01/06/2025: I often visit this restaurant for its strategic location, ideal as a base for excursions. However, in recent visits I have noticed a deterioration in the service: slow and inattentive. Some dishes arrived partially cold and, above all, the portions are decidedly small. It is clear that, when the raw materials in the kitchen begin to run low, the dishes are significantly reduced, without any communication or admission by the staff. What is most perplexing is the lack of flexibility and the absence of transparency of the manager. Those who choose from a list with the prices indicated expect quality and service in line.

12/05/2025: We tried this pizzeria by chance, we are on holiday and this pizzeria is close to our hotel. The place is super nice and the staff is efficient, fast and above all very kind. The pizza was delicious, we were extremely happy.

17/01/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Armin for a week of skiing. The staff is really nice and attentive. The food in the evening was excellent - 6-7 courses! The chef is a master of his craft with attention to detail! The rooms are modern and very clean! We felt totally comfortable!

16/10/2024: A great option to stop and replenish carbohydrates when it's siesta in all restaurants. Nice view, everyone will find something for themselves in the menu, these are not top-class dishes but still quite tasty.

The on-site bar and three diverse restaurants further enhance the experience, making it a popular spot even for locals. There was absolutely nothing to dislike during our stay. Every detail was meticulously organized, and the level of service was exceptional. The hotel continues to grow and invest in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring each visit is better, more engaging, and more enjoyable than the last.

06/04/2025: We were invited there for lunch today - this place was a great choice! We ate really well, the service and owners were extremely attentive and friendly and there was a nice feeling towards the children! Happy to come back!

31/05/2025: sehr nette Bedienung (junges Team) Salate kamen promt (schnell) + sehr fein. Pizza dauerte fast 30 Minuten. Teig sehr luftig und Belag tip top. Insgesamt jedoch enttäuschend, da der "Biss" fehlte und der Boden viel zu weich/dünn war. übrigens: Die lange Gärzeit des Teiges ist für die Bekömmlichkeit supper achja : das schafe Pizzaöl war nix = "mau" , der Pfeffer separat hatte mehr "pepp".

06/05/2025: Wir sind am 30. 04. spontan zum Abendessen gegangen. Um kurz nach 18:00 waren sämtliche Tische leer. Auf unsere Frage hin, ob wir zu zweit Abendessen können, wurde uns von einem Mitarbeiter/Kellner mitgeteilt, dass er uns nichts sagen kann, weil der Chef zur Zeit nicht da sei. Falls wir bis 19:00 fertig wären, wäre es wohl möglich schnell etwas zu essen. Wir haben dann vereinbart, einen Wein zu trinken, bis der Chef wieder da wäre. Nach 40 Minuten war weder der Chef da noch ein einziger Platz besetzt. Fünf Kellner hatten sich währenddessen an einem anderen Tisch gesetzt und sich lautstark unterhalten. Wir haben unseren Wein bezahlt und sind gegangen, was wirklich niemanden interessiert hat, obwohl weiterhin alle Tische unbesetzt waren (18:45). Das angeblich gute Essen konnten leider nicht probieren. Eine solche Ignoranz/ Desinteresse ist uns noch nicht begegnet, und das bei komplett leerem Lokal.

28/03/2025: After many positive experiences of staying at the hotel, I can say with certainty that it has become my second home for summer and especially winter holidays. Impeccable services, very nice and clean rooms, wellness, comfortable ski room (with access to the Gardenaccia slopes) and really excellent food and always available staff. Compliments to Francesca, Manfred and all the staff!

06/03/2025: A wellness oasis It's beautifully furnished and very clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. The spa area is a dream, and the gym has everything you need for a vacation. What really impressed us, though, was the entire staff. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness are impressive. Where do you find such employees? I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

24/02/2025: 😊‼️exceptional I've been to many hotels around the world, but this is probably one of the best, if not the best. The only thing that should be changed is adding a glass door that closes off the shower. Since it's open to the room, it's cool to shower in February, even though the room is well heated. Beyond that, there are no words to describe the courtesy of the service, generosity, cleanliness, comfort and availability, including the high level of maintenance. The architecture and interior design are perfect, including the materials used. Breakfast and dinner are wonderful, varied and very tasty. Great and spacious gym. Heated and fun pool and children's pool. Excellent spa treatments, a variety of saunas. Unplanned hospitality is second to none, including alcohol gel kits and hand cream in every corner of the public areas.
