The Schwarze Adler offers excellent South Tyrolean cuisine, paired with friendly service and a great atmosphere. Both the dining room and the outdoor seating area under the vines invite you to linger. The Matha family also provides warm and welcoming service.

Beautiful restaurant with a large garden for dining.

We spontaneously decided to go there one evening without a reservation and, despite the terrace being full, still managed to get a table for two. The service was attentive, very polite, and they gave us excellent advice on our menu choices. The drinks were served promptly, and the appetizer arrived quickly. Afterwards, we were asked if we were ready for the main course. The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair if you appreciate and want to value this high quality and service. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for professional and high-quality dining in this area.

After a scorching hot day, we decided to go and get some fresh air, even though we're close to Bolzano. We'd never been before, and we were thrilled! Dining under the pergola of a vineyard is an incredible and rewarding experience! Reasonable prices and excellent food! Bravo!

We were six adults and one baby for dinner 2 nights in a row. Everything we ordered was amazing! Spaghetti with shrimps, beef broth, grilled meat, fish, desserts.. great service too!

We spent four days in Andrian and ate at the Schwarzer Adler twice. The food was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. They have a small but excellent menu.

Very friendly and attentive service. The Kaiserschmarrn was delicious. Perfect. I'd love to come back.
