20/11/2025: I visited this place after being recommended to me by my Airbnb host, and they did not disappoint! Service was excellent and friendly especially towards a tourist like myself. The vibes were great and the food was phenomenal. Worth a visit if you’re ever in Siena!

06/12/2025: It was our first time here, and I don't think I'd return. There's no parking, but beyond that, the place feels dank and a bit run-down. We ordered two appetizers, which were all in all acceptable. Then came two Picci (which weren't picci) with a sauce that looked like Chianina ragù. To top it all off, the coffee cup (at the bottom) was completely stained with dried coffee. Furthermore, the sugar packets were stained with equally dried coffee, probably recovered from another table. Luckily, the staff accommodated us and took the first course off our bill. I'll end by saying that the place isn't worth the price we paid.

10/10/2025: A very special place! We were staying at the Le Fontanelle hotel and chose not to have dinner at the hotel to experience this, and it was worth it! It's a unique, family-friendly place where simplicity makes you feel at home. The menu starts at €45.00 per person, including starter, first course, main course, and dessert. There's no cover charge. The food was delicious and very generous. I found the dessert a bit bland, but it didn't take away from the dinner. The house red wine, actually made by them, was delicious! The best house wine of the entire trip to Italy. To top it all off, Bety, the owl, makes the atmosphere and experience even more incredible. It's a worthwhile experience for anyone in the area! The total bill, including 500ml house wines, came to €100.00.

30/11/2025: The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. We ordered pappardelle with venison ragù, pici with hare ragù, and ossobuco, and were extremely satisfied. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: A lunch combining tradition and simplicity, with high-quality ingredients expertly prepared. All enjoyed in an elegant and tranquil setting. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. Reservations are essential, especially in winter, as table availability is limited. In warmer seasons, seating increases thanks to the outdoor tables. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: Thanks to Filippo, our host for his kind and friendly chat and for his recommendations about area. We tried Ossobuco and Tagliata with porcini mushroom. Both were delicious and highly recommended. The vegetable tart as starter and tiramisu were very delicious as well. Thanks for beautiful dinner and hospitality. :)

25/11/2025: Pleasant setting, lots of space Wonderful pasta I took tagliatelle with bitter orange my wife the picci suga , very fine taste, beautiful bread and we enjoyed the mobile olive oil which is extraordinary as was the wine. Not typical Toscane style but “hors category”cooking . A joy to remember. As the stinqo de maiale was very special enough to share with 2.. Thank You for the wonderful lunch. We bought local grappa and the Nobile olive oil..
