14/11/2025: We had reserved a table for dinner for two. The service was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond, from offering complimentary wine tastings to bringing an extra bread basket free of charge. The bread was sensational, the food regional and delicious, and the ambiance, a restored farmhouse, is beautiful. We were very satisfied and would gladly return.

09/11/2025: We attended a wedding event here. Everything was spectacular. The food, the view, the atmosphere! They even have their own vineyard

14/04/2026: We were at the Seeperle for a family celebration. The ambiance is very inviting and cozy, and the service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We had a pre-arranged set menu. The appetizer was raw salmon with cream cheese. That same evening, one person in our group had to go to the emergency room – parasites, most likely from the raw salmon. The filet steak as the main course was unfortunately very tough. The accompanying sauce had a gelatinous consistency and quickly became solid like jelly. It was a real shame, as the service and ambiance were truly excellent. However, we can only give the food one star.

16/12/2025: Simply a special place you'll want to return to again and again – and for many good reasons. Every single member of the team is attentive, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. The hotel itself has an incomparably beautiful atmosphere: designed with great attention to detail, superbly equipped, and impeccably maintained. The location right on the market square, in the heart of the city, is perfect. Our room was lovely and cozy (though a bit warm under the roof on that summer night). The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it for yourself – the Weisse Rössl is not just any hotel. We were particularly impressed by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The photo art project was also fantastic: a breath of fresh, creative air amidst the historic charm! 😊 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire team for this special "Rössl feeling."
