Beautiful hotel, love the pool and spa setup. Booked 2 nights for $830. They told me breakfast was included before payment, then pulled a “oh actually no” after. Not cool. Room was spacious and looked amazing. First night slept great, second night AC not working,probably the chiller got turned off. Was a rough night. Missing little things too like tissue box in room and shampoo in bathroom. Only good thing: staff was really good.

Highly recommended hotel in Val Gardena. It's family-run, and you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. I also highly recommend the restaurant and bar, even to those who don't stay at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the center of town. It has a swimming pool, which is a lot of fun. I spent an afternoon there. I would definitely stay here again next time. The staff were also very nice.

24/05/2026: We've been eating at the Seiterhof for ages. We've never been disappointed. Herbert (the owner) always cooks exceptionally well. Highly recommended. Go there anytime! It's also a beautiful spot with a sensational view. 👍👍👍😊
06/05/2026: A farmhouse with a panoramic view and a restaurant serving quality ingredients. A casual yet elegant place. Service was poor and inattentive, with a rushed, hurried attitude. They didn't offer much explanation or advice on what to order or what to order. They only served one wine by the glass, the winery, the provenance, or anything else unknown, only Cabernet. Beer wasn't even mentioned, but it was on tap or perhaps bottled. At the end of the meal, we were hoping they'd explain some sweets or desserts or grappas or something else, but they took our dishes away. Without a word, and after a 5-minute wait, we got up and went to pay, having lost our appetite. It doesn't take much to make a dinner unforgettable, for better or worse. A restaurant should never ignore its customers or rush them, or anything like that. It still deserves 3 stars for the quality of the ingredients and the location.
