On top of that, the service is exceptionally friendly; both the staff and the owner are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended! Everything we ate was a 10/10, especially the beef fillet and the pizzas.

05/04/2026: Beautiful setting, with just a few tables for attentive service, a good wine list, a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, an outdoor space in the woods with a children's play area, excellent quality, cooking, and plating, and friendly staff despite the busy Easter Sunday! 24/04/2026: My family and I stopped by on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM for lunch. There were only two tables left, as the cafe is small. We ordered the business lunch, which includes a main meat dish, a side dish, a quarter liter of wine, coffee, and water, for about €18 per person. Everything was delicious, and the dishes were large! They also have a main menu. The service was fast and the staff was very polite. We really enjoyed it, we're very happy, and I highly recommend it! Everything was very fresh and delicious!

19/04/2026: The best meat I've ever eaten! At the entrance, a butcher's counter staffed by those who truly know their trade; then, the welcome of a casual yet meticulously maintained restaurant. Amazing food, good wine, friendly, fast, and brilliant staff. I mean, what more do you need? You really can't miss this place!! Best to book, it's worth it, as it sells out every night.

You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care put into every dish. The service: The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, taking care of every detail without being intrusive. The personal touch: Even the owner came over and sat down to chat with us at the table! That kind of gesture makes all the difference and makes you feel like an honored guest rather than just a customer. 26/04/2026: I only knew this restaurant by name, and mostly for its seafood. Excellent food (fish, of course), generous portions, excellent customer service, and a more than reasonable price. The only downside, but this is where parents come into play, was the proximity of a child who had been screaming all evening. Otherwise, a well-deserved 5 stars.

Scallops with Spicy Mango and Sour Cream Ice Cream: This dish is truly amazing! The flavors blend perfectly, refreshing and sweet. Slow-cooked beef tongue with wild berries, Ndua sausage, and parsley aioli. The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and layered; definitely worth ordering. Spicy Scallops with Asparagus Cream and White Garlic. Baby squid and clams with asparagus cream and white garlic; overall okay, but slightly less memorable than the previous two dishes. SPAMS LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY The handmade pasta has a fantastic texture, and the seafood is plentiful. It's the kind of dish that's consistently delicious. LAY LAY My first impression was: It looks so ugly? Will it taste good? But one bite and I was completely proven wrong! Paired with peas and bergamot sauce, it's incredibly refreshing and balanced. Beef tenderloin was very tender, and the doneness was perfect. The foie gras was a little too rich for me. Foie gras dessert was something I'd been wanting to try before I even came! The balance of sweet and sour is excellent, not cloying at all – a big plus! Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal; it's a restaurant worth making a special trip to try! They also have a branch in London, so I'm a little curious if the quality there is just as good.

19/04/2026: My wife and I had lunch here a few days ago. It wasn't new to us because, living in Florence, we've had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant before. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. The ingredients are carefully selected and of the highest quality. You can tell they take care and attention to offering the freshest products, respecting the traditions of Italian cuisine, rather than preparing dishes for foreign customers who might not appreciate certain details. You can tell they cook here with skill, passion, and a profound respect for the ingredients. The service is always impeccable. The staff interacts with customers in an extremely discreet manner. Never intrusive, always present at the right time. Finally, the price is more than reasonable for a restaurant in the center. The location is very elegant and refined, in a historic building in the center of Florence. One of the best choices when in Florence!!!!!!!
