Le Volte In Firenze

Although it is a small and cute place on the side of the road, it has a very strong wine and food menu. The employees are friendly and caring. I especially recommend you to try wines made from grapes from the Tuscan region.

I first came here two years ago and had the best steak I have ever tasted. I knew as soon as I booked to come back to Florence that I wanted to return. Once again, the steak completely blew me away. It really is incredible. The staff were brilliant and really friendly, the wine was great. Everything about this place is amazing 🥰

A truly outstanding restaurant in Firenze.. One of the best meal we have in Italy yet.. The appetizer was amazing and the Florentine steak was fantastic. A little on the salty side but still outstanding nevertheless. I like it that they serve the meat on the hot plate and allow us to cook the meat at our preference.

Welcoming personel, ready to recommend their best dishes, very tasty food, also nicely decorated. A bit pricey for the amount of food, but this is why I managed to try a dessert as well :)

We had dinner in this restaurant on a Saturday evening, the seating was a bit small and we were in the passage area of ​​the waiters and customers but everything was made up for with the spectacular quality of the Florentine steaks we ate, I have truly never had a similar experience. Good value for money although not cheap, but quality and courtesy are worth paying for!

Highly selected raw materials, spectacular wine list. far from the noise of the historic center, here the attention to detail together with the great passion of the guys make this place a temple of little revisited Tuscan cuisine. Ero stata un paio di volte con amici in questo accogliente locale gestito da giovani ragazzi sorridenti e davvero molto garbati. L’ultima volta ho scelto Le Volte per la cena di una star del design internazionale che esponeva nelle vicinanze, poiché desiderava mangiare carne. La qualità della carne a Le Volte è superlativa, si tratti di BISTECCA, filetto, tagliata, polpette: è infatti fornita dalla macelleria Lanini, di proprietà dei genitori dello chef Leonardo, situata accanto al ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato dei superlativi crostini di fegatini, e poi due ECCELLENTI tagliolini al tartufo nero : “scivolosi” ma non “collosi”, tartufo profumatissimo e generoso, pasta artigianale di ottima qualità. ( avevano disponibile anche un menu dedicato al tartufo bianco, per chi gradisse il top del top). Due calici di ottimo vino a testa, acqua, circa 38€ pro capite. Conto onestissimo rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente, tenuto conto della QUALITÀ davvero INECCEPIBILE. Nel panorama dei prezzi esosi della ristorazione fiorentina, “gonfiata” e mercenaria, dove la mediocrità è spacciata per “conveniente eccellenza” ( le due cose insieme non stanno!) , questo ristorante si distingue per onestà, qualità e stile TIPICAMENTE FIORENTINO “con plus”. Il plus è la sapienza dello chef capace di offrire l’ AUTENTICITÀ e qualità degli ingredienti lacucina fiorentina a prezzi realistici e onesti. MOLTO consigliato.

Une cuisine délicieuse, une carte intelligente, une équipe jeune et compétente. Ce restaurant éloigné du centre mérite vraiment de faire l'effort d'y aller. C'est très bon et le prix est plus que raisonnable comte tenu de la qualité. Nous étions ravis. Bravo et merci pour cette excellente soirée.
