17/08/2024: Sublime and high level experience. After a few years after opening, we decided to try this restaurant. The context is very beautiful and well-kept, inserted within the "Ville sull'Arno" accommodation facility. We sat outside, near the pool area. The mise en place is refined, perfect and is renewed with each course. The service is friendly, professional and really tends to pamper the customer. The dishes are "explosive", that is, with an intense flavor and high quality. The seafood ravioli is simply wonderful. Excellent wine list and lots of attention to detail. The level is that of a starred restaurant. Really good.

30/07/2024: Sempre una bella atmosfera che sia nell'area del caminetto d'inverno o che sia vicino al bordo vasca d'estate come in questa ultima occasione. E' sembrato un bel menù quello prposto. Ottimi i piatti scelti: una rivisitata carbonara profumata al tartufo nero, ravioli di rombo al sugo di granchio azzurro (aggiunta fuori menù), polpo cotto a bassa temperatura, filetto di manzo alla Rossini. Graditi, in attesa dei piatti ordinati, alcuni assaggini offerti dallo chef. Servizio attento ed inappuntabile come al solito.

05/08/2024: Unbelievably good pizza, bread: excellent, tomato sauce: excellent, garnish: excellent. If you don’t try a pizza here. You have not been experienced what a true Italian pizza is. Blown away! Try the garden for seating, very cozy. If you don’t have the time. Do take away. We live in hostel: Florence plus and to grab a pizza here on the way home is a minimum! Yum!

05/08/2024: Beautiful location, great food and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food. P.s. the Florentine steak was exceptional!

19/08/2024: We had breakfast there five days, it corresponds to the breakfast at B&B le Stanze del Duomo. The buffet is quite complete. The place is very nice, quiet and cozy.

18/08/2024: Amazing ambiance, service and food. Tasting menus are available for 1 person so solo diners can rejoice! I picked "The Sea," but "The Land" and Vegetarian are also available. The server recommended great wines by the glass when I didn't think I could finish a 4 glass pairing. Don't miss out on the house made bread! It's the best I've had served in a restaurant in Italy, so far.

26/08/2024: We came in 2016 it was super good in 2024 the pizzas are still just as good! The wine is delicious there are coloring pages for children and a carafe of water on the table the best address Grazie mille if I come back to Florence I will come back here!

12/06/2024: I left Sicily to taste their lampredotto, they prepared it in front of me and it was a discovery of fantastic flavours, they are also very kind and friendly, excellent service, I recommend stopping to eat at L'Trippaio di Sant'Ambrogio, in is worth

11/06/2024: Got here at 10 on a Friday, looking for a quick brekkie. Yes, we were eating tripe sandwiches for brekkie. When in Florence right? Everything was just freshly made. Seems as though they were just opening. The tripe was ready, so we ordered one of those, and we wanted to try the tongue, which JUST finished cooking. It was freshly sliced for our panini. Both were good but I preferred the tripe. The tongue needed more flavor. Perhaps some more salt, or some more of the red/green sauce? I do really like the shop in Central Market but if you’re at Sant’Ambrogio, this is still a good spot for lampredotto.

18/08/2024: Very good food Exceptional raw, very fresh with lots of variety The first ones are equally good Good variety of wines The service had to be taken care of with two young people (a boy and a girl) who were flying... not so the older ones. I didn't appreciate that whoever was supposed to follow us didn't bring the obligatory towels given what we had and at the time of dessert she sat at the table near us in complete relaxation, smoking, even if outdoors, with the guests who were certainly hers. friends but this almost made us stop wanting dessert and coffee given how much time had passed... so did the person who gave us the bill get lost in chatter with another table of friends... we waited a little too long for the bill. Good food quality/price ratio The location is also excellent

15/07/2024: This trattoria/pizzeria was recommended to me by an acquaintance who lives near Borgo S. Lorenzo and my family and I took advantage of a beautiful day to have dinner there after being at the pool. The environment is welcoming and comfortable, the parking is small but close and we found the food excellent and well cooked. Traditional dishes are eaten, the appetizers are excellent and the fried porcini mushrooms are prized. I also confess to having a weakness for boiled meatballs. They also have a well-stocked wine list. I definitely recommend stopping at least once in your life to enjoy a summer dinner (... but also a winter one, come on). Well done, you are doing a great job.

02/07/2024: I stayed at this beautiful hotel in the hill near Fiesole. What made the stay wonderful was the staff who were friendly professional and doing all they could to ensure our needs were met. Special thanks to Enzo who looked after me many times in the restaurant and was ever so attentive providing great service and a friendly smile at the beginning of each day at breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Fiesole.
