29/09/2025: My girlfriend and I unfortunately only stayed one night in your cozy Ortlerblick suite on our return trip from Milan. We were overwhelmed by the beautiful 180-degree view of the Alps from our balcony and our accommodation. Our suite was very modern and absolutely clean. The Illmer family owns a very well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully furnished property, which they make available to their guests along with friendly and courteous staff. Not only the very friendly hotelier, but also the service team took great care of our well-being. The 5-course dinner menu was exceptionally varied, a feast for the eyes, and very digestible. For a vegetarian like me, there was a huge selection of delicacies. The service came to our table regularly and discreetly to provide us with the best culinary delights. The selection of drinks, both at dinner and breakfast, left nothing to be desired. The breakfast offerings were very extensive. There were a variety of fresh juices, fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses, etc. We are very sorry we only booked for one night. Next time, we will definitely stay longer to have more time for the luxurious wellness area. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her massage in the afternoon. 24/09/2025: Beautifully located hotel. Unfortunately, not everything is up to date.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

22/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata tranquilla e non rumorosa. Servizio Top assoluta tranquillità. Prodotti di alta qualità specialità regionali non solo locali eseguiti secondo la tradizione. Ho chiesto la vera cotoletta alla milanese (e Viennese) di vitello con l'osso cotta nel burro chiarificato e mi è stata accolta la richiesta.

18/07/2025: Le pizze da asporto che abbiamo ordinato non erano solo belle ma anche molto buone. Oltre a questo, un dettaglio non da sottovalutare è l'utilizzo di cartoni per l'asporto composto da fibre vegetali e privo di sbiancanti chimici. Non posso che dire Bravissimi per le scelte degli ingredienti (tutti)!!

26/04/2025: Première chose, penser à réserver. Un acceuil sympatique, le patron parle Italien et Anglais. Le cadre est magnifique, nous étions dans la salle du bas sur un aquarium. Le personnel est sympathique et le service parfait. Le repas est bien sur à la hauteur, avec la carte et les plats du jours. C'est bien préparé, bon et copieux. Une excellente soirée.

02/04/2025: Wir waren hier Essen, nachdem wir zweimal in anderen Restaurants keinen Platz bekommen hatten. Die Karte war klein, was normalerweise nicht schlecht ist. Wir wollten etwas leichtes Vegetarisches essen. Da blieb dann nicht leider nicht viel übrig auf der Karte. Die Spargellasagne war dann fast geschmacklos und Spargel gar nicht zu entdecken. Die ist allerdings auch schwer so zu kochen, dass sie gut schmeckt. Hätte ich daher hier auch normalerweise nicht bestellt. Aber in Ermangelung von Alternativen, war das leider die einzige Option. Wer gern schwer und fleischlastig ist und auch Hamburger und Steak schätzt, könnte hier gut aufgehoben sein.

08/09/2025: In the center of Brunico, a very convenient and comfortable location. Reserved parking is less than 200 meters away. Breakfast is also available.

21/02/2025: The pizza is very good. The lady at the register refuses to take cards, she probably doesn't pay taxes. Pizza is expensive but very good. The pizza has a fluffy crust and is good to eat.

31/08/2025: Driven by curiosity for a very frank response to a negative review, I chose to eat at this restaurant, and the result was excellent. The food was good, plentiful, with attention to the plating, excellent table service, a magnificent view from the large windows, and prices absolutely in line with other restaurants in the valley. 10 out of 10

27/09/2025: We only stopped for a bite to eat. Everything was good and high-quality. Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

22/09/2025: My wife and I stayed there overnight on our motorcycle, planning to continue on to the Dolomites the next day. The staff was very friendly, the pizzeria is highly recommended, and the price was absolutely reasonable. I would choose it again anytime.

23/07/2025: Prachtige locatie, jammer van de service: - Pizza was prima (because Italy) - Schnitzel was middelmatig op z’n best.. Je mocht blij zijn dat het op een bord geserveerd werd, enkel een lap schnitzel en een beetje friet. Geen groente, garnering of iets van saus maar wel €23,- betalen. Met geluk nog een glaasje met sausjes in zakjes erbij gekregen. Was verder prima te eten. - Personeel is het meest onvriendelijke naar elkaar wat ik ooit heb gezien. Elkaar overmatig corrigeren in bijzijn van een klant. Bijvoorbeeld als je ergens wil gaan zitten, we werden gevraagd ergens anders te gaan zitten terwijl er nog maar 1 ander tafeltje bezet was. Ober liep de schenen onder z’n lijf vandaan om 4 tafels te bedienen van eten terwijl vrouwelijke collega enkel een wijntje uit serveerde en druk was met haar hard werkende collega te corrigeren. Laatste hap ging naar binnen terwijl het bord al gepakt werd, dit viel ons bij anderen al op en gebeurde ook bij ons, alsof ze er promotie op krijgen. Afrekenen moesten we blijkbaar voor naar binnen. Ik laat vrijwel nooit een recensie achter maar dit was er 1 voor in de boeken/verhalen op feestjes. Nog nooit zo opgelaten gegeten

19/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per mangiare la pizza, essendo baresi e napoletani siamo molto esigenti😉Ampia scelta. Non ci aspettavamo una pizza così buona, ben condita e cotta a puntino. Locale accogliente con un servizio molto accurato Un plauso speciale ad Angela cortese professionale ed empatica. Ci torneremo con piacere e non è una minaccia😉

23/03/2025: Siamo tornati due sere di seguito e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ambiente raffinato, caldo e accogliente e cucina buonissima. Tutti i piatti, presentati con molta cura, sono ottimi e mai banali, dagli spatzli ai maltagliati ed alle carni, fino alla selezione di formaggi locali. Da provare anche i dolci, buonissimi e presentati in modo accattivante. Prezzo giusto.

07/03/2025: Locazione centralissima in un vecchio edificio. Sala ristorante coperta da boiserie in legno molto bella. Piatti tradizionali della zona, molto curati e ottimamente presentati. Personale attento e gentile. Spettacolare selezione di liquorire. Przzo ben in equeilibrio con la qualità

27/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. The dumplings in broth were delicious, and the goulash was excellent. We returned today, and the pork shank with sauerkraut was excellent and very filling.

27/08/2025: The hotel is in a wonderful location; the rooms are welcoming and the staff is always helpful. I stayed with my family and really appreciated the attention paid to our little ones. The cuisine is refined and excellent. The rooms are meticulously clean.

13/09/2025: My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing in several respects. The service was inattentive and disorganized, with excessive wait times and a general lack of courtesy from the staff. Even more disappointing was the quality of the food. I therefore believe the restaurant needs to substantially rethink both its service management and the quality of its cuisine, otherwise it will be difficult to consider for future visits.

30/09/2025: They actually microwave their food. I ordered lasagna, and it was very hot on the sides and cold underneath. Despite that, it tasted good. The waitress had a dismissive attitude – she saw we were still considering our order, yet she stood over us, saying something in Italian in a very rude tone. Then, without warning, she threw the tableware so close to us that if we hadn't moved away, it could have touched us.

26/09/2025: The food/carbonara tasted like it had been frozen beforehand. The waitress was nice, but the others were very unpleasant and seemed bitter (the woman behind the bar and another who just said hello to people). When I paid, there was no thank you or goodbye. For a coffee or a drink, it's a sweet spot.
