10/10/2025: The food was good, nothing special. Based on the reviews, I expected something more interesting, more original. The waiters were very friendly. The location was so-so for Piombino.

05/10/2025: Excellent bistro, it was my first time and it certainly won't be my last, because the dishes are delicious, carefully prepared and well-thought out, with generous portions. The staff and service are precise and impeccable, and the interior is well-kept and very charming. From the outside, you can't imagine what the inside is like, so... come in 😉 They're truly great, see you next time!

08/10/2025: A very good pizzeria, with the option to modify a pizza based on intolerances/allergies. My partner chose a pizza without cheese because she was allergic to milk. The server told us it was no problem, and just before serving it, the kitchen noticed that the pizza was milk-free. The server came over to us and explained that the pesto contained a very small amount of cheese, so we also said no pesto. All this to say that they did a remarkable job both in the kitchen and in the service, and that we had a wonderful evening thanks to their professionalism. Their dessert is also very good, and the wine with dessert is excellent.

08/10/2025: I'm only giving it 5 stars because Google doesn't allow 6 stars! Come (yes, I say come because I'm still writing this review here at the restaurant) and eat one of the best pizzas I've ever had—and I've had many in many countries—and enjoy the Panna Cotta and Gelato. And by the way, this gelato is better than any I've had at any ice cream shop here, and I still don't know how to explain the Panna Cotta.

01/10/2025: After a very unpleasant experience in a nearby restaurant, finding this bar was like a breath of fresh air. I didn’t eat here, just had a glass of wine and a lovely conversation with the owner, but it was more than enough to turn my whole evening around. The atmosphere, kindness, and good energy completely washed away the bad feeling from the previous place. Tuscany needs more spots like this! Wishing you all the best and sending warm regards 🫶

06/10/2025: We had ribolitta, Pixmci alla carbonara and gnocchi. All were delicious and excellent. We were truly happy we happened upon this restaurant. Only personal pet peeve is that the music was a tad too loud.

06/10/2025: I recently went to this restaurant twice for dinner and had excellent food and excellent wine in a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The courteous and smiling staff made you feel at ease, and the service was impeccable.

23/06/2025: Compliments, a super bitter and high-proof organic craft beer... then a delicious cutting board and a top pappardella with ragù... but it's not just the food, it's also the very good and attentive Lorenzo who is a truly nice and helpful person, we had a great time and ate very well, a beautiful view and attention to the customer, we came at eight and we saw each other on the terrace at sunset... :) I recommend it!

04/10/2025: We came based on a recommendation but left disappointed. Overpriced a touristic, but to be expected with this location. Vegan options were barely available, and even a basic vegan pasta came with extra charges for every ingredient, which was frustrating. We also felt so rushed by the staff at the end, even though the place wasn’t full at all. Almost like we were being pushed out. Besides that, food was very good and fresh but overall, not a pleasant experience for the price.

12/10/2025: Zero professionalism, if the waiter shamelessly flirts with customers, charging only 2 euros for a sandwich just to keep hitting on me even after being rejected by my partner, and repeatedly asking for her Instagram account. We'll be back to pay full price for the sandwich and explain to this guy that by doing so, he's ruining the business of a restaurant that is an institution in Pisa. Congratulations.

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering food... we ate fried octopus with gazpacho and tuna with caramelized onions... divine dishes, not to mention the sublime desserts... my husband is celiac and ate divinely!! Compliments also for the service and courtesy. We will definitely be back... the Masini family are guests of Sestosenso Suites.

19/09/2025: "We spent too much" is what most people would say. I, on the other hand, say "we paid for what we got." Elegant table settings, all in fabric, refined plates, engraved silver cutlery (replaced with each course). Fantastic lime and pink peppercorn butter; breathtaking red shrimp tartare with stracciatella (or burrata?) foam; aubergine parmigiana elevated to sidereal heights; pavlova worthy of a bow. Add to the excellence of the menu the professionalism and courtesy of the owners and staff.

14/09/2025: This cooking class was an amazing experience, a must when visiting Florence!!! The guide was so kind, funny and really dove into the Italian culture. The pasta and unlimited wine were amazing. We even made friends from the class!

01/10/2025: We enjoyed a truly wonderful lunch. The staff graciously accommodated us with fresh porcini mushrooms, and the wild boar pappardelle was exceptional. The wine they recommended paired beautifully with the meal. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding dining experience.
