22/03/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant because we were given a Smartbox gift box, it seemed to us the most interesting restaurant in the area to try. We didn't have great expectations because we are not fans of this type of gift box, instead we had to change our minds. It was a pleasant discovery, the smartbox includes 3 courses (appetizer + first course + dessert) and also includes amous bouche, pre-dessert, small pastries, we didn't think so and it was pleasant. The dishes were delicious, the ingredients were quality and with perfect combinations. The staff was kind and the service was fast. The location is more like a wine shop than a restaurant, but still pleasant. We will definitely return to try the à la carte menu or the tasting menu.

18/03/2025: An enchanting place, we stayed one night after having dinner in the restaurant. Unforgettable dinner, everything really excellent and not banal. Staff and owners very kind and helpful. The village where we stayed has been redeveloped as it was in the beginning and is a piece of history. Congratulations and thanks for your Passion. We will certainly return.

11/12/2024: We are a couple without kids. We were looking for a unique and quiet place to explore he landscape by car and mountainbike. We loved everything in locando del molino. The warm welcome, the kindness of the stuff the wonderful, detailed restored mill, the delicious meals makes the stay unforgetable. We recommed to book the half board. We definitly plan to come back. 02/03/2025: Excellent. Wonderful service, the restaurant was already closing, and we arrived in a group of 8 people, and they quickly accommodated us and served us with all the friendliness. The food is really wonderful, from the starter breads (made in-house) to the pastas.

23/02/2025: Ottima cena tutto buonissimo Abbiamo preso i tagliolini al tartufo le pappardelle alle lepre la tagliata di manzo e la tartare di manzo al tartufo il dolce acqua e vino e abbiamo speso 80 euro. A mio parere ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Personale gentile professionale e molto veloce. Consigliatissimo

23/02/2025: This restaurant is located inside the beautiful Grand Hotel which presents a refined, elegant location full of valuable sculptures, the cuisine (whether fish or meat) is always a pleasure for the palate, the dishes are classy and well presented thanks to Chef Giuseppe Mancino (2 Michelin stars), an infinite and prestigious wine list, fantastic and impeccable staff.

08/04/2025: Great aperitif, I finally tried it. My daughter who studies here told me about it, and it was a point of reference on the map when we were looking for a house in Pisa, and it's really worth it! Very kind, friendly and great food

11/03/2025: I went there in 2023 and now 4 times this year, and it’s as good as ever. The pizzas are delicious and the pastries even better. I highly recommend! The shop is also really cute and the workers are very friendly. Incredibly affordable too!
