It was a wonderful stay at the Seehotel Sparer! Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the owners to the chambermaids! The food was superb; I've never eaten so well! The only drawback was the carpet in the room and the lack of air conditioning; it was 32 degrees Celsius in the room last night! According to the owner, this problem will be resolved by next season. Lake Montiggl is beautiful and perfect for walks. The hotel is very dog-friendly; we were there with two dogs! I've already booked again for the beginning of September!

We had a wonderful holiday. The location, the room, the staff – simply top-notch. The breakfast and meals were very varied and delicious. The beds were too hard for us. But we were immediately given two mattress toppers. After that, we slept wonderfully, as the location is very quiet. The owners are also very dog-friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the parking. It's a bit limited. But that's not their fault. If we ever return to South Tyrol, we'll definitely stay with you again.

03/08/2026: I was here for dinner and everything was very good. I recommend the pappardelle with venison ragù and the goulash, really good and high-quality! The only negative: the prices are a bit too high...especially paying €2 per person for the cover charge without even bread.
30/07/2026: A very nice place, even in the summer. In the summer, park behind the disused chairlift.

29/05/2026: My family and I had an amazing experience at La Torcia Italian Restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible, especially the pizza honestly the most delicious pizza we have ever had. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The waitress was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with our language barrier. She took the time to help translate for us and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. The service was excellent from beginning to end. What made the experience even more special was how welcoming everyone in the restaurant was. The entire staff greeted us warmly, and it truly felt like we were being welcomed like family. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Italian food and outstanding hospitality!
