16/08/2025: They change the menu every day. If they have it, I highly recommend the peposo, papardelle with ragu, and any of the vegetable side dishes, all superbly cooked and seasoned. Impeccable service and a pleasant terrace with a view.

09/10/2025: Peak fine dining experience. The location alone is one of a kind. Located in the heart of Florence inside Hotel Brunelleschi, in a tower, they have very limited seating. The reservation process alone was an adventure in itself. Our visit was to celebrate 3 Libra birthdays. Our party of 4 opted for the 9 courses. One of us decided to do the wine pairing. When I tell you, there was so much food. We would’ve probably been better off doing the 7 courses, but we wanted to eat everything. We were all falling asleep by the end of the night. One was nonstop yawning. To the unfamiliar, they focus more on seafood. Every dish is out of this world. Down to the presentation. I savored every bite. The standout for me was the oyster and how it came in two parts. It was so innovative. I loved the sauces that accented the protein and the jus. Don’t even get me started on the service. What an attentive team. I always refer to it as poetry in motion the way the team moves effortlessly that you don’t even realize when they refill your glass of water. No crumb was left behind on that table. Someone scraped up anything that didn’t belong on the table after every course. Lastly, I just want to mention what a great job they did with the birthday cake that was an add-on to our meal. It was so damn good. Grazie Chef Rocco and team for an amazing meal.

06/10/2025: I chose the seven-course wine pairing menu, and it was truly exceptional. Each dish was beautifully prepared, and the wines matched every course with remarkable precision. The sea urchin and salted roe pasta was particularly memorable — rich, balanced, and full of depth. It was also my first time trying pigeon, and it was tender and flavorful, without any trace of gaminess. The entire experience lasted about four hours, yet it felt perfectly paced and immersive. After visiting the Uffizi Gallery, enjoying this dinner felt like the most elegant way to unwind. I not only enjoyed every moment but also learned so much about wine pairing throughout the evening.

09/09/2025: My favorite pizzeria, not only for the excellent quality of the ingredients used, but also for the variety of vegan options for both pizza and dessert, something the whole family will enjoy. Even when the place is full, you can still enjoy a relaxing evening and feel right at home. The service is attentive and professional, courtesy and courtesy of the entire staff. Top!

01/10/2025: The place is magical and spotless clean. Our room was beautiful, breakfast delicious. However, bedding was unacceptably uncomfortable, the mattress was not good quality, sheets and pillows were not the best quality. Also, our room didn’t have WiFi so we had to connect to another room WiFi and the signal was very weak.

02/10/2025: Upon arriving in Poggibonsi, Tuscany, I immediately booked this restaurant. And although it gives a somewhat spartan impression upon entering, this restaurant is highly recommended! The staff is incredibly friendly and can even speak English. The starters, main courses, and desserts were all delicious (I had the caramelized onion in a crispy coating, and homemade pasta with wild boar (Pici al Ragu) and Cantuccini with Vinsanto). The wine recommendation (Cesani's Vernaccia di San Gimignano) was also excellent. So if you're in Tuscany and near Poggibonsi, don't miss this restaurant—it's definitely worth a visit! We went in late September, so we couldn't appreciate the view, but it's apparently beautiful as well.

13/10/2025: The friendly and kind manager gave us excellent advice. We ate a lot and really well at a great price. All the ingredients were fresh and natural, and the olive oil was excellent. I recommend the bread and bean soup, it was so good we had to ask for seconds!

12/09/2025: Perfect place to avoid the usual noisy American tourists who come to Italy/Tuscany just to eat pasta and pizza and post photos on Instagram. Adorable place, good food, honest and helpful waiters.

21/07/2025: We stopped along the road and saw this restaurant that looks a bit retro! Well, I have to say we really enjoyed the quick and fast service. The portions were definitely a bit over the top, but they were uniquely delicious. The first course was potato tortelli with ragù and homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. For the second course, we had a fabulous 1300g steak, fried artichokes, and chips. Dessert, wine, water, and coffee were all included. It's really true that to rediscover old habits, you have to leave the city and find these authentic places, still with families cooking and children taking orders. Thank you, Mrs. Iolanda, I hope your restaurant always stays like this!

16/09/2025: We had a truly special and amazing meal here. A beautiful understanding of seafood and its optimal preparations. A prawns with truffle dish surprised us; the tasting menu was filled with happy surprises. Add to that a vibrant atmosphere away from the touristy parts of town and you have something really special. Big thumbs Don’t just get t bone steak in Florence. Florence is known for seafood as well! Their raw tasting menu is better than sashimi!

16/09/2025: It's delicious!! Delizioso!! I failed every time I looked for a good restaurant in Florence, and was thinking of going to a Korean restaurant today. I finally came here, and it was delicious! The margherita pizza, lasagna, and tiramisu were delicious!! For all you Koreans who have been disappointed with the restaurants in Florence, please come here one last time~~

04/10/2025: This resto looks impressive with many tables and servers in uniform. However, this is the 1st time we ever come across a resto in the world that charges « cover charge » of €3.50 for each walk in customer. This was only reviewed by the manager/owner after we curiously asked what’s the item on the bill (circled) in Italien that we didn’t order. That’s when he said it’s ´cover charge’ with an Italien welcome tone. When asked for the WiFi pw of the name of the resto « Napoleon » as there’s weak 3G inside the resto, we were directed to a free WiFi signal that requires one to sign up with personal email. Not impressed and be warned.
