Grande tecnica e contestualmente semplicità balzano agli occhi ed al palato. Personale di sala attento, preparato ed estremamente professionale. Una sosta che merita il giusto riconoscimento tanto dagli avventori, dai commensali quanto degli addetti al settore. Complimenti bravissimi TUTTI.
