02/06/2025: Fuimos aquí en nuestra última noche en Pisa, el personal era tan agradable y amable! Si puede pagar con efectivo, el propietario lo disfrutó. ¡La comida era increíble! Me encantó mucho. Muy fuerte spritz de limoncello, muy recomendable! ¡Vete si puedes!

12/06/2025: I always go there willingly.. Very kind, nice place, good quality, and also abundant quantity.. Good wine branded Il Mulo that you drink it drinks and it goes with the meal. It ends with vin santo and different types of cantuccini.. Oh very good house bitter. Fixed menu Everything at €25.

19/05/2025: We dined at Olio for my wife's 50th birthday. This restaurant is exceptional from the welcome to the dessert. A warm and cosy setting, top-quality service, with special thanks to Matthia and Gabriel, our waiters, for their recommendations, who delighted us with refined, top-quality Italian cuisine. We enjoyed a tender cut of Angus beef that just melted in your mouth. A great moment of gustatory pleasure that I recommend.

01/06/2025: This is a real Florentine restaurant. It was one of the few places the guide showed me, and the atmosphere, taste, and service were all great. My wife and I enjoyed the ragu pasta, vongole pasta, and even tiramisu for dessert :) Another good thing was that the pasta here wasn't as salty as other places.

07/06/2025: In a beautiful village, the inn's furnishings are very simple and welcoming, the staff is courteous and professional, the food is good and genuine, you eat a piece of Tuscany. Highly recommended.
06/06/2025: Cute place with a vibrant little terrace and great food. We stopped here for lunch before visiting the monastery nearby.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. But the food is why we will come again when we re-visit the area.

31/05/2025: Dopo anni, la qualità non è cambiata ed è sempre eccellente. Antipasti migliorabili, il resto OK. L'accoglienza è migliorata molto, la vecchia gestione era "stanca", dicevano spesso che non c'era posto, ma non era vero. Riuscivo a prenotare molto raramente. Una delle poche "locande con cucina" sopravvissute in Toscana.

The super kind gentleman offered to try some bits before deciding and mixed some leftover fish for a quick and delicious mix!
Would love to come back to get a box whenever I pass by Viareggio again.

08/06/2025: My favorite little place/ambiance in Marina. Nevo pampers you, gives you advice and lets you taste his very respectable dishes. The fish is fresh and well cooked. The desserts made the same day are also excellent. The guys in the dining room do their best to serve the many customers. Book in advance because where you eat well you can usually find the place full.

26/05/2025: Fácilmente uno de los mejores si no el mejor restaurante durante nuestra estancia de 1, 5 semanas en la Toscana. Tuvimos un almuerzo ligero, pero me gustaría haber tenido aún más para comer. Todo estaba muy sabroso, y lo que es mejor bastante imaginativo proporcionando una nueva versión de la cocina toscana. Recomendaciones de vino fueron puntuales y el personal era genial también. No te pierdas este lugar si estás en Panzano.
