Great hotel and service. Breakfasts were superb. Loved the easy access to town center, restaurants, pool, sauna etc. The lifts are a short walk

The location, the rooms, the amenities, the pool, the spa, all the facilities, the 5 course dinner, the breakfast and especially all of the staff, exceptional. Did I miss anything?!

Highly recommended hotel in Val Gardena. It's family-run, and you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. I also highly recommend the restaurant and bar, even to those who don't stay at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the center of town. It has a swimming pool, which is a lot of fun. I spent an afternoon there. I would definitely stay here again next time. The staff were also very nice.

The Hotel Genziana is located in the center of Ortisei, making it extremely convenient for the various shops and restaurants in the town center. Most importantly, it's right in front of the bus stop for buses to Bolzano or Selva, and all other destinations, and close to the cable cars to the center of Ortisei. The hotel is exquisite in every way: the rooms, the reception, etc. The breakfast and dinners are excellent and I believe they can satisfy every taste. I hope to return to the Hotel Genziana and to Val Gardena in general soon. :)
