24/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening with outstanding food. The Bistecca Fiorentina offered superb quality and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: I had dinner with a large family. The place was magnificent. We arrived 5 minutes before sunset and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service from the girls was excellent! The food was very good. I can't wait to go back! The restaurant is in the countryside, a very peaceful place to relax in nature.

24/11/2025: An incredible experience. We were recommended this restaurant by friends from Florence, and honestly, we were so lucky to discover it. Gerardo's attentiveness and friendly service, the quality of the fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, the quality and variety of the wines... We'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: A small seafood restaurant in the heart of the San Niccolò neighborhood. Outdoor seating and a few indoor dining areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent raw seafood and baked fish. Extensive wine list. Average prices. I returned after a year and found the quality of the dishes to have improved. A place I'll return to often when I'm craving a good seafood dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

27/10/2025: This place is absolutely unbelievable, it was the best place I have stayed in my 6 weeks holiday in Europe. If you want to experience customer service? This is the place ! Give it a try, you might be surprised. The restaurant is fantastic, and they are wary helpful and ready to assyst you any way possible. Give it a try ! you will be surprised.

26/10/2025: It’s a shame to wait for 40 minutes to get served for a wildly salted pasta. After that, it is a disgrace to the Tuscan traditions to get a frozen, well-cooked steak in tuscany, with truffles having no taste. You can’t butcher more rules in one meal. This place has so much wasted potential. I recommend “Il Cucco” instead, where you get what you pay for.

07/12/2025: I found this restaurant by chance while wandering around Florence. We had the crostini with liver pâté, which were very good. Then there was pumpkin soup with crostini, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, and eggplant parmigiana served with fennel and orange slices. Everything was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside, in my opinion, was the €3 coffee. But that's the restaurant's choice. That said, I had a great time; it's best to book a table or arrive by 12:00.

18/10/2025: In mid-October, we stopped at this small, rural, yet very authentic restaurant for a snack while traveling. It was supposed to be just a quick bite, but they served the whole package, from appetizer to dessert. Delicious handmade pasta, and the bread was amazing! The wine and dessert were also highly recommended. Despite communication issues, the staff were always attentive and understanding. We'd love to come back!

18/10/2025: A very nice family-run hotel. The rooms are super clean and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good, and the dinner was also very tasty and delicious.

21/09/2025: Very lovely place- kind owner and beautiful location and the estate. There was a very good vibe about the place. We had a room with a garden view which was very nice. Cleaning is superb, and the options at breakfast are plenty(maybe missing some veggies and fruit). Cappuccino could be better. Wifi everywhere. The grounds are beautiful , although could use some maintenance

08/12/2025: Acqua Cheta Restaurant Bagno a Ripoli I gave it 5 stars for everything. Friendly waiters, impeccable service. Excellent food, abundant quality for the price. The restaurant is in a beautiful Location and furnished with style. Outside, there is a beautiful furnished garden with tables for enjoying the summer season. Good food. There is ample car parking. I can recommend it to other people. We will be back again. Emil.

05/11/2025: Best meal of my life! So nice we had to go twice, two days in a row! Especially since the handwritten menu rotates every day. The food full of flavor, attention to detail and passion. I highly recommend the Ragu alla Bolognese (get the house made Tagliatelle pasta) and Zucchine Ripene Di Carne(Beef & Zuchini). The atmosphere cozy, welcoming, makes you feel like you found the best hidden gem in the countryside of Tuscany. And the service, well Stefano made us feel like family. Without asking he went through every item on the menu and described it to us to make sure we had the best meal possible. It’s the kind of place that makes you wish you lived close enough to be a regular. Thank you for becoming a memory my wife and I will cherish forever…we hope to come back as soon as we can make it back to Tuscany. Grazie mille!

16/11/2025: Really good food. Typical Tuscan cuisine, and in autumn there are many variations of mushrooms and truffles, all of which are truly top-quality. The gnocchi and the various types of tagliata were delicious, and the pistachio dessert was also delicious. The place was very clean and well-kept. The staff was attentive and friendly.

17/10/2025: We like to thank the staff at La Madia for their incredible service, most specially Ryan who took care of us on October 15. We came back tonight , October 16 and brought our priest and Her Excellency Lieutenant of the Dames and Knights of the Holy Sepulcher. We were here in Firenze for 3 days from the US for the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage. We just chanced on LaMadia walking back to our Hotel the other night. The pasta and seafood were excellent and the service even better. We'd sure recommend your place to our friends who'll be visiting Firenze in the future! Thank you very much!!!

30/11/2025: Best pizzas we had in Florence so far, better than some restaurants with higher grades and full of tourists. Here you can taste the real thing and the passion that goes into cooking. Lots of choice, fresh ingredients and great service. 🍕👌🏼

25/11/2025: RUDE. Not for tourists. Went in without a reservation and got nothing but attitude. God forbid you walk into this glorified pizzeria without a reservation. Experience in Italy has been great except for this place. Then after giving us a hard time, we sat and waited half hour. Ignored, nobody even acknowledged we were there. We just left. Tons of places around, don’t waste your time with a place that doesn’t welcome tourists. *** 1) I did not exaggerate. 2) We walked in, stood by the door, nobody greeted us, there was nobody there, we waited, and then, since there were empty tables, we thought that maybe we were supposed to sit down. Right or wrong, there was no reason for your staff to be rude about it. 3) When nobody approached us after sitting down, we were not sure if maybe we were supposed to order at the counter. How would we know, nobody acknowledged us, and we were just sitting there. 4) Huff? Nobody left in a huff. How much time were we supposed to spend sitting around un-acknowledged before just leaving to go somewhere else? 5) You can write as long a response as you want, but there is NO EXCUSE TO EVER BE RUDE.
