28/07/2025: Consigliata da amici, sono andato qua a cenare. Locale rustico (in senso buono) tipicamente toscano con eccezionale colpo d’occhio sulla vallata. Porzioni umane di piatti molto buoni e caratteristici ad un prezzo onesto accompagnato da un servizio premuroso ma mai invasivo.

24/07/2025: Cena tra amici, tutto perfetto. Locale particolare ma a mio gusto, molto bello. Camino in vista, dove viene cotta la carne, e altro camino al centro della sala, molto bello. Personale educato e simpatico. Cibo molto buono e di qualità, vino a piacere personale, ma discreta scelta, e vino della casa che non ha nulla da invidiare ad alcuni vini. Carne spettacolare, cotta al punto giusto, saporita e abbondante. Contorni abbondanti e molto buoni. Ci tornerò sicuramente Consigliato

20/07/2025: The vibes and atmosphere of this restaurant are very authentic and comfortable. We got the Florentine steak along with other sides, the steak was one of the best meals we had while on our trip in Italy. You must try the Florentine steak here!!! It is closely ran, the manager Ilam was very nice and welcoming, along with the other staff that are very hard working. I would 100% recommend and eat here again!

We saw other dishes passing by and I must say they were visually appetizing and carefully prepared! We had the pizza, delicious! Well done to the pizza chefs! I highly recommend this restaurant! You won't be disappointed! We'll be back!

26/07/2025: An excellent surprise in the center of Volterra. You enter into an elegant Tuscan-style setting. But the real surprise is on the palate: traditional dishes, beautifully reinterpreted, of excellent quality, and impeccable service. The wild boar dish... a sensory delight.

26/07/2025: Perfect evening outside on the terrace. The food was outstanding, I had the zucchini carpaccio with a tofu dressing (had to try), brilliant. I had the Trinka, Pork Chop with spinach and cannellini beans. I very rarely eat pork at a restaurant because it’s often overcooked but this was easily the best pork chop I’ve ever eaten. The service was very friendly and efficient we really enjoyed their professionalism and engagement. The wine suggestion was perfect. We were there last month but the delay is fine, as among the great meals we had in Tuscany this was the standout. We would have eaten there every night if we had stayed longer. Many thanks again. 02/07/2025: In a city filled with amazing restaurants, this one stood out as being the most creative we ate at.Traditional dishes with modern flair, beautifully presented. Still trying to figure out how they fried only an egg yolk, keeping it perfectly round. Service was very good and the owner was quite pleasant. We watched many people get turned away for not having reservations, so be warned you'll need to plan ahead!
