There wasn't a single time things went poorly; the staff were friendly, approachable, and offered a selection of wines that weren't among the top labels but were excellent quality and priced. 04/10/2025: Came here for the Bistecca and was not disappointed - sizeable portion of steak, followed by some good wine and dessert. Good service as well. If you plan on visiting, be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant can be near full-capacity even on weekday nights.

20/10/2025: My partner and I went out for dinner on Friday evening. We were very happy with everything: the food was truly delicious (we had the mixed fried food, Angus steak, roast potatoes with Catalan cream, and berry cheesecake). The fried food was truly delicious, especially the brains. The steak was cooked to perfection, served hot, with incredibly soft fat. The potatoes were truly tasty, and the desserts were delicious. I would, however, like to compliment the staff who served us: they were a very young man and woman, truly brilliant. They gave us plenty of time to decide what to order, were efficient in bringing our dishes, and above all, were extremely kind, much more so than many of their older colleagues. We will definitely be back!

12/10/2025: TUSCANY Perfect lunch with authentic Tuscan flavors and warmth: traditional bruschetta with chicken livers and phenomenal polenta with mushrooms. Very tasty first courses, tordelli with truffles and pappardella with wild boar. To finish, a truly exquisite Fiorentina steak.

11/10/2025: We had a great experience at this restaurant on our first visit to Florence 10 years ago. We decided to return, which was a terrible idea. It was 8:15 PM and we didn't have a reservation, but the customer service representative told us we'd have to wait about 30 minutes for a table. We agreed, as we really wanted to repeat the experience we'd had in the past. We went for a walk and returned after 20 minutes. We waited the agreed-upon time and asked again about the table. This time, we were told we'd have to wait another 10 minutes. That was fine. We sat in the chairs right in front of the restaurant, waiting to be called. To our surprise, several people who also didn't have a reservation arrived at the restaurant and were quickly welcomed and seated, including a group of about 10 people. There were three of us, and we really didn't understand why we weren't called. Until, after an hour of waiting and seeing another group of four people without a reservation easily get a table, we lost our patience and went to the man serving customers. He simply said he hadn't called us because he hadn't seen us, even though we'd been sitting at the front of the restaurant for over 40 minutes! And he even had the audacity to offer us the worst table in the restaurant for dinner. Even tired and with headphones on, we found what happened incredibly disrespectful and decided to look for another restaurant in Florence. Terrible service! It was a shame, because this negative experience simply ruined the good memories we had of this restaurant. Never to return!

09/08/2025: Cheap wine and great food, what more could you ask for? Honestly, it’s a small but wonderful place with friendly staff and a great selection. I would recommend everyone to stop by at least once.

10/10/2025: We dined there last night. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was sublime, especially the bread, which was truly excellent. Even though we're not from the area, we hope to return very soon.

29/07/2025: Great restaurant with friendly and smiling staff! Very nice atmosphere and attention to detail. The menu is updated about once a month - this is especially pleasing, because regular guests often come here. We tried croquettes and tuna tataki as starters - great appetizers with a bright taste. For the main course, we chose hot seafood and pasta with squid - everything was cooked perfectly and served beautifully. Desserts also did not disappoint - light, balanced and very tasty. The restaurant has two summer terraces, as well as a cozy hall inside. We managed to get in without a reservation on a weekday, which was a nice bonus. I definitely recommend this place! Ideal for both dinner with friends and a quiet evening for two.

03/10/2025: I had dinner at this lovely place, surrounded by greenery by the pool. Well, what can I say? The dishes were exquisite. We had a six-course tasting menu, and I gave it 4 stars because some dishes, for my taste, were a bit too heavy with oil, and at the end of the experience, I felt a bit heavy in both my mouth and stomach. Perhaps the price was a bit high, €75 per person, considering we only had water and the dishes used were fairly simple and humble. The service was very friendly and attentive, explaining each dish to us as it arrived in an excellent manner. I'll be back for another experience. Congratulations 👏

The service is impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. The value for money is exceptional for a top-tier restaurant. The wine selection is excellent, perfectly complementing the amazing cuisine. The homemade bread and olive oil are delicious and a great introduction to the overall quality of the food. We particularly enjoyed the fillet steak with porcini mushrooms and the "Montagna Toscana" dessert. A restaurant that masterfully combines taste, elegance, and local tradition. Highly recommended. Top of the list in Florence!

19/10/2025: We started with crostini and a complimentary glass of wine. The appetizers were good but not too generous. Grilled meat: their forte. The fillet steak was amazing. Good mid- to high-end wines. Dessert was nothing special. Excellent service and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for meat.

27/10/2025: This place is absolutely unbelievable, it was the best place I have stayed in my 6 weeks holiday in Europe. If you want to experience customer service? This is the place ! Give it a try, you might be surprised. The restaurant is fantastic, and they are wary helpful and ready to assyst you any way possible. Give it a try ! you will be surprised.

26/10/2025: It’s a shame to wait for 40 minutes to get served for a wildly salted pasta. After that, it is a disgrace to the Tuscan traditions to get a frozen, well-cooked steak in tuscany, with truffles having no taste. You can’t butcher more rules in one meal. This place has so much wasted potential. I recommend “Il Cucco” instead, where you get what you pay for.

26/10/2025: A very tasty restaurant! I loved the tartare! I especially loved the meat! I ordered the T-bone. The steak was simply superb, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's not very crowded at lunchtime. The service is excellent! The desserts weren't particularly impressive, but then again, it's a meat restaurant.
