11/03/2025: A stunning gem in the Sant'Ambrogio market. In addition to lampredotto, tripe, tongue and boiled meat are also delicious. The meatballs and the various first, second and side dishes are also very good. Very welcoming and helpful staff, the perfect place for lunch in Florence!

19/10/2024: I had dinner at 588 with a friend and we had an unforgettable evening. Let's start by saying that the restaurant is located in a wonderful setting immersed in the greenery of the Florentine hills and stands out for the refinement and accuracy of the details, from the surrounding furnishings to the impeccable equipment. The waitresses pampered and spoiled us from the first to the last moment, carefully explaining every single dish and accompanying us on what was a real journey into the flavors of Tuscany. As for the food, what can I say... a unique experience! We tried the tasting menu (which I highly recommend!) and each dish was a discovery. The chef experiments and plays with new combinations and I must say that they are always spot on! just to give an example, I fell in love with tortellini filled with lamb brains, smoked trout with its eggs and wild fennel (said by someone who has never particularly loved brains, I couldn't help but change my mind!) or cured meats made by the chef (never tried anything like it)...the desserts leave you speechless, try it! Thank you for a wonderful evening..we will definitely be back!

03/10/2024: Evening among the olive trees, particular location with a glass window overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. Precise but not formal service, very courteous and attentive. Tasty dishes that require a lot of care and research. The wine list is satisfactory. I recommend it for an evening full of taste and good food. The bill is a little high but given the quality and culinary knowledge, I would say it is still in line..

18/03/2025: An excellent restaurant that is becoming increasingly noticed both for the quality of the cuisine and for the service in the dining room. All the dishes we have tried in our 3 visits to the restaurant have always thrilled and convinced us. So much attention to detail from the kitchen and super welcome in the dining room. The environment is well-kept and relaxing, you feel at ease for a super pleasant evening. Recommended!!

17/03/2025: Nello deserves a star - asap! The food was super creative with a great love for details and unbelievably tasty. Coupled with the amazing service of Chiara, Ristorante Nello manages to create a magic dinner experience that everyone traveling the area should try out. We have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants before that would have a hard time competing with Ristorante Nello! The exploding ravioli and the “by candlelight” dessert are to die for! We will definitely be back!

23/03/2025: On the road less traveled by tourists, for Boboli and Palazzo Pitti, a local harvest welcomes you, pizzeria, bar, delicatessen. I tasted an excellent pizza, and covaccino, fresh products, kindness, courtesy, respect and attention to the customer. They asked me for my opinion on the chosen vaccine, the first customer to try it, and I confirm that it is highly recommended. Right value for money! Happy pizza everyone! 🙂

21/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Care Diem a provare la nuova gestione, è stata una bellissima sorpresa, abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene, tagliolini al tartufo veramente sopraffini, una rarità in zona, servizio attendo e gentile, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto buonissimo, e il menu' è veramente interessante. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezzionale. Super consigliato.

31/12/2024: Dinner with friends: table outside with a beautiful view to the east of the hills with the village of Tignano and the Castello del Nero illuminated by the red light of the sunset. Aperitif, welcome tomato soup and really good pizza: thin, perfect: we learned that a very fine flour is used and you can feel it. In particular, my pizza with buffalo mozzarella, caramelized onion, carrots and sesame is one of the most surprising in taste and good that I have ever eaten. Equally good are the gnudi with truffles and the millefeuille with strawberries. They were very organized and paid particular attention to the food for the celiac person who was with us, serving dedicated pizza, bread and desserts. I definitely recommend it, and I also recommend a walking tour of the village of Barberino which is beautiful and well kept.

12/04/2025: An authentic place, with very friendly and close treatment. The ravioli stuffed with pear is a spectacle, delicious carpaccio and to top it off an excellent tiramisu. I hope to return to this wonderful city soon and eat at this restaurant 🔝

06/04/2025: Je conseille sans détour.... Des menus pas trop chers (18 € pour spaghettis, une viande avec légumes et un dessert) ou des plats à la carte comme des gnocchis (fabuleux...) Merci aux patrons et au service impeccable malgré le fait que étions 10 et que nous n avions pas réservé 😁 Merci pour cet agréable moment

18/03/2025: I spent two days in Florence and I liked Brac so much that I had dinner there two nights in a row! The place has a very interesting alternative format, it is in fact both a bookshop and a restaurant and bar where you can have an aperitif. The à la carte menu has about 5/6 options per course, which suggests that all the dishes are made on the spot and with extreme attention to detail. In addition to being almost completely vegan, many of the dishes they offer have self-produced ingredients, an example is the delicious seitan on pepper cream that I tasted on the second night. What won me and my boyfriend over in particular was the pasta alla chitarra, truly exceptional! The prices are fair, the portions too. All this in a relaxing and welcoming environment, among prints, travel manuals, great classics, art books and much more. After dinner I couldn't help but buy myself a novel! I absolutely recommend it

15/03/2025: Nice place, good service, good quality vege/vegan food. In a more open city than Florence it would be nothing special, here it is an island of salvation. The user base strictly adheres to the type of venue, you are warned!!

28/03/2025: Tuvimos una buena cena aquí. Vinimos temprano y nos sentamos inmediatamente. Todos los platos eran buenos, es decir, aperitivo de calamar a la parrilla, besugo al horno y pulpo a la parrilla. En particular, el besugo se presentó con mucha elegancia.
