24/02/2026: I chose to celebrate my 30th birthday at Le Cento Buche, and it was a lunch with attention to every detail. The food was exceptional and the service impeccable, well done!

The tone of conversation, even at the surrounding tables, is always calm and in keeping with the ambience. The wine list is extensive and offers unique culinary offerings alongside the classics. 03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.

19/02/2026: A tastefully decorated restaurant that suits me. The warm welcome makes you feel pampered. The food: what can I say? It's absolutely worth trying! The menu is varied, and the choice depends on personal taste, of course... but the helpfulness of the lady who welcomed and looked after us made our choices easier with effective explanations... the bread and schiacciata are presented with new olive oil... magnificent. Upon arrival, a welcome aperitif (magnificent). Excellent atmosphere, impeccable service, everything extremely tasty, truly. 16/03/2026: It presents itself as a trattoria, but the attention to detail and style of the setting lend it the class of a fine dining restaurant. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, always available to answer questions and offer advice. We ate truly well, sampling appetizers made with local products and excellent first courses. A wide variety of wines and desserts. Friendly because we brought Tabù, my friend's boxer, along, and he received many compliments. Highly recommended!

17/01/2026: I had dinner with some friends at this restaurant in Lucca, very nicely decorated with Western-style furnishings. We had some appetizers and meat, which I think is their specialty...a Thomawhok, delicious in flavor and cooked as a steak should be cooked! Good food, a great place for socializing, and not cheap in price...let's say average!

05/12/2025: Good cocktails and excellent accompanying food. 3 tapas and a drink for €18. They also offer platters. The buffet is very extensive. I recommend it if you're in the center of Florence. The coccoli, with both pistachios and cured meats, are also excellent.
