The tranquility of the environment is wonderful, the room very comfortable and with spectacular views. The staff was very friendly, and the dinner and breakfast were very good. To repeat.

Posto bellissimo immerso nella natura. Colazione ricca e molto buona con prodotti locali. Unico problema potrebbe essere la strada sterrata da percorrere per raggiungere la struttura.

Adoramos nossa estadia!! Lugar lindo, fomos muito bem atendidos e o café da manhã maravilhoso. Passamos apenas uma noite, mas deu vontade de ficar mais tempo. Super recomendo!!

Resort bellissimo immerso nella campagna su di un colle che offre una vista mozzafiato...camere pulite e funzionali...colazione ottima...personale super...a meno di un quarto d'ora da Pienza è l'ideale per chi desidera visitare questa parte della val d'orcia...da ritornarci sicuramente

We had a great one-night stay in Borgo Sant'Ambrogio. Although it was November and there were only maybe 5 other couples staying, the staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything, including a very good breakfast with some of the best views. All restaurants in nearby Pienza were already closed for the winter so we opted to have dinner at the resort which was a great experience! With a special recommendation for the tiramisu, which was the very best I tried in Italy (and therefore the world). I do hope they will fix the entry path to the estate. We were lucky to have a SUV and there was no rain, but the level of service and comfort at the resort is not in line with the bad condition of the path. Having said that, it is still worth crossing it!

Appena rientrati da un soggiorno a Pienza. Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel immerso nella natura, posto incantevole da cui ammirare il tipico paesaggio toscano. Stanza pulitissima, letto molto comodo ed atmosfera romantica. Il casale è meraviglioso, tutto in pietra, con giardino curato e personale attento e gentile. Nel giardino esterno c'è una piscina scoperta. La colazione è qualcosa di strepitoso: dolce e salata con prodotti a km 0. Tutto ottimo! Abbiamo anche aggiunto la cena al ristorante...sublime! Ho adorato i pici con crema di pecorino: ottimi! L'unico inconveniente e' la strada per raggiungere il resort: è dissestata e bisogna stare attenti alle buche. Ma il tragitto un po' scomodo viene subito ripagato dalla bellezza del posto...merita davvero! Spero di tornare, magari in estate per poter usufruire anche della piscina ☺️

5 stars all around. They made such a special effort for my vegetarian friend, who does not eat eggs either. The food and drink were great, as were the views. Very hospitable staff. I would come again, and highly recommend it to my friends and family.
