Pizzeria Bachler In Castelrotto

We ate steaks, carbonara, pizza and alio olio - pasta from outside the menu. My daughter liked it and the cook agreed without a problem. For me, this is a big advantage of a place where no one pretends anything, there is a family restaurant with decor and service that create a specific but unique atmosphere. In our opinion, the steaks and pasta are truly outstanding, and it is difficult to find such delicious dishes. The pizza is also very, very good - we are fans of Italian cuisine - our heart belongs to the Neapolitana pizza, which cannot be beaten by a very good Roman one. However, I also recommend pizza. Ice tiramisu and ice cream with warm raspberries ended the evening perfectly.

We ate here three times during our week-long vacation. All the dishes were excellent (tagliata, pasta with venison ragout, spare ribs, etc.). The service was very attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated the chef's flexibility regarding specially prepared vegan dishes. The "ravioli with celery and mushroom filling" was also a big hit with the non-vegans.

Delicious food. Finger-licking ribs, delicious lasagna, authentic Italian style, and excellent pizza. The house wine was excellent. Great service, great atmosphere. Luckily, they don't charge extra. I highly recommend it, and we're going again today.

We ate at this fantastic restaurant two evenings in a row. It's a lovely family-run place with amazing food. We had pizza, steak, pasta, salmon, Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake), chocolate cake, and ice cream. Everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the chef and the staff for two wonderful evenings.

Great place and a true Hidden gem in the center of Kastelruth/Castelrotto. Service is great, pricing is good and food is beyond delicious. Great price for good and delicious food in a nice Tirolese ambiance with great service. What else could i wish for? Must try!
