On Saturday evening, we went to dinner at Sabatini restaurant and were truly amazed! The food exceeded our expectations. We started with a flan that was simply perfect. The pasta with guinea fowl was exquisite and flavorful, while my fiancé chose the pasta with lampredotto, which he thought was beyond delicious. For our second course, we had the pork tenderloin, tender and full of flavor—truly excellent! Then we had the tiramisu, paired with a sweet wine recommended by Duccio, and it was truly fantastic! He also revealed that all the desserts are prepared right in the restaurant! At the end of the dinner, we even asked the name of the chef: Peppe (Giuseppe), truly excellent; you can taste his passion in every dish. Duccio was very helpful, advising us on both the wine and the choice of dishes, making us feel truly at ease. The service was impeccable. Duccio, Pamela, and the entire staff were very friendly and attentive. As for the price, considering the quality of the food and service, I would have expected higher prices, especially after seeing the exorbitant prices at other restaurants downtown, where the food is often poor. Excellent value! Thank you for this wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back! ❤️

Me and my family had dinner at this historic restaurant in Florence yesterday and we had a great experience. The food was really good and everything was well prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the evening even better. A big thanks to Marilyn for taking good care of us and helping us choose from the menu. We'll definetely come back next time, we had a really nice night!

I went to Sabatini restaurant on the evening of Saturday, March 18th, with my husband and son for my birthday dinner. We chose it based on excellent online reviews because we don't know Florence well, but then I was moved to discover that it was the restaurant where my grandparents, my mother, and my uncles used to have Easter lunch in the 1950s and 1960s, or so my mother told me. The atmosphere is reminiscent of times gone by. The staff is delightful, very polite and knowledgeable, but never cloying. The food is excellent. When I booked, I had specified that it was my birthday, and perhaps for that reason, we were assigned a lovely round table in a prime location in the restaurant. I found this a truly thoughtful gesture.

We had an amazing dinner. We first came to Sabatini 30 years ago and were delighted to return. The food is excellent and the service is spectacular. Every staff member made it such a fun experience. We’ll be back!

We dined at this elegant and refined restaurant in the center of Florence. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff extremely friendly, especially Merylin, who served us with professionalism and utmost attentiveness. The food was excellent.

Sabatini has a beautiful atmosphere and the food is incredible. But the service was beyond all expectations. Ask for David (like the statue). He’s just as handsome and incredibly talented. Best server ever!!
