02/10/2025: Definitely worth the effort for a delicious meal. It's tucked away in the back of the village, a bit hidden. But it's worth the search, it's absolutely delicious.

21/09/2025: Simply superb. We've been there several times and tried almost everything, even the pizzas. Everything was delicious. The little things are homemade by hand, and you can taste it.

20/10/2025: Very good. The food was very flavorful. The bread was delicious, and the pork chop was prepared in an interesting way. The owner was very attentive.

13/10/2025: The friendly and kind manager gave us excellent advice. We ate a lot and really well at a great price. All the ingredients were fresh and natural, and the olive oil was excellent. I recommend the bread and bean soup, it was so good we had to ask for seconds!

12/09/2025: Perfect place to avoid the usual noisy American tourists who come to Italy/Tuscany just to eat pasta and pizza and post photos on Instagram. Adorable place, good food, honest and helpful waiters.

07/10/2025: The rooms are nice but nothing that great for the price. You are paying for the location. They provide one key card per room and make sure you return it to the registration office before you depart. They charge you a ridiculous sum of $50 USD if not returned. They never tell you this during check in. If I was told that during check in I would have made sure to return the key card. For what you pay for the room the cost for them to re-key the card is ridiculous. We were there to attend a wedding and not sure if the wedding planner is an employee of Dievole but she is horrible at her job. She had no idea who the groom’s parents were (my sister and brother-in-law) and did not rope off any seats for the groom’s family for the wedding ceremony. The groom’s family was seated in rows four and five. Totally unacceptable especially since the groom’s parents were picking up a third of the cost of the wedding.

07/10/2025: A wonderful physical and spiritual haven. Everything is top-notch, the service is meticulous and impeccable, and the surroundings are lush, voluptuous, and heavenly. Don't miss the sunset by the pool or on one of the outdoor terraces. It's a must-see in Tuscany, which in itself is a blessing from the universe on this planet. And to top it all off, a spectacular infinity pool.

12/10/2025: Spectacular, very tasty porchetta. It almost melts in the sandwich... one of the best in central Italy.

16/09/2025: A very good shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious sandwiches with Tuscan delicacies. For me, the porchetta is the best.

12/10/2025: Fairly close to Piazza del Campo in Siena, good, light pizza, low prices, but the service is a bit slow. All in all, it's okay.

02/10/2025: The atmosphere and staff are pleasant, and the food is delicious. I recommend the pizza. Among the desserts, I really liked the tiramisu and panna cotta.

19/10/2025: One of the most beautiful discoveries of my life... Taking advantage of the beauty of autumn in the wonderful Amiata, we stopped in this idyllic place by chance. It couldn't have been a better choice!!! The entrance doormat alone had convinced me, a Hollywood-style setting. Mattia, the "host," welcomed us with a smile for an evening that will remain unforgettable. With all the calm, kindness, and verve on this planet (it's increasingly rare to find such hospitality), Mattia explained the dishes and helped us choose, accommodating even the most difficult requests. The quality of the dishes was excellent, the price truly fair. I rarely write reviews, but this place, in that context, deserves a poem!!! See you soon!

19/10/2025: Returned a few years later for a birthday, and Mattia and his staff were always the same kind. Pici with hazelnuts and cocoa were sublime, as were excellent main courses, and the snails were amazing. A quiet and relaxed atmosphere for lunch in the beech forest. Keep it up!! See you soon!

15/10/2025: A unique experience in the historic center of Chiusi, where hospitality and flavors intertwine for a wonderful lunch break. Highly recommended 💪 Kudos to Paola, the dining room manager, for her professionalism and friendliness.

15/10/2025: We had lunch today and had two pizzas and then two plates of pici all'aglione, the pizzas were so-so but the pici were great anyway, all good

15/10/2025: We entered because we were intrigued by the well-kept setting and family atmosphere. The owner was immediately available, welcoming us with a warm smile. The first evening we had an aperitif, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, both delicious and anything but ordinary. Included with the aperitif were also some vegetarian appetizers, also very good. Since we had such a good time, we returned the next evening, both for aperitif and dinner, and "Olivia" did not disappoint at all: the "Ethnic Feel" and "Back Poke" dishes were delicious. If you're looking for a quiet, family-friendly place with a refined menu and very fair prices, this is the place for you. Congratulations on the sensitivity and love you put into your work; we felt it all ❤️

20/10/2025: Feels like home! We spent a weekend at this farmhouse nestled in the beautiful Tuscan hills. It's in a great location, just 15 minutes from Pienza and 15 minutes from Montepulciano. Excellent food, breakfast with homemade cakes and jams! The staff were kind and friendly, with special attention to Antonella and her son! We'll definitely be back... I highly recommend it!

18/09/2025: Agriturismo? It's definitely more than that. It's nice to see how the grandparents take care of things and pass everything on to the next generation. The food is honest and very good! The scenery is simply stunning. The rooms may be a bit dark, but they are lovingly furnished and beautiful! There's nothing to complain about! Keep it up, Familia Belagaggio!🤗

16/09/2025: What was supposed to be a romantic evening with my husband on our first night in Siena during our honeymoon turned out to be a major disappointment at Vivace Ristorante. We had made a reservation for 7:30, specifically hoping for a table on the terrace with a beautiful view overlooking Siena. Instead, we were seated at a less-than-ideal table, and the staff made no effort to offer a warm welcome. From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt uninviting. The service was extremely slow. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, the dishes were mediocre at best. Honestly, my grandmother’s recipes back home are far better. To make matters worse, the head waiter was shockingly rude—not only to us but also to his own staff. Having worked in food service for over 10 years, I could clearly see how poorly he treated the servers, and it was uncomfortable to watch. The only kindness we received that evening was from the younger staff, who tried to make up for his behavior. One moment that really stood out was when my husband tried asking a simple question about the area. Mid-sentence, the head waiter interrupted him, walked away, and never returned to finish the conversation. It was dismissive and incredibly disrespectful. On top of everything, one of the first things we ordered was bottled water. It never came, yet we were still charged for it. When we tried to get the head waiter’s attention to address it, he blatantly ignored us, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. If you are American—or really any tourist—avoid this place. It feels like a tourist trap with overpriced, average food and unfriendly service. Siena has many wonderful restaurants with genuine hospitality—unfortunately, Vivace is not one of them. :-(

16/09/2025: The service here is terrible. We booked a reservation and were given the worst located table at the restaurant. The wait staff treated us as a chore and were very unorganized. We consistently saw food that the staff did not know where to run it to. The food was mediocre and took about 1.5 hours to serve a pasta dish. If you are American avoid this place, they simply do not care.
