14/11/2025: The most beautiful place in the world, where you feel at home. Located on a panoramic hill just a minute from the center of Capezzano Pianore, in summer you can fully enjoy the garden surrounded by nature. The food and service are top-notch, and the owner makes you feel at home. There's nothing better in the area.

08/03/2026: Found this on random and gave it a try. It was not bad at all but the value for money is not adequate in my opinion. The mix of appetizers was good but pretty average. I enjoyed the pigeon which I haven't had for years. The tiramisu once again just normal. The service guy was weird with no emotions. The meals are sure fancy but too pricy in comparison with what you can get nearby.

07/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and full of interesting things to see. You walk in, don't order, but you automatically receive the daily menu. We had many dishes, all delicious. The freshly fried bomboloni, the amaro, and the limoncello were also very good. The owner is very kind. Recommended!

28/02/2026: Surprise set menu. What can I say? A true experience. We had a wonderful time, everything was delicious and very filling. Come hungry, otherwise you won't make it to the end of the meal. Handmade tordelli were delicious, I think they're some of the best I've ever eaten. The rosticciana were also special. We'll definitely be back ❤️. Thanks, see you soon!

18/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Excellent hospitality in a family atmosphere. The room was spotless! We ate here every night of our stay and must say we had spectacular paella. We also tried appetizers and pizza, everything was really good! The sangria is also worth trying!

11/03/2026: A cool place away from the main streets. A local pizzeria for locals. Cool atmosphere. The pizza and everything looks amazing. We had the pizza and tiramisu. Great. Very reasonable prices. Very attentive service. I recommend it. We went there again the next day, but the online information said it was open from 6:00 PM, so we decided against it due to our flight at that time.

12/02/2026: I visited La Griglia in San Gimignano and was very satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The typical local dishes are carefully prepared and have an authentic flavor; I recommend the pasta with ragù and the steak, which was really well cooked. I also found the quality/price ratio to be good for the area. I will definitely return when I pass through San Gimignano.

22/03/2026: Coming straight from Sicily, my job is to be a chef, so Chef Pablito tells you I tried the classic lampredotto sandwich with a contrast of salsa verde and spicy salsa... guys, it was incredibly smooth, it tasted like a lindor, the flavor was excellent, just the right amount of greasy, in short, a real treat. Absolutely recommended, definitely worth a try if you come to Florence.

30/12/2025: We chose this restaurant on a beautiful Sunday in November, inspired by the numerous positive reviews, and I must say we were completely satisfied! We sat in the second room, more modern and welcoming than the entrance, and immediately appreciated the elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, fried porcini mushrooms, a delicious roasted porcini mushroom cap, and the inevitable steak! A good red wine accompanied it, and a cream-filled millefeuille for dessert. What can I say... it was an absolutely satisfying lunch. We waited a bit for the meat, probably because the place was crowded, but it was absolutely worth it: quality produce, cooked properly, and beautifully presented... Excellent! The pappardelle with wild boar thrilled the kids, and the mushrooms were the icing on the cake of a lunch that simply leaves you wanting more. Considering the quality of the product, the bill seemed fair for what we ordered. Parking might be a bit difficult along the road that runs through this small corner of Nievole; I'd recommend arriving 10 minutes before rush hour. Otherwise, "Il Pellegrino" keeps all its promises and offers customers a totally positive experience! Top marks!
