05/03/2026: We came on the recommendation of our guide, Alejandra, and it was a great choice, plus they gave us the discount she told us about. We ordered the chef's traditional lasagna and a Florentine steak, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had a five-star tiramisu. The space is beautiful, blending tradition with local cuisine. I didn't give the ambiance five stars because the place was a little cold, but it's highly recommended. We'll be back to try more dishes.

10/03/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience at Sabatini Firenze, and it was made even more special thanks to our server, Emanuel. Emanuel was exceptional throughout the entire evening. He was incredibly accommodating and very knowledgeable when recommending dishes. His English was excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. The food itself was fantastic. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was absolutely amazing, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The pasta we ordered was also delicious and beautifully made, showcasing the authentic flavors of Florentine cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed and memorable meal in Florence. A special thank you again to Emanuel for his outstanding service and hospitality. If you visit Sabatini Firenze, we highly recommend asking for him!

The atmosphere on the rooftop is truly magical, with a breathtaking view over Florence that makes the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious and carefully prepared. The wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented our meal. What made the evening even more special was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the entire dinner. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect place for such a special occasion. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience. 22/02/2026: First outing on a Saturday in late February, almost spring-like. About thirty kilometers from Florence, along quiet roads and relaxing countryside, this long-established trattoria maintains its standard of traditional Tuscan cuisine with a few rather pleasant "reinterpretations." The portions are generous, but mezze are also available, which were perfect for us. Today: Pici alla nana (duck ragù), Gnocchi with black cabbage pesto and bardic cio (delicious), Scamerita stew in red wine with onion and aromatic herbs, Chicken tagliata with honeyed chestnuts on a leek cream (rather pleasant), a few fries, and a slice of delicately flavored apple pie. Two glasses of Prosecco, mineral water, bread, and coffee. No-frills table, brisk service, sometimes noisy when crowded, regulars, families, a few foreigners, but not only attracted by word of mouth or good reviews. Fair prices (a Florentine steak, for example, is priced at €45/kg, compared to a low of €60 and a high of €140 in nearby Florence). A stable, go-to place, and for us, a place with easy digestion, which is no small feat. See you next time.

29/01/2026: When you say "the pleasure of being pampered"... We'd been hearing about this restaurant for a long time, from relatives, friends, and friends of friends from all over Tuscany, so it was time to try it, and it was wonderful to find so much quality in one place, so much so that we didn't know where to begin. The staff: They were both professional and welcoming. Always impeccable, they explained the dishes they served, the local and international wines, and even the (excellent) olive oils produced in the area. The location: The restaurant offers more intimate tables, both inside and outside, as well as larger tables for dining with family and friends, even directly overlooking Piazza Giotto. The food: Refined and delicious mixed antipasti (I loved the eggplant), mouth-watering pici with guanciale, tender and flavorful Florentine steak, and mixed side dishes with superb beans. The dessert of cream puffs filled with mascarpone (with melted chocolate on top, if desired) left me speechless. A unique experience of classic yet refined Tuscan cuisine. I recommend it to everyone!
