25/04/2025: Restaurant with attention to the smallest details. We had speck, eggs and potatoes as a starter to split in two, followed by a slice of beef and a Tyrolean steak, both generous and we concluded with vanilla ice cream with hot raspberry fruit cream. All very good and tasty, friendly and nice staff and an adequate bill.

25/04/2025: Excellent experience! The place is well-kept and the atmosphere is made welcoming and pleasant thanks to the friendly, joking and present but never intrusive staff. We started with an appetizer of smoked goose breast with horseradish and continued with a first course of rye tagliatelle with venison ragout. Both dishes were tasty and well presented and the portions generous. The bill was in line with the quality offered and we left more than satisfied!

27/05/2025: We ordered three pizzas to take away. Parking was a bit challenging – we had to park on a side street. The restaurant was very busy and almost full when we arrived. Nevertheless, we received a friendly welcome at the counter and were asked if we had a reservation. We ordered two Margheritas and a salami pizza. After about a 15-minute wait, the pizzas were handed to us. They tasted excellent – ​​crispy, fresh, and very flavorful. We recommend making a reservation in advance if you visit the restaurant. Overall, it was a very good experience – we would be happy to return.

13/05/2025: Five stars aren't enough for this hotel. I've rarely been so satisfied. Everything was perfect. The room had everything you need, and the bed was super comfortable and spacious. Everything was more modern and clean than in any other hotel. The balcony with a mountain view was absolutely fantastic. The wellness area was never too crowded; everything you need was there. The water in the pool was pleasantly warm. The breakfast was modest but very good quality. The dinner (6-course menu) was sensational. We'll definitely be back. It's very good value for money.

07/04/2025: Fried potatoes with bacon and egg sounds easy, but you have to be able to do it. And they were skilled. Subtly seasoned with salt and pepper and with a very mild bacon that doesn't dominate the taste.

10/05/2025: I stayed at the Rösslwirt for a week with my father and grandparents. It was just perfect! Starting with a warm welcome, beautiful modern rooms, outstanding fresh cuisine. There was a whirlpool and a sauna to relax in, everything was really clean and great here too! Brand new e-mountain bikes are available for leisure. I would particularly like to highlight the very nice staff and the very, very friendly owners. We felt very comfortable and I will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation!

25/04/2025: We had a short vacation over Easter and we came here earlier. Very nice hotel room, super modern and very comfortable and clean. Mega view of the mountains. Hostess and staff very friendly and loving. The breakfast was really great and enough food was really tasty 😋 and good 👍 I can only recommend the hotel

24/02/2025: In una splendida passeggiata alla fine della valle Aurina dove superando la montagna che chiude la valle si raggiunge l'Austria, in questa baita si trova una accoglienza cordiale e buon cibo. Ottimi piatti del giorno ravioli e gulagh con polenta e poi la kaisermart (frittata dolce con marmellata). Prezzi onesti tempi giusti e grappa offerta.

15/04/2025: Údolie, križovatka lyžiarov, koniec zjazdoviek, nástup na prepravné zariadenia, miesto na oddych, zábavu, jedlo a občerstvenie - Apreski Snowbar, Santa Cristina, Valgardena. Dosť navštevované. Na pódiu podľa programu aj živá hudba.

24/04/2025: Things have deteriorated considerably here. Starter and main course arrived at the table almost at the same time because I was a bit late (9 pm). There was no choice but then I had to pay almost 40 euros for a weak Schnitzel. And then you are chased so that you leave as soon as possible. Last time for me.
