01/01/2026: An enchanting place where you can feel pampered and immersed in Tuscan nature! Gorgeous and well-maintained rooms. We recommend trying the wine therapy, a real treat! We thank all the staff again for their hospitality, they are incredibly kind and competent. Kudos to the chef, who always prepares excellent, truly divine dishes! 28/04/2026: I Love You Enoteque was a wonderful discovery. The cuisine respects tradition with a touch of elegance: the smoked beef carpaccio is tender and fragrant, while the creamed chickpea soup with roasted chestnuts offers a wonderful contrast of textures. The dessert, a masterfully crafted Biancomangiare, is also very interesting. All this is accompanied by a selection of high-quality wines, served in a clean space with the typical atmosphere of the finest Tuscan wine bars. The welcome was warm and professional.

10/06/2026: I couldn’t recommend the restaurant here enough! The food was outstanding. Friendly, relaxed, efficient and delicious. We first came here 20 years ago and it’s still a wonderful place to eat. We didn’t stay there so can’t comment on the rooms but go to the restaurant! V close to the Piazza del Campo and very reasonably prices.

08/04/2026: The pizza is excellent, flavorful and easy to digest, and the appetizers are very well-made.
The service, based on simplicity, was enhanced by a genuine, friendly, and never intrusive cordiality.
The price? More than fair, unbelievable!
We left with the desire to return soon, and indeed... it's not even been a week and we're going again tonight.

06/05/2026: We came in for lunch and were a little hesitant because the entrance seemed quite touristy, but once inside, the place turned out to be truly welcoming and high-quality. There's a truly remarkable selection of wines to taste and purchase, and the service is quality and pleasant. The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for the type of place. We'll definitely be back.
04/05/2026: The first time we came in 2017, it was just a wine bar, but they did offer us a fantastic tasting menu with some cured meats. Today we returned, and to our surprise, the premises have been expanded, meticulously maintained, with many small rooms waiting to be explored. They've added a kitchen and the dishes are truly excellent. The wine list...infinite!!! Must try!

He explains the various dishes and is very good at making recommendations.
Excellent value for money, and the food is truly top-notch.
Highly recommended by two biker friends (Harley-Davidson riders).
Well done, well done, well done.

Hotel Certosa di Maggiano

We stayed at La Certosa di Maggiano in March and absolutely loved it. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the suites, which made the stay feel even more special. The room was beautiful, very quiet, and clean.
The whole place has a really special atmosphere. The cloister is magical, especially very early in the morning. Service was careful and attentive throughout, but never too much. Breakfast was excellent, with local products. We also had dinner there one night (make sure to make a reservation in advance because they have just a few seats).
The place is also an easy walk into the centre of Siena, which made everything very convenient.
A really memorable stay.
20/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Certosa di Maggiano. The fact that it’s a former monastery gives the whole place a very special atmosphere: full of history, character and quiet charm.
It’s not overly polished or overly luxurious, which is precisely part of its appeal. The breakfast outdoors with the breathtaking Tuscan landscape around you was unforgettable. Beautiful pool, total tranquility and a real sense of sensory wellbeing throughout the property. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. A very peaceful and authentic place to disconnect.

05/05/2026: We're in Piazza di Provenzano. The place is spacious but rather dark. The pizza is good, although the pasta could be improved with a wider selection.
02/05/2026: In a very central location (not "near the center" as some have written, but in Piazza Provenzano, within the walls of the historic center, a 200-meter walk from Piazza del Campo!) yet still quiet, with a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the square, it makes excellent wood-fired pizzas with a light, easily digestible dough, plus ciaccini and more, all made with quality ingredients.
Friendly and friendly staff.
Fair prices.
