Ristorante La Limonaia di Villa Senni In Scarperia

On a last-minute recommendation, we stumbled upon this restaurant, and everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the food is delicious!! The tartare and Florentine steak are highly recommended, but everything else is equally as delicious!! If we're ever in the area again, we'll be happy to return ☺️

I had a wonderful meal at La Limonaia. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was truly Tuscan. The staff was wonderful, Gloria in particular, a very sweet girl who makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. We'll be back.

Not just steaks and tartare, but also delicious vegetarian options. My wife and I were incredibly impressed by the quality of the dishes, with their innovative and tasty combinations, as well as the highly sought-after, top-quality ingredients. I would absolutely recommend going for lunch or a romantic dinner by the pool, as we did; it's an absolutely incredible experience. The ladies serving are very kind and professional, as is sommelier Samuele. Chef Lorenzo certainly has great creative skills and creates delicious dishes. The location is the Limonaia of the Frescobaldi family's Villa Senni, so it's very elegant and well-maintained. Tables are both inside and in the front garden, and there's also access to another area where you can dine by the pool, as you can see in the photos. Those who go for lunch can also take a walk through the Frescobaldi vineyard or visit the Villa Senni park and the surrounding area. Not far from here is the Mugello racetrack, which during the Moto GP season is very popular with motorcyclists and celebrities. Wonderful… I ate by the pool… clean… everyone was very kind… excellent, quality food… and I'll add that I've never eaten such a good dessert in my life 🤩😋

It was okay, but the price-performance ratio was... well, not great. Food was good. Service was mediocre.

Enchanting place, impeccable service. Excellent menu with very good seasonal ingredients. Excellent wine list. I will definitely be back, perhaps for dinner, to try your steaks.
