17/05/2026: A beautiful restaurant in a historic building right on the wine route overlooking Lake Kaltern. Everything here is perfect, from the food and ambiance to the service. A special highlight – be sure to try the apple cider vinegar from the nearby Manincor winery!
12/05/2026: Delicious, fresh, and regional food.
Simply a delight and well worth a visit.

07/05/2026: I was there for a brilliant wine tasting - the owner had a lot to say about his wines, a very entertaining event with good wines.
07/05/2026: We were there for lunch as part of a day trip with a large tour group. A three-course meal awaited us, which was excellent. The wines were explained before being poured.

10/05/2026: Excellent food and very friendly, attentive service. We had an asparagus dish, a pasta dish, and an ice cream. Everything was superb. The house white wine was also delicious. The pizzas being served at other tables looked very good as well. Highly recommended! 👍
29/04/2026: Loud, unpleasant atmosphere, waiters more like you'd find in a pub, no flair, worst carbonara of my life. Our most negative and expensive experience in a week in Kaltern (everything before that was positive).

10/05/2026: If you're Italian and not South Tyrolean or German, you'd better go somewhere else!
We went for lunch at the time of our reservation: at the counter, they first ignored us and made us wait. Then they placed us in a draughty spot. When we asked for the next, more secluded table, they rudely replied no, because the table was reserved. In reality, the room was half empty, and they didn't seat anyone at that table. Dumplings served with unlikely sauces and little flowers, and sauerkraut that was actually plain cabbage. If you have other options, don't come here!
01/05/2026: A place with a breathtaking view of the valley... It's a shame that customer care is lacking. You can't wait 2 hours to consume what you ordered after everyone else at the table is already having dessert... the problem is that it can happen but you have to at least apologize for what happened... but after 2 reminders they still claim that the requested amount was never ordered... But at the first reminder, should they check the order?? In any case, order a pasta dish.... A 200 gram plate arrives... but it would be better to have half that... But al dente!! I recommend the cutlet and chips. The salta salta for children are nice... A place that could get 4 stars without a problem but I don't see the will. Too bad

12/12/2025: Generous portions, excellent local food, top-notch service, super-fair prices.
13/11/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara turned out to be spaghetti with cream and cooked bacon. This dish should definitely not be advertised as carbonara. The wild boar pasta was also carelessly prepared and tasteless.
The service was attentive, and the owner didn't charge me for my spaghetti, which I found very accommodating.

08/05/2025: Der Service war sehr gut kann die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen aber das ist wie meist individuell. Ab 17:00 Uhr gibt es Pizza die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Auch das sonstige Angebot ist sehr gut. Nette freundliche angestellte leckere Pizza Preisleistung ist in Ordnung vor der tollen Kulisse des kalterer Sees sehr zu empfehlen.
