18/07/2025: We went here because of the many good reviews and I have to honestly admit that they did not live up to expectations. This is not the best pizza. It is nice, but nothing special.

05/06/2025: Went here in the morning so I can’t comment on the late atmosphere. But, it was empty in the morning compared to other coffees in Firenze. So you get served pretty quickly which is a big plus. Couple of paninis and sandwich options but more than enough for people in a hurry. Staff/owners are nice so good option overall.

03/08/2025: Locale molto carino e caratteristico curato in ogni particolare. Nonostante fosse venerdì sera e locale strapieno il proprietario ci ha accolto con grande professionalità con un tavolo non facile di ben 12 persone quasi in chiusura …. che pazienza !!! Ottimi gli antipasti con prodotti di alta qualità affettati e carpacci in primis. Buona e particolare la pappa al pomodoro. Pici con ottimo condimento e carne cotta al top. Se riuscite a conservarvi un po’ di spazio nella pancina ordinate assolutamente i semifreddi al pistacchio e alle arachidi una pura vera delizia con l’unica pecca che può portare una vera dipendenza ! Per il vino fatevi consigliare dall’oste …. un simpatico buontempone molto competente sull’abbinamento dei vini. Da consigliare assolutamente Ps una curiosità se andate in toilette fate attenzione alla composizione di scatole di vini pregiati appoggiate sulle pareti davvero molto carino .

03/08/2025: Ristorante molto carino proprio all'ingresso del borgo di Chianciano. Piatti tipici del territorio così come i vini, scelta giusta. Nel fine settimana bisogna prenotare e comunque si aspetta un po'.

10/08/2025: Everything was perfect. The truffle tagliata was delicious, and the pasta was also delicious. For the price, in Florence, it's a perfect place if you want something away from the tourist crowds. The owner is charming.

09/08/2025: Food was decent, but what makes the place tempting is the location. It offers a great variety of food but there is a catch. They charge too much for sitting as it is in central location with nice view.

23/07/2025: A tiny restaurant with four tables, so you need to book well in advance. We ate divinely: freshly rolled pasta, four appetizers, a choice of three first courses and three second courses, a choice of three or four desserts, all strictly homemade by Caterina, and to finish, coffee from the moka pot. It felt like being at a friend's house (who cooks beautifully), and the atmosphere is wonderfully convivial...we'll definitely be back. Thank you, Caterina, we look forward to seeing you in Switzerland.

21/07/2025: The best and most tender Florentine steak I've ever eaten, it looked like butter the way it was cut! 🤤 Super generous portions and everything truly exceptional. Starting with the appetizers, which arrive and you find it already on the table, delicious and fresh local products, excellent house wine and a perfect match with the steak, then continuing with the Florentine steak (tasty and very tender) and finishing with the house desserts,.... you get to the meal and eat the appetizers that are there, to then finish with liqueurs of all kinds and coffee, Paolo is a guarantee now for us Policemen of Florence a fixed stop at least 3/4 times a year, Paolo the owner is unique, a big hug Marco and congratulations for everything as always

20/07/2025: A unique place for its location, yet also unique for its food. The Florentine steak, "ciccia" (as they call it in Florence), tender as butter, with a unique flavor...perfectly cooked... The welcome at the entrance to the osteria was so kind that it's hard to find someone so friendly these days... The appetizers were fantastic...unique...and exquisitely flavored...very generous... 09/08/2025: Last night I dined at Sementis, a vegan restaurant in Pietrasanta, and as an omnivore, I have to say it was a surprising experience. Many of the dishes I chose faithfully replicated the omnivorous flavors I'm fond of. Honorable mention for the recommended wine: a refermented Trebbiano served by the glass, a sparkling white with a lingering, aromatic flavor. For an appetizer, I tried their caciucco: both the broth and the "solid" part (tempeh instead of fish) were exquisite and faithful to the original. I then tried their vegan version of sushi: some were excellent, others a bit too neutral, lacking contrast and a smoky note to liven them up. The bao, a reinterpretation of the classic sandwich with pulled pork and vegetables, were very good: focused flavors, perfect texture, truly satisfying. For dessert, the vegan tiramisu was good overall, although the coffee was too mild for my taste and the cream wasn't quite as rich as the classic version. Special praise goes to the staff and owner: kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, they made me feel at home. I highly recommend Sementis, especially to non-vegans. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely make a second visit to try other dishes. NB: This review refers to dinner at the restaurant on August 8 at 7:30 PM, with a reservation made under Francesca's name.

The welcoming staff is kind and friendly, as are the dining room staff, who seem to dance with synchronized, fluid movements as they illustrate Chef Mancino's marvelous dishes. The restaurant, which has undergone an elegant makeover, is more dazzling than ever. And then the menu! We chose the experience menu and were deeply impressed by every single course. Undoubtedly, this is thanks to the excellent ingredients, many of which are local, but above all, thanks to the chef, who always manages to give new identities to the dishes he creates. We've been following his work for years, and it's always a surprising confirmation. In short: we can't wait to return!!!

19/06/2025: I was there in March with my friends, I personally liked everything, what stuck with me was that each dish told a story, the plating was much simpler than other starred restaurants, but with an explosion of flavors, the dish that I liked the most strangely was the spaghetti with butter and anchovies. (They also gave us the pasta and the recipe, they were very sweet) The service was good, and due to the location unfortunately we went for dinner, we could not enjoy the view facing the outside.

05/07/2025: What can I say… if there were a sixth star I would add that too. We were here for dinner and enjoyed a seafood appetizer, two first courses (one with lobster, one with clams), and the fried food. I swear I hoped they would never run out. Friendly staff.

25/07/2025: This restaurant lives up to its Michelin Guide status! The chianina steak was juicy and satisfied that steak craving! Service was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is classy yet casual. Also the music felt curated for this American milllenial 😂. the ossobucco ragu is also the best pasta dish we’ve had between Rome, Pisa, and Florence!
