27/05/2025: Don't hesitate, go for it! This restaurant is a true breath of Italy. The main dining room may seem a little empty in mid-season, but the waitresses are there to warm the hearts. The setting, the view, the people... everything is magnificent. I enjoyed three dishes for a total of €33, which was ultimately reduced to €30 because, apparently, "I seemed nice." I highly recommend it!

23/05/2025: Great spot for wood fired pizza, with spectacular city views from their patio. Very good salads, and sprawling wine list. The pizza selection is huge, so a little homework can save some time staring at you phone trying make a choice!

15/05/2025: Finally, a pizzeria in a touristy spot where the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. An extremely large selection of good-quality pizzas, decent sizes, and, above all, generous toppings! Drink prices are also very reasonable. Considering the fantastic view, it's an absolute recommendation.

31/03/2025: Gianna took us spontaneously and even cooked us some diner in the late evening. The food was excellent and the Tiramisu was maybe the I‘ve ever had. We were hiking around the mountains and had a good rest in Gianna‘s apartment. Thank‘s for having us! Best regards, Finn

02/06/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a warm atmosphere and breathtaking views. We only had coffee and breakfast there, but everything was top quality. The staff is friendly and the setting is perfect to enjoy quietly. Definitely recommended!

31/05/2025: A pleasant space, a panoramic view worth its weight in gold, helpful waiters, top-quality wine and fresh homemade pasta, prices are moderate and every food choice is worthy of praise.

22/10/2024: For French tourists, I do not advise you to take the lasagna because it is really not worth it. They are not well presented, a little lukewarm and not even really good. I recommend pasta like “con Ragù Toscano”. Otherwise the service is good and the atmosphere too. Just for good Italian lasagna, we were definitely on it!

02/10/2024: Visited for a late lunch, nice small Ristorante with friendly staff and an interesting menu with lots of home made dishes. The Ravioli was very good, as was the lasagne, reasonably priced too.

29/04/2025: Very noisy environment, sometimes you had to talk very loudly to have a conversation. Pasta with mushrooms and truffle cream was not tasty, boring in taste. Pizza with salami and gorgonzola was delicious. Tiramisu didn't have much to do with tiramisu. Service was very slow, and the two meals came to the table at a different time.

02/06/2025: Place of peace and serenity. Hospitality par excellence. Enchanting former convent, re-signified as a hospitality structure. Every detail is light, in harmony with the space and in continuity with Sarteano. High quality breakfast. The room is airy, clean and, when you enter you are embraced by an essence of grapes and mimosas that smells of fields and harmony. High level hospitality and beauty is everything happens in harmony, without signals that can affect the authenticity of the experience. You are discreetly and humanely accompanied and pampered without having the perception of being in a hotel structure. Highly recommended! For souls sensitive to poetry. 10/02/2025: If you don't have a compact car, don't go to the accommodation!!!!!! Park in the parking lot and take your bags with you! They scratch all the rental cars!!!!! I hope the warmly welcoming owner stays there for a long time.

04/05/2025: We were looking for a good food for almost an hour in Siena. I am happy that we found this place! Really tasty! Really) believe me) Raviolli, risotto with orange, lasagna were perfect as in Russia :-)))))) And the waiters are very polite!

30/04/2025: I migliori hamburger di Siena a mani basse, il Calaburger è da sogno! Materie prime ottime, dalla carne alle verdure. Sono loro cliente da tempo anche per le pizze, le prendo spesso da asporto ma fanno anche al taglio. Il loro impasto sembra “biscottato”, è la tipologia che preferisco. Nota di merito per la parmigiana e per la diavola (il loro pomodoro è ottimo). È possibile prenotare e comporre il proprio hamburger/pizza anche tramite il loro sito. BRAVISSIMI!

18/05/2025: Limited menu but exactly what we were looking for! Great service and atmosphere and extras with complimentary bites and great bread with the Cesar Salad. Loved our stop here!

10/05/2025: Truly humbling experience. Two of us show up at 6.15pm, therefore pre-aperitif time, for a quick spritz. The place had many empty tables. We waited 5 minutes standing to ask the staff if there was a place for us. A girl who works there was talking to a group of customers for a while, and no one was coming from inside. We sit on the first table, aware that, if necessary, we would get up to go to another table. A girl arrives, light hair tied up with glasses. Not even a good evening or a greeting, he begins: "are you guys?" from the series "where did you come from?", I reply: "hi, sorry, we're here, but I don't know if it's busy" (by the way there was no sign saying "reserved"). She replies very annoyed: "yes, in fact it's booked, there are those standing tables without seats" and runs away without saying anything. In short, things can be said in many ways, if you work with the public there is no other way: with kindness. I would have appreciated a "please" or "sorry guys, I have all the tables booked, do you mind sitting there?" And instead nothing, acting grumpy and not even half a smile. We reversed and left, there's no way I'm paying two spritzes to someone who doesn't even know how to spell the word hospitality.
