01/04/2024: I went for dinner last week with my husband, we had two fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, a platter with ham and cheese for one person, a portion of cantucci with vin santo, two glasses of red wine, a coffee. We spent around €85.00 which was definitely very expensive. Good fettuccine but with few porcini mushrooms... only at the Pantheon in Rome do you spend these amounts, but you are in the center of Rome and in a decidedly more refined and elegant environment. I recommend reducing prices as also suggested by the fellow citizens of Chianciano themselves.

06/03/2024: together with my girlfriend we treated ourselves to a romantic dinner in this wonderful location, I must say that we have rarely received treatment as attentive as on this occasion; service: elegant and modern As for the menu, the quality of the products is excellent, the flavors strong and refined, a shame about the tasting menu which for me (my personal taste) was perhaps a little unbalanced as it featured so many strong flavors and so many dishes. In all cases taken individually the dishes are delicious. Menu: Excellent but could be improved Last but not least, the price is really convenient. Compared to the competition, the quality-price ratio is really excellent.

05/04/2024: Professionalism, hospitality and excellent gastronomic specialties. Chalet immersed in the heart of Amiata, well maintained and with a characteristic fireplace inside. Every single dish was exquisite, delicious and well served by a nice and very friendly owner. We highly recommend the bread soup, the lamb in sauce and the ricciolina for dessert. We will definitely be back!

08/04/2024: We were passing through and I googled a place to have lunch. This inspired me, we chose well. There are 3 of us and we had 2 Tuscan appetizers and a vegetable pie with parmesan fondue. First off, I'll take something off the menu We continue with Maltagliati with Cinta Senese sauce (whites), then Pici with white Chianina ragu, and Tripe. In my opinion, everything is really good. I saw that both from our table, and also from the tables nearby, the dishes returned to the kitchen completely clean, a sign of appreciation for the dishes. Dessert, trifle and tiramisu. 2 water and a glass of wine Total 75 euros P.s. a compliment to the waiter Tiziano, kind and very nice

Impeccable raw materials and processing, rich menu with traditional but not banal dishes, excellent advice on wine (we took a truly remarkable 2017 Montecucco Riserva), salted caramel dessert taken twice. I'm only posting two photos because I ate with gusto and forgot to take photographs. Heartfelt congratulations and see you soon!

03/04/2024: I would say about this place that they would like to give a luxury target but they are not able. it is located outside the village on the ground floor of a private house, an elegant rustic environment... with lamps on the table which he tries to turn on but with an unsuccessful result, the women's bathroom which does not close... the imitation leather chairs are practically all completely peeled, service: a decidedly poor bottle of wine and sold at a high wine price, not to mention that it remained on our table for about 15 minutes unopened because no one came to open it... decent first courses from €15/17.00 per dish presented with the option of putting dried flowers at all costs....but why? as many flowers on the second course....I would say excessive! In short, the bill is €87.00 for 2 first courses, a second course and wine....if you want to create a luxury restaurant, flowers are not enough, you have to be perfect, in the village there are who can make the place top.....and is much more honest. you are very wrong, we have not closed but we have sold ... not one but several restaurants and we have others. she is the classic girl who would have already closed in Rome with her fake smile, her lack of professionalism and her arrogance... negative reviews are accepted to improve, not to attack people... continue to stay in the village. I forgot the receipt.....he gave the starter to some other person, given the lack of attention.

05/04/2024: A cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine. There was absolutely nothing to complain about in our menu, a dream in truffles. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. An absolute must if you are in the area. We'll definitely be back!

05/04/2024: The service is terrible. First, we were waiting for 20 minutes to get the menu, and after that for 30 minutes we were waiting for the waiter to come to us and order the food. But after all this wasted time, I lost my patience and we went to another restaurant.

12/01/2024: Un recente cambiamento nella brigata di cucina sta apportando piacevoli novità nel menù, che si sta progressivamente aprendo, grazie all’ ottima Clara, a nuove proposte. Lo stile simpatico e assolutamente competente di patron Niccolò rimane però inalterato, garantendo ai clienti del locale un’offerta strepitosa per quanto riguarda le birre (e anche per i vini, comunque, non si scherza!). Prenotare con largo anticipo poiché i posti sono limitati.
