I was disappointed with the food at this place. For the food we ate, which wasn't anything special, we spent too much. The dessert was awful. On the other hand, the staff was very kind and the place was lovely.

An excellent organic lunch in Borgo San Lorenzo! We had lunch at Magnetico Bio & Veg and the experience was impeccable. We enjoyed the entire culinary journey, from appetizers to first courses to main courses: everything was truly delicious and carefully prepared. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every bite, and the vegetarian/vegan options are creative and satisfying. A place worth revisiting for those seeking quality and well-being at the table. Highly recommended!

A very nice and clean atmosphere, an open kitchen, several delicious and carefully prepared vegan options, and excellent ingredients. The staff are very friendly and welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend it.

18/08/2026: Everything about our experience at Dario Cecchini’s Antica Macelleria Cecchini was simply wonderful. We came in as strangers and somehow left having made new friends - which, to me, is exactly what a great dining experience should be about. The food was absolutely fantastic and the wine delicious! And perhaps my only real disappointment was that I didn’t get to see the star of the show himself: Dario! I would have loved to see him in person and experience a little more of the magic that surrounds his name.
16/08/2026: For those who haven't yet seen the Chef's Table episode that tells the story of @dariocecchini, here's a spoiler: this is what happens when you're the son of a butcher and decide to value every bit of meat. This is definitely the temple of meat in Italy. You make a reservation for the 50 EUR/person all-inclusive menu – including wine. Upon arrival, you'll be directed to the room where the menu will be served and share a table with other people eager to start the feast. The meats are extremely fresh, flavorful, the dishes are generous, and the experience is truly unmissable. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, because it can be difficult to get a table when you're there.
