We also ordered a T-bone steak, but they brought us a different side dish! I didn't know what it was, so I just ate it, but it was so tender and juicy.
It was definitely different from the T-bone steaks I've had at other restaurants nearby. Good. (Not a bad idea.)
The restaurant staff was so kind, filling the tenderloin with potatoes. Haha. And the B-side is cheap!

The staff are friendly and the steak portions are generous.
My sister and I came for dinner on Saturday. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Florentine steak, served and sliced in front of us, was truly excellent. I would go back 100 times over. Highly recommended!

I ended up at this restaurant for lunch because the Trippa (Lampredotto) sandwich shop I originally planned to visit was closed, and I'm glad I found it.
Every dish we ordered was delicious. In particular, the beef dish with mushroom sauce was incredibly tender and flavorful. It seems like Italy really knows how to make the most of fresh mushrooms.
The service was good, and the location is convenient since it’s near the Central Market (Mercato Centrale). While lunch was great, I think this place would be even better for dinner to fully enjoy the atmosphere with some wine. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

The Florentine T-bone steak with house wine was the best meal of my Italian trip.
The server was witty and helpful, even in simple Korean, which made for a delightful dinner.
If I ever visit Florence again, I'd definitely dine there again.
Highly recommended.
