09/08/2025: We're from the Veneto region and had our first Florentine steak here. It was delicious, as were the first and second courses. The place is very nice and quiet, and the staff is excellent. The owner is a truly kind person, a pleasure to chat with. I wish I lived closer so I could go there more often.

09/09/2025: Average, nothing more, we went there after reading the good reviews (which I don't understand by the way) for a breakfast coffee, the cappuccino is not the best and the chocolate croissant is not crispy, the only positive point is the gentleman was smiling, I do not recommend.

15/08/2025: Spectacular porchetta. What I didn't like was that they forced me to buy drinks (including wine) for everyone, otherwise I wouldn't be able to enter the place. That's the only reason I don't give it a 5. The rest was very good.

24/08/2025: Very nice spot for lunch. The service was friendly and they all spoke English. The bread and olive oil was great. The Agnolottini, cacio e pepe style primi was unbelievable! I would order that everytime I went there if I could.

20/08/2025: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We had a dog with us, and they immediately brought him a nice bowl of water to cool him down in the August heat. The food was amazing, and the portions were well-balanced. Worth a try (and try again).

28/06/2025: The Piazza Potente in Reggello is so suggestive, a place where the breeze blows almost continuously to make it perfectly acclimatized in this torrid summer, a perfect location especially sitting at a table from 1250, a restaurant with excellent quality and research on the supply chain of the products that are brought to the table, and with a large and young staff that whizzes up the steep climb made of old stones and then abounds dispensing taste and courtesy to all the diners. The small kitchen churns out delicacies with new recipes even off the menu, as well as the wood-fired pizza oven, unique, genuine and never banal, the knife-chopped raw fish have such freshness in their heart that they seem to arrive on the plate still pulsating, the frying is light and harmonious both in shape and taste, you eat well both seafood and land, we exchanged tastings and it seemed that each of us discovered which dish to have next time, it is a cuisine that surprises, to be tried absolutely, the waiting times are a little longer but then it usually happens in these places that are full every night, it is mandatory to book better if with a few days in advance, if you are in a hurry to consume maybe it is not the ideal place but one thing is certain, you will leave there refreshed in taste and soul! Interesting wine list, fair price. Applause to everyone, thank you!

29/08/2025: Excellent food and service. Compliments to the Chef August 29, 2025, we returned to Lo Stravagante Restaurant. What a deliciousness! 😋 Eggplant flan and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. SUPER. Excellent price. Highly recommended.

21/08/2025: There weren't many people there, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely and delicious meal. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the owner only spoke Italian.

13/08/2025: Best restaurant in Florence!! Real authentic food (I had the mushroom risotto and it was to die for!!) and the tiramisu was the best I've ever eaten. Worth a visit

08/09/2025: The worst food we ate in Italy. Bruschetta was just a slice of bread with a raw tomato and no seasoning. The lasagna was terrible, dry, and the meat had the consistency and taste of pâté. The pizza was quite okay, but I wouldn't recommend it. Furthermore, they charge 3 euros per person for the coperto, but they didn't even serve us bread, and there were no napkins on the table. There are plenty of better restaurants in the area.

08/09/2025: My boyfriend and I ordered bruschetta, a margarita pizza, and lasagna. Unfortunately, the lasagna was inedible. The worst I've ever eaten. Dry, the pasta felt stale, and the meat was underwhelming. The pizza was okay. The bruschetta was just plain white bread with raw tomato, without any seasoning or flavor. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

11/08/2025: If you're coming, I recommend the outdoor terrace. You can enjoy the Duomo and the moonlit night view at the same time. The course is beautiful and healthy. A little French flair is welcome.

The flavors are balanced, delicate, and delicious, with meticulous presentation. The service is impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and the place is full of charm, just like the Italy we dream of discovering. 04/07/2025: We had the best gelato in Florence here, and we tried several, but always came back here. We stayed above another gelato place that's close, that had long lines at all times, and while that one was good as well, we always passed it by and came here cause this one was MUCH better, and no lines. So a double win.
