First, a note of merit can only go to Mattia, the restaurant's host. In every word and gesture you can perceive the great passion he puts into his work! Let's get to the food: exquisite, tasty and here too... in every forkful or spoonful you can feel the flavor of the mountain. All the possible stars for this place and for Mattia. We'll be back

The Brunello di Montalcino served was simply exceptional, perfect to accompany dinner. Warm atmosphere, impeccable service. Absolutely to try!

We had a couple of panini with different local cured hams and the experience was enjoyable.
Prices are standard throughout such shops.
The owner was cordial and helpful, even presenting some pecorino samples when we asked about the product.

10/05/2025: Sunday 4 May lunch for 4: The first course of pasta topped with courgettes and burrata is tasteless, there are minimal traces of courgettes and burrata, a dish that turned out really badly. The ribollita is a little better, the portion is worth tasting. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the order, for 4 first courses, so we thought it best not to order second courses or anything else. At the other tables the expected situation seemed equally critical.

28/04/2025: It is a place for a journey into authentic Tuscan flavours, with a particular interpretation. I had dinner here and returned the next day to try something else. Don't miss the Chianti tuna, the turkey with pistachios and oranges, the crostoni, the tomato soup and the ribollita. For dessert, the saffron and pine nut terrine, without a doubt! All accompanied by a selection of Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Sincere dishes, informal atmosphere and real taste!
