15/03/2025: We were seated in the shabby upper floor with lack of atmosphere. We didn’t even get a table for ourselves. The food was the worst we ever had in Italy - the prices are insane for what you get served. We were expecting high quality food and a nice charming atmosphere but we were missing both. The bread on the side comes in trashy fatty paper bags and you don’t get some oil, butter or even a plate. The dishes are tasteless and without any quality. Just a waste of time which felt like a joke.

30/03/2025: We stopped here by chance, and thank goodness it was a great experience. Homemade pasta cooked to perfection, very tender meat and delicious dessert. Great experience

06/04/2025: Cucina dai sapori interessanti e tutto di ottima qualità. Dagli antipasti ai dolci è tutta una scoperta. Risotto di pesce buonissimo e anche il gamberone su crema di topinambur. Altra nota positiva i macarones buonissimi come gli originali lauduree. Consigliatissimo

05/04/2025: Cena di pesce di altissimo livello in compagnia di colleghi venerdì 4 aprile 2025. Lo chef ci ha dedicato una saletta da soli (eravamo in 15) e questo ci ha consentito libertà di movimento in una serata informale dove al carpaccio di crudo ha fatto compagnia un gamberone in tempura delizioso. Sublime il risotto al lime e la ricciola servita con patate e verdure croccanti, decisamente freschissima. Per finire una fantasia di dolci dalla bontà inimmaginabile. Prezzo assolutamente competitivo e servizio impeccabile! Tornerò presto, complimenti!!

28/03/2025: We spent 12 days in the Val d'Orcia area. We went to all kinds of restaurants: L'Angolo was the only one we went back to. With excellent value for money, it's a place that's popular with locals as well as tourists. We were treated wonderfully the first time, and even better the second time when we returned. Absolutely recommendable; you can even afford a 2018 Brunello at a reasonable price.

28/03/2025: We stop by this town at a later afternoon and went to this Bistrot for some snacks and drinks. The owner is amazing with his Aperitivo！！！My sisters and I really enjoy time here！

12/03/2025: A nice restaurant in Buonconvento. As a welcome there was no bruschetta but a slice of bread with ricotta and sweet red wine onions. For the starter I had a tartare and for the main course there was a half-fried tuna with sesame and vegetables. Both were really tasty. The strawberry decoration on both plates was a bit too much, as two such beautiful dishes don't need any decoration in my opinion. The others had seafood pasta - delicious, zucchini risotto - also great and ricotta ravioli - delicious homemade dough. For dessert there was a very rich chocolate pudding and a tiramisù to share. Thanks for the lovely evening!

04/03/2025: Chef da me conosciuto ,invitato a provare la sua carbonara ,mio piatto preferito ,devo dire che era eccellente ,paccheri cremosi con quantità notevole di guanciale ....perfetta ! Poi proseguo con la quaglia ripiena ,davvero gustosa ! Servizio impeccabile ,grande Barone ! Proprietario alla mano ,unico neo , è dell'Inter ! Consigliato ,provate !

04/01/2025: We went to the restaurant for Christmas lunch with the whole family and we had a wonderful time. Excellent quality food and wines and everything very well looked after. Adequate price and excellent service.

06/01/2025: Very bare rooms, and not at all soundproofed. Good breakfast with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Very suggestive wine shop with local products for sale. Excellent location

03/01/2025: Scelto per il suo aspetto, quasi per caso. Qui ti senti davvero a casa sia per lo staff, attento e cordiale. Siamo stati qui due sere di fila ed abbiamo avuto modo di provare più pietanze (tutte cotte alla perfezione e davvero molto buone) e diversi calici, tutti vini buoni. Consiglio a chi si trova a Montepulciano di passare, anche solo per un aperitivo perché merita davvero molto. Tornerò sicuramente e grazie per l'attenzione che date a ogni cliente.

28/03/2025: We stopped on a Saturday for an aperitif before lunch...what can I say...wonderful discovery! The location is beautiful and suggestive, the staff very kind and the non-alcoholic cocktails were really good and finally different from the usual sweet fruity one that is normally served in all the bars. We will definitely be back!

31/03/2025: Gianna took us spontaneously and even cooked us some diner in the late evening. The food was excellent and the Tiramisu was maybe the I‘ve ever had. We were hiking around the mountains and had a good rest in Gianna‘s apartment. Thank‘s for having us! Best regards, Finn

10/11/2024: Nos encantó nuestra cena en este restaurante. El personal era encantador y atento, el ambiente era cálido y acogedor, y la comida y el vino eran todos excepcionales. No te pierdas el gnudi y el ragu! Sus filetes eran fabulosos también.

05/09/2024: Good enough for a quick bite. Nothing fancy but it is good if you’re in a bind. Servers aren’t particularly friendly to non locals, noticed that twice.
