17/05/2025: Andavamo sempre in questo ristorante da ancora prima della nuova gestione poi cambiata gestione e ci trovavamo bene … Una sera avevamo fix per il mio compleanno siamo arrivati e dopo esserci messi a sedere ci hanno detto no si fa più pizza … se uno dopo tanti anni fa un cambiamento così dovrebbe avvertire chi chiama per prenotare poco professionale no ci tornerò mai più delusione

10/05/2025: Knowing the owners I had the pleasure of dining often with my friends at Bistrot 74. Wonderful place, a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with furnishings that have been taken care of down to the smallest details. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine with excellent dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good Italian cuisine.

06/05/2025: A gem in the heart of Florence Bistrot 74 pleasantly surprised us with its serene and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by a careful selection of classical music that surrounds the space with an elegant and familiar air. It's the kind of place where you sit calmly and enjoy not just a meal, but a complete experience. The flavors are authentically Florentine, balanced and well executed in each dish. The culinary proposal is accompanied by a pairing of white wines with citrus and fruity notes, which enhance each bite without overpowering the nuances of the dish. The manzo with mushroom sauce is not to be missed: tender, tasty and perfectly harmonized with its garnish. A place to which, without a doubt, we will return. Bravissimi!

17/05/2025: Florence unveiled a true gem, a culinary highlight that easily ranks among our best meals in the city. Tucked away from the bustling tourist crowds, the gentle stroll to its doorstep was a welcome respite. Stepping inside felt like entering a warm Italian home, greeted by genuine smiles and attentive service – a perfect prelude to the delights that followed. The open kitchen was a captivating window into the chef's artistry, allowing us to appreciate the passion and precision behind each creation. The now-legendary wild boar lard butter, paired with their exquisite bread selection, was indeed a beautiful overture. But the truffle pasta? That was simply mind-blowing. The tender pork fillet that followed defied expectations, surprisingly delicate and flavorful. And a bottle of robust red wine served as the perfect accompaniment to this Florentine feast. This is a place I'll wholeheartedly recommend and undoubtedly return to on future visits. A true taste of authentic Florence, away from the tourist trail.

17/05/2025: Cool atmosphere, incredibly good and attentive service (although the start at reception wasn't 100% perfect but it doesn't matter). The food was a dream - creative and delicious. I've never eaten pork belly so well. People enjoy coming here!

11/05/2025: I was looking for a restaurant near my accommodation and was greeted kindly so I decided to go there. At first, I was worried because there were no people at the outdoor tables, but the staff were cheerful (especially one male employee) and the food was delicious. The wine recommended by the female employee is also the wine of life!
