We went to buy food at the airport. The 3 boys were so cute. When they saw that I spoke Italian they were super happy. They recommended one of the dishes and the truth is that it was delicious. We will be back!!

Discovered this spot through a friend who shared her sandwich with me. It’s perfect for grabbing something to go and heading to the river for a sunset picnic. There are so many good options, and the chefs are happy to make suggestions if you’re not sure what to choose. Simple and delicious, exactly what you want.

Loved it! The bread was so crispy, and the meat and cheese were of amazing quality. Try the Nutella sandwich—it’s a very interesting sweet and salty combination.

On the recommendation of friends, we joined the line. Fortunately, you get served quite quickly, even though you have to wait about ten minutes. It is, however, quite chaotic. There are even two people ensuring that the passage to other shops remains clear so that they are not blocked by the line. If you want to stand across the street to eat after getting your sandwich, you are told that that is the “territory” of another shop and that you are therefore not allowed to eat there. That is understandable; these are agreements made because this is a well-known and good lunch spot. Unfortunately, a large part of the menu consists of pork, which you see more often in Italy. Fortunately, there are also vegetarian options, which was very nice for us. You get a number and then have to wait until your sandwich is ready. We really enjoyed the sandwich immensely. So don't be put off by the line: just join it and enjoy.

We are so lucky that no need to queue at all and even able to get a seat. The owner is very nice to introduce and mix whatever you prefer. We tried the ham and truffle cream and Nutella- it’s so yummmy with lots of Nutella filling- feeling a whole bottle of Nutella inside.

We got the number one Suicida sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Our server was named Matteo and he was super friendly. Just amazing service and they gave us recommendations for other things to do. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.
