05/07/2025: Excelente servicio, la comida fue excepcional en todos los sentidos, hermosa presentación y deliciosos sabores. Restaurante con ambiente en la antigua torre. Una comida para recordar.

24/06/2025: El menú era particularmente bueno - Una selección bien equilibrada. El personal era muy profesional y se adaptó a nuestros disgustos y alergia sin problemas. La comida estaba perfectamente cocinada y bien presentada acompañada de un excelente Brunello. No nos apresuraron a través de nuestra comida y también fueron bien atendidos sin estar en la cima. Excelente en general

07/05/2025: we came to this place on the advice of some friends. i must say that the place is pleasantly furnished. the staff very kind and efficient. the food is well served and excellent. in my opinion it is a great place to spend an evening with friends or as a couple.

30/06/2025: Top ice cream though.. there are some though. - the first, they put little ice cream in the cone both on the cheapest and the most expensive ones - the second, if you buy a take-away tub it's normal that they give you free wafers or cones, not here, it doesn't work like that, if you want them you have to pay for them. Too bad for these two things, anyway the ice cream is good!

11/07/2025: Its a rly chill place and one if the best Pizzas I had for 8 Euros yet. Definitly a recommendation if u travel cheap and want some Taste again after a week of Baguette haha. I think good for takeaway as well. Hosts are cute but not that good with English.

09/06/2025: A little insider tip, as almost exclusively locals eat there. The prices are super reasonable for what you get. The food was perfectly prepared, tasted amazing, and looked very good too. The only downside for anyone who doesn't speak Italian or doesn't want to use a translation app: the menu is entirely in Italian!

18/07/2025: Spent a week in Florence and this is still our favorite restaurant ! The quality of the food is excellent and it’s very authentic. If you like chicken liver I really recommend the Polentine fritte con fegatini (fried polenta with chicken liver plate). It’s nothing like I’ve tasted before :)

17/07/2025: Location: It was almost an alcove away from the main flow of traffic but still near everything. Could be very romantic. Historic buildings all around. Food: Everything was ok. My husband's steak was slightly overcooked but still tasty. Service: It was hard to get anyone to make eye contact to get seated...to order...to get the check. Servers typically give you a lot of time and space but we felt ignored and, when we did finally get someone to attend to us, we were made to feel like it was a bother. Maybe they didn't like our attempt at ordering in Italian! In a city with so many great restaurants, there's no reason to go to this one specifically.

30/06/2025: 2 months of waiting for approval of a leasing application, terrible finance: after approval and payment of the advance we are informed of the need for further documentation, meanwhile the dealership enjoys the advance paid. Salespeople unable to carry out their work, same documentation brought multiple times. I advise anyone reading to absolutely avoid this dealership and the associated finance company.

16/07/2025: Great place for breakfast, lunch, and a spot of grocery shopping. Excellent products.

06/07/2025: An institution in the area, in the delicatessen everything is excellent, from schiacciate to cold cuts, passing through pizzas and ending with desserts! Very good wines and excellent prices! PS: always everyone kind and helpful!

29/06/2025: Excelente pizza Firenze auténtica. Excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es justo al lado de la plaza principal. El servicio es rápido y eficiente. El personal es encantador y educado.

28/06/2025: Decisión de última hora de la noche de tomar una pizza. El restaurante se estaba preparando para cerrar. Me dejaron entrar para pedir una pizza y una botella de vino. 28 euros. La mejor pizza que tuvimos en Florencia. El dueño fue amable.

07/07/2025: that was a great Italian experience. If you like a good steak that is definitely the place for you... but you should like your steak rare or medium rare. The appetizers were just delicious too 😋

01/07/2025: The pizza is delicious, thumbs up to the boss 👍🏻 There is no air conditioning upstairs, but the basement/cellar is air-conditioned and very cool. As for the service, it is not recommended for any tourists who do not speak Italian to go here. First of all, the waiters in the store do not speak English. Secondly, the menu prices posted on the door of the store are expired. The actual price of each dish has increased by at least 2 euros. Finally, the lady at the premiere counter in the basement was very impatient. I repeatedly checked the new electronic menu because of the menu price issue. When I went to pay again, the lady directly gestured to the young waiter next to her and said an Italian word, which made the young waiter cover his mouth and laugh. I don’t know what they said because I don’t understand Italian, but the atmosphere made me extremely uncomfortable. Finally, when I asked for the receipt, the lady was also very impatient. In the end, she didn’t say any polite words such as "thank you" or respond to my "thank you", which was very rude.

23/06/2025: From the outside it doesn't look like there's anything, but in the basement there's a beautiful room. And then you eat very well, what more do you want?

Buffet gustoso, abbondante, vario accompagnato da un buon calice di vino, acqua e caffè il tutto ad un prezzo abbordabile per quanto riceviamo... Tornerò senz'altro prima del prossimo spettacolo
