday at the golf club in Perugia. It was a lovely place, and I was very satisfied. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the waiters were super knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

25/06/2025: L’estetica dell’edificio ha fatto molto Discutere. Eravamo curiosi di verificare di persona come fosse stato costruito il nuovo rifugio. Dall’esterno ammetto che non eravamo così convinti di sostare qui. In realtà è stata una piacevole scoperta la maxi terrazza con panorama mozzafiato. L’interno è completamente in legno, personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi nella media. Porzioni abbondanti e piatti curati ( anche se la scelta è limitata , non fanno praticamente secondi… solo pasta, panini e taglieri). Nel complesso siamo stati bene, sosta consigliata dopo trekking impegnativo/ferrata.

28/10/2025: The food was okay and the location was nice. Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by the service and atmosphere. The person who served us was friendly at first, but when she realized that we didn't speak German fluently, she became quite rude. When asked if she knew English, she just said "no" and left, which was a bit awkward. She served us later, but without making any effort to communicate. Also, there were a lot of flies in the interior of the restaurant, which was not very pleasant. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the overall impression was not the best.

20/10/2025: The dumplings (mushrooms, cheese, spinach, so vegetarian?) were served on a coleslaw. Unfortunately, it was a bacon coleslaw, which wasn't clear on the menu. It should have been described better. The Schlutzkrapfen were unfortunately not as tasty as they were a year ago...

11/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful place with great wine and friendly service! 🍷 The Kastelaz cellar is beautifully situated among the vineyards – the view is simply fantastic! 🌿 The staff is super friendly and the wine is truly excellent. The only small drawback: parking is a bit difficult, so you might have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. But the trip is worth it – if only for the view and the atmosphere. 🌞

13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless. The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.

10/01/2026: I don't understand what the delivery pizza chef is doing. Every time we order, he makes us a German-style Margherita, a ton of it and mozzarella, and you can't even see the sauce. Disappointing. Then you order a Margherita at the restaurant on Via Gote, with a little more mozzarella and a very soft dough, it's truly Neapolitan pizza. But the takeaway pizzeria makes a Margherita, and putting less mozzarella at Naples is shocking. They don't even put mozzarella at Naples, or mozzarella at Naples!!!!

06/01/2026: 2 years ago the pizza and even the fried food were delicious, now they are inedible, rubbery pizza and the pizza maker who I complimented is no longer there...disappointed

04/01/2026: Long waits and mostly tasteless food. Unforgivable: we ordered pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the pappardelle arrived (completely plain, with no sauce to bind it, it tasted like they'd been rinsed under running water) with honey mushrooms. When we pointed this out, we were told there were no porcini mushrooms and that the price would be the same. Unacceptable, in my opinion. We were offered a different dish (at the restaurant owner's expense, of course), and we swapped for a speck and apple risotto and ricotta and spinach ravioli tossed in melted butter (no butter at all; this also tasted like water), both inedible. We only ate them because we were starving. Last but not least, one of our guests ordered gnocchi with cheese and truffle, but it was actually truffle oil, another ingredient not specified on the menu nor mentioned when ordering.

02/01/2026: The waitress's service was always impeccable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish dinner because the chef refused to cook dessert despite our table reservation and dinner starting at 8:30 PM. They only brought us cold strudel straight from the refrigerator, without even reheating it. The chef was evidently in a hurry to close the kitchen, unconcerned about the guests still present and the restaurant being full. Some dishes couldn't be ordered because they had run out during the previous shift. Fortunately, the waitress's kindness made our disappointments sweeter. She's always top notch.

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

27/08/2025: The Zirmtal Alm is picturesquely situated in the mountains. The path to the hut is extremely attractive and easy to walk. Near the hut, you'll find a pretty little lake that invites you to linger.

13/08/2025: Very nice place, beautiful alpine pasture. The food (dumplings) was average; it's better at other alpine pastures.

14/08/2025: Excellent hotel. Kind and welcoming staff, Mrs. Anita and Annalisa, very courteous and helpful. Nice hotel, close to the center, clean rooms. Highly recommended.

12/08/2025: I stopped to eat here in this place I only had the second course with vegetables and everything was very good, the staff was kind and the owner was very kind, I stayed only a few minutes but I could also see how fantastically clean this place is, super ok.

24/07/2025: Bolzano è piena di ristoranti , ma nella maggioranza di essi non ti sentirai veramente trattato come a casa , E questo ristorante fa la differenza Una perla a Bolzano , cucina tipica calabrese piatti abbondanti e molto generosi ospitalità tipica del sud Italia Quindi se vuoi mangiare bene e se vuoi un accoglienza è un ospitalità che va fuori dalle abitudini Bolzanine non puoi non andare a mangiare da loro

23/07/2025: Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza bella. Sono stata nell’osteria del mio amico e… che ve lo dico a fa’? Ho mangiato una cacio e pepe da leccarsi i baffi (anche se non li ho 😂). Cremosa al punto giusto, saporita ma equilibrata, insomma: una bomba! Il posto è accogliente, si respira aria di casa e si mangia da re! Complimenti davvero, si vede che dietro ai piatti c’è passione, amore e tanta voglia di far star bene la gente. Se passate da queste parti, fatevi un favore: prenotate e andateci. Lo stomaco vi ringrazierà 😋👏🍝
