Our stay at the Schgaguler Hotel in Kastelruth was one of the best we've ever experienced. From the exceptional design and first-class service to the outstanding quality of the food – everything was simply perfect. Whether for adults or children, this hotel is a wonderful, tastefully designed place to relax and unwind. We tried several hotels in the city, but this one is by far the best. The welcome you receive at the Schgaguler Hotel makes you feel immediately at home, part of a big family. The kindness, discretion, and absolute professionalism of the staff make the experience unique. We were attracted by the hotel's aesthetics on our first visit, but we'll gladly return for the people. In our opinion, the most beautiful hotel in Kastelruth and the surrounding area – a tremendous asset to the town! 🤩 Once again, we had a truly wonderful holiday here; everything was simply perfect – from the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, to the fantastic, modern, and above all, spotlessly clean room with a breathtaking view of the Santner and Schlern mountains, the beautiful 13-meter indoor pool, and the superb cuisine, befitting a 5-star hotel! 👌 A huge thank you to the entire Schgaguler family for the wonderful time; we already feel like we're part of it! 😍 Many thanks also to Simon, who is always there for us with help and advice. 🙏🏻 We're already counting down the days until our next stay in July! 😉🤩

Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!

Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!

We love this hotel so much 🤩 our second time staying for a week of ski holidays and we are already planning to come back again next year. The design of the hotel is stunning, the staff is exceptional, the food (breakfast, afternoon cake, 5-course dinner) of very high quality and they graciously accommodated us as vegans, the outdoor hot tub with mountain views delightful…all perfect. The hotel is in a stunning location. Simon at reception and the valet were super sweet and very helpful. The pillows in the rooms were great but the fact they dont provide coffee in the rooms is strange. Also that the temperature controls are just for show. I had to ask them at reception to turn off the heat entirely as the room was so stuffy. I ended up keeping the door open all night to -2 to cool it down but then the cars would disturb me when sleeping so not ideal. Love the free afternoon cake time. The breakfast was small but lovely and most of the staff were super lovely. Its a bit more geared towards an adults hotel rather than for kids but still good for them. The spa was great and the pool/spa facilities were also great with a steam/sauna/ice room, relaxation area, massage pool and indoor pool as well as outdoor jacuzzi. Overall lovely but add coffee & tea in the rooms, get wider single/twin beds and give back individual temperature control to the room inhabitants.

Simple, perfect, minimalist style. I love Carl Hanson & Søn's furniture. From the rooms to the public areas, everything is designed just right, without any redundancy. It perfectly matches my aesthetic. The restaurant food was also delicious, and everyone was very nice and provided excellent service.

An experience to repeat, a hotel with excellent hospitality and impeccable cleanliness. Highly qualified and very friendly staff, and cuisine worthy of the category... Well-organized services. I can't wait to return.
