27/07/2025: Nice place, excellent service, kind and attentive. Based on the chitarra allo scoglio: The pasta was excellent, the dish overall was quite good... I'm not giving it 5 stars because I would have expected a slightly different seafood. Namely, the seasoning was a bit unbalanced... too much octopus compared to the quantity of mussels and clams. The aromas of the garlic and parsley were missing.

But no review could prepare us for the impeccable service, in Italian and English, the kindness and expertise of the staff, the promptness of our orders, and the extreme attention. We felt pampered and had divine food. In the six years we've been coming to Piombino, we've never eaten so well. Generous portions and divine flavor. Congratulations to this wonderful and superlative place.

31/07/2025: I had dinner here. The service was very attentive and friendly, and the location wasn't anything special in my opinion, but it's definitely not bad. For what I ate, I found the appetizer (eggplant parmigiana) and dessert (mascarpone with chocolate) very good, but I didn't particularly enjoy the main course (sliced Angus beef). The price was slightly higher than I expected based on what I ate, but it's definitely not expensive. Do I recommend it? It depends!!!

24/07/2025: Trovata tramite Trip devo dire che è valsa la pena aspettare più di mezz'ora! Una volta accomodati il servizio è stato celere! L'ambiente semplice ma reso gioviale dal signor Stelvio, un arzillo uomo di 90 anni che gira tra i tavoli, la moglie in cucina a preparare i piatti e i figli a servire.... Le vere Trattorie italiane di un tempo! Fettuccine alla Stelio da provare e arrosto con mandorle top! Pesche al vino con cannella spettacolari così cime il tiramisù! Caffè corretto da chiedere! Prezzi umani! Straconsigliato! Bravi tutti!

08/08/2025: For the first time I cried from the taste of pasta with truffle. It was divine! Words cannot describe these emotions! We ordered 1 dish from each section, a charming waitress who spoke English helped us with our choice. All three dishes were excellent! The cuts were one tastier than the other, the zucchini flowers in batter had a very soft and rich pleasant taste. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the wine went perfectly! The inside of the restaurant is very cozy! When they brought us the bill for 55 €, it seemed very inexpensive to us, we decided to leave 70 €. Only later in the photo I noticed that they did not include desserts (tiramisu and apple pie) and coffee. I really hope that what we left covered the additional costs, if not, we will definitely transfer the missing amount to your account. Thank you very much for such emotions from your dishes. We have not eaten so deliciously for a very long time. Chef - you are cool! By the way, the coffee was also very tasty! We did not regret that we happened to be passing through! Now we will definitely come back!

21/07/2025: We found this place by accident, everything was perfect!! Delicious dinner, super pizza!!! Lovely and welcoming place, really friendly staff. Wide selection of dishes, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon!

12/06/2025: This sport was recommended by our guide for our day in the Tuscany countryside. Manzo was right near our hotel, and we were looking for Florentine steak. The steak with truffles was amazing. My daughter ordered their carbonara and loved it. The restaurant is a great little setup with the cooks preparing food, which is viewable from any seat.

26/07/2025: The location is excellent, but the dishes we ordered were subpar (tasteless risotto, burnt pinsa). The service was extremely slow (we ate two hours later, six of us, and there was a time difference of over an hour between the first and last customer's dishes). The prices were inflated: a basket of fries cost €18!

06/07/2025: I had an amazing meal today at Gilo. My waiter, Aden, was very attentive and kind. Started with an Aperol Spritz which was refreshing and had a hint of sweetness. I had the risotto with shrimp and it was delicious and so cheesy. 😋 Then ended my meal with a tiramisu. It was an overall 20/10. I would definitely come back and highly recommend anyone come here for a meals

16/08/2025: We went there with friends for the first time. It's located in the middle of the factories and port of Livorno, but the food is FABULOUS. Super fresh fish and a typical Livorno welcome.

16/08/2025: An excellent, no-frills place conveniently located for boarding, but not very beautiful and with limited parking. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit. Reservations are recommended, as space is limited.

10/08/2025: The experience was truly exceptional. I found the quality of the food excellent: every dish was prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The order was taken quickly, and the dishes were delivered on time and in a timely manner. The only small flaw, if I really had to find one, was that the payment process took a bit long. But that didn't ruin the evening in the slightest. I'll definitely be back!
