13/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on the way home from a trip.
It's impossible not to appreciate the food: ingredients of undisputed quality, dishes cooked to perfection. The ambiance only adds to the pleasure of the food, and the prices are fair. The real asset of this restaurant, however, is Tiziano, the soul of the restaurant. It's hard to find someone so professional, fun, and friendly, the epitome of Tuscan style.
08/12/2025: Pici with Chianina ragù and peposo are two highly recommended dishes.
The waiter, Tiziano, was very courteous and attentive, even to the needs of two celiacs.

10/03/2026: Nori and Miki, the waiters were super friendly and the meat was delicious. Two guys ate until we were absolutely stuffed. Good good.
08/03/2026: An intimate and welcoming place, Mirko, the host and owner, entertained us throughout the meal with tidbits, anecdotes, and laughter, making us feel right at home. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch; the photo shows his chicken liver terrine with caramelized Certaldo onions, served on a truly exquisite brioche bun. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back for dinner.

The pizza is super thin, delicious, crunchy, even the whole wheat was delicious, not dry and dry like in other pizzerias, on the contrary... Light and digestible... The tortelli are the strong point, even if I preferred the pizza... Then the dessert I chose was a sponge cake with chocolate cream... I asked, I'll come and order a whole one from Prato, I'll come all the way to Montemurlo because it's worth it, thank you very much

05/02/2026: I regularly return to this restaurant, which boasts a softly lit atmosphere, with decidedly welcoming furnishings and details. The tone of conversation, even at the surrounding tables, is always calm and in keeping with the ambience. The wine list is extensive and offers unique culinary offerings alongside the classics. The white chocolate mousse is superb.

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor.
This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.
