14/07/2025: Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. There are places I reminisce on eating at and think this is a taste I have never had before. There is about 3 other in this category but boy oh boy does this make the list.

13/07/2025: Excellent schiacciata and fair prices. I just suggest heating them less, as the prosciutto and especially the burrata tend to spoil with too much heat.

18/10/2025: A very nice family-run hotel. The rooms are super clean and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good, and the dinner was also very tasty and delicious.

21/09/2025: Very lovely place- kind owner and beautiful location and the estate. There was a very good vibe about the place. We had a room with a garden view which was very nice. Cleaning is superb, and the options at breakfast are plenty(maybe missing some veggies and fruit). Cappuccino could be better. Wifi everywhere. The grounds are beautiful , although could use some maintenance

30/11/2025: Sometimes the best things happen by chance, and this is one of those times. I found it by chance because in Vinci they were either closed or full, and being in an industrial area, you wouldn't give a damn. And yet... The owner was incredibly kind, the place was very well-kept, and the food was more than excellent, both in quality and preparation, with a wide selection of wines. The price was a little above average, but well-deserved, so... GO, EAT, AND PAY...

28/11/2025: We went for a wine tasting paired with the menu. Delicious and beautifully presented food, excellent wines, and knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money! A refined atmosphere; we'll definitely be back in the summer to eat outside!

12/12/2025: My family and I were very curious to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, I'm heartened by the experience I've never had before... inedible food (raw pasta and tough meat). Furthermore, the owner's attitude was rude and disrespectful (she didn't even apologize for what happened and verbally attacked us). I never would have imagined having this kind of experience in beautiful Italy. I understand firsthand the stress and pressure of working in the restaurant business, but it wasn't the way to handle the situation. I sincerely hope no one else experiences what we experienced. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone, especially if you're on a family vacation. We didn't take away any fond memories... and I'm truly sorry. We were truly excited to try it.

05/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant while wandering around our hotel. We were struck by the fact that it was frequented by Italians, with few tourists, which is always a good sign. Intrigued, we went for dinner one evening. As an appetizer, we ordered the cecina with ratatouille, which was a real disappointment. The pasta had been prepared for hours and was hard, and the ratatouille was so meager we could barely taste it. For our main course, we ordered pasta carbonara, which was very hard, even though we like it al dente, and had excessively thick and inedible pieces of pasta. The only thing we enjoyed was the Napoli pizza. The waiter insisted on speaking to us in English, even though we were speaking Italian, which was absurd. After the disappointment, we decided to leave, without dessert or coffee.

03/12/2025: Welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Excellent seafood at more than fair prices. The staff is exceptionally courteous and the chef is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly excellent evening at Annarè restaurant! ✨ We had two raw fish dishes, and they were marvelous: incredibly fresh fish, generous portions, and meticulously presented. The oysters (I was amazed by how good they were), the tartare, and the shellfish were perfect, with clean, authentic flavors that spoke for themselves. The restaurant is elegant and welcoming, the staff kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can sense their passion for quality and their desire to make their guests feel good. The food here is truly delicious. On a scale of 1 to 10… we ate an 11! 👌🦪🍷 Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: Very good pizza, excellent quality ingredients. I'm giving it 4 stars because we found the dough a bit chewy, but the seasonal pizza I had was truly phenomenal; the chestnuts gave it that extra touch. Satisfied

18/09/2025: Definitely... The establishment is very well presented and has a pleasant outdoor space with reserved parking for guests. The cuisine is focused on quality, and it shows. Unfortunately, the seafood salad wasn't to my liking, but the fried oxtails were flavorful and dry, the grilled octopus was just the right amount of toughness, the spaghetti with clams was delicious, and the red prawns were delicate. To finish, we tried the tiramisu and the zuccotto, both homemade and both delicious. The service is attentive, although aside from Marco (my heartfelt compliments for his manners), there are some gross errors unworthy of the establishment. The bill is absolutely in line with the offerings and the quality of the food. An absolutely positive experience.

12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.
