26/10/2025: Very good pizza, excellent quality ingredients. I'm giving it 4 stars because we found the dough a bit chewy, but the seasonal pizza I had was truly phenomenal; the chestnuts gave it that extra touch. Satisfied

I entered the restaurant just after 8pm, and there were customers ranging from solo diners to groups, but the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and pleasant, so I highly recommend this restaurant!

Cleaning is superb, and the options at breakfast are plenty(maybe missing some veggies and fruit). Cappuccino could be better. Wifi everywhere. The grounds are beautiful , although could use some maintenance

The pastries are also very good; I often stop for breakfast with a delicious cappuccino and a pistachio croissant! It's definitely worth it; I've always had a great experience. The staff is kind and smiling, very welcoming! I recommend it without a doubt!

12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.
