Very nice restaurant, with vegetarian dishes inspired by Italian and international cuisine. They even made a cheesecake, which I love! Excellent service and kindness.
Vegan restaurant with dishes full of surprising flavors. Special mention for the fried foods and cheeses.

I tried three courses, and they were delicious, but most importantly, each dish was different and sophisticated. The service was excellent, and the location was lovely. I would have liked to try more, because each one was unique and worth trying, so I'll also be back to try the Bakery, which, judging by the bread and focaccia they served us at dinner, looks interesting.

Excellent restaurant. The burger, scrambled egg, and tiramisu were delicious. The sausage was also good. My only disappointment were the fries, which were too big and chewy for my taste. The service was friendly and fast.

Vegan restaurant in the center of Pietrasanta. Everything was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They also have a newly opened bakery nearby.

Sementis is a beautiful vegan restaurant where you'll find highly qualified, friendly, and always available staff and owners. Located in the center of Pietrasanta, in the summer it has a beautiful and well-maintained internal garden. Book well in advance as it's always in high demand. Once you've tried it, it's impossible not to return. You should also try Loro Bakery nearby.

Fabulous vegan restaurant. I tried almost everything on their menu after going there two nights in a row. The flavors of their dishes are truly incredible. I fell in love with the raw tacos and the chicory and pea cappellacci.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
