05/06/2025: Very good fried food with fresh products and friendly and courteous staff. Together with my father, we took a short walk from San Giovanni di Dio to get there. We will definitely be back soon!

01/06/2025: Took takeaway food. Coccoli, paranza, fried potatoes, fried cod. For our tastes, we didn't like too much fried food. The coccoli were really too greasy. Very kind and friendly staff. Too bad.

14/06/2025: Meraviglia sorprendente! Location suggestiva, servizio ottimo, staff gentilissimo ed attento. Ci hanno aspettati nonostante il ritardo comunicato, e nell'indecisione o caos dell'arrivo in ritardo (scusateci!) ci hanno anche offerto un' alternativa al tavolo che ci avevano riservato. Tavoli tutti vista colline senesi, di giorno riparati da tettoie rinfrescanti, di sera suggestive lucine a far da cornice. Il menù è speciale: prodotti locali, ricercatezza nella qualità e nell'esecuzione, oltre che l'impiattamento. La scelta è genuina, abbina molto bene tipicità locali e rielaborazioni (mai troppo estreme) moderne. Conto giustissimo. Bravi tutti! Torneremo presto e consiglieremo sempre!

05/06/2025: Very well-kept restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere in the center of the town. Very popular so I highly recommend booking in advance. As appetizers we tried the mix of vegetable tarts, very good and a tartare with fried egg amazing! Like a Florentine steak served with the hot plate aside to heat it up (it was very useful). For dessert an excellent apple clafoutis recommended by the very kind lady who served us. I give 4 stars because we wanted to share a slice of about 800g but, since it ran out, they offered us a Florentine steak (obviously more expensive) of similar weight. The weight was almost double, so the bill turned out to be decidedly salty. Having said that, excellent and quality food!

04/06/2025: Locale carino, personale che lascia mangiare i cani sul tavolo. Premessa che io ho due cani e li ho sempre avuti non si può andare al ristorante e avere al tavolo dietro un signore che ha il cane che mangia sulla sedia e prende il pane dalla cesta. I proprietari non possono permetterlo. Ammettere i cani é il minimo ma ci vuole educazione, decenza, igiene. Prezzi alti.

09/06/2025: Ottimo servizio, cordiale e simpatico, in un piccolo vicolo all’aperto, musica di sottofondo, piatti semplici e gustosi. Agnello davvero da provare.

08/06/2025: Siamo stati all’Osteria Bussé sabato 7 giugno a pranzo e ne siamo usciti davvero entusiasti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Marco e suo fratello, i due gemelli che gestiscono il locale, sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili e anche super social! Si percepisce subito la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Le porzioni sono giuste, equilibrate, e ogni piatto è preparato con cura. I testaroli al pesto erano semplicemente spaziali, così come l’agnello al forno e la porchetta: sapori autentici e cotture perfette. A fine pasto abbiamo assaggiato i liquori artigianali di loro produzione, uno dolce e uno amaro: entrambi ottimi, ma personalmente ho preferito quello amaro, davvero particolare. Un grande punto a favore è stata anche l’accoglienza riservata al nostro cane: ci ha fatto immensamente piacere, soprattutto dopo esserci sentiti rifiutare in altre osterie locali solo per la sua presenza. Qui invece è stato accolto con il sorriso! Il locale è molto caratteristico e curato nei dettagli, e anche il bagno era pulitissimo (cosa che non è sempre scontata). Complimenti di cuore ai due gestori: state facendo un lavoro davvero eccellente! Torneremo sicuramente.

28/05/2025: I miei genitori avevano prenotato per festeggiare il loro anniversario di matrimonio ed io, vivendo all’Estero, ho contattato il ristorante per chiedere se potevo rendere la loro serata speciale in qualche modo da lontano. Il servizio che ho ricevuto via email e’ stato super efficace, piu’ che disponibili fin dall’inizio e molto accorti negli dettagli. I miei genitori hanno confermato la stupenda sorpresa del vino e del dolce e la squisitezza delle portate e del servizio ricevuto! E hanno promesso di portarmici alla prossima visita in Italia! Each dish was a discovery, an explosion of flavors. Wonderful wine list. The quality-price ratio is absolutely correct, considering the high quality of the products and the impeccable service. 21/05/2025: A wonderful Italian restaurant with a pleasant, authentic atmosphere. The portions are generous and delicious. Be sure to leave room for dessert at the end. The creme Catalana, made with their own recipe, is highly recommended.

28/04/2025: I had breakfast in this place more than once, the vintage furnishings are very welcoming as are the always smiling and friendly staff, who immediately put you in a good mood in the morning. Very important: one of the best coffees in Florence.

13/05/2025: Scelto da amici, questo piccolo ma graziosissimo ristorantino è stata una grande scoperta in quel di Pisa: servizio cortese, preparato ed amichevole, e cucina di pesce davvero al top, con grande attenzione alla materia prima ed alla preparazione. Prezzo comunque congruo a quanto proposto, chiaramente per il livello alto di cui si parla, ma senza esagerare. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

05/05/2025: Pour changer un peu des pâtes,pizzas et focaccias à Pise, il y a ce bel endroit. Propositions qui tournent toutes autour du poisson et c'est un régal : délicieux poulpe grillé, fritto misto, risotto du jour et hamburgers originaux. Chouette terrasse à l'arrière et service impeccable et sympathique. Belle carte des vins également. Je recommande ! Et info intéressante : c'est ouvert le dimanche soir 😉

17/04/2025: Truly exceptional pizza by the slice. Perfect dough, fresh and tasty ingredients. The margherita and the one with sausage are irresistible. Friendly staff and fast service. Every time I pass by, a slice is a must!

12/06/2025: We ate here a few years ago and have been dying to come back. Today we finally returned to the Bistro Paris Bohème. The host was once again welcoming, almost like eating with friends. The food itself was absolutely delicious. A modern interpretation of Italian cuisine without forgetting its roots. We'll definitely be back.

10/06/2025: A magical little place in the center of Lucca that calls for quality and extreme originality. The furnishings make the atmosphere like that of a fairy tale; the dishes are excellent thanks to chef Davide. Reservations are highly recommended

10/06/2025: Some tables inside the restaurant, others outside with a VALLEY VIEW. Very popular with families and motorcyclists. The Casentino cold cuts are EXCELLENT. You get IN QUEUE and choose your dishes, sandwiches, schiacciate etc.
