21/09/2025: A truly quaint restaurant just steps from the Arno River, offering a wide variety of traditional Tuscan products. We ordered ravioli filled with PGI Chianina ragù and Chianina peposo (a type of stew) with potato flan. From the first bite, you can savor the authentic yet sophisticated flavor. An ancient-recipe cake with orange and cinnamon is also worthy of praise. Highly recommended for a tasty yet sophisticated dinner.

24/09/2025: The atmosphere is simple and informal, the service is average, and the girl serving could be a little friendlier, but the food is truly excellent and high-quality. Everything is fresh, artisanal, homemade, tasty, and natural. The coffee is also excellent.

10/10/2025: A very special place! We were staying at the Le Fontanelle hotel and chose not to have dinner at the hotel to experience this, and it was worth it! It's a unique, family-friendly place where simplicity makes you feel at home. The menu starts at €45.00 per person, including starter, first course, main course, and dessert. There's no cover charge. The food was delicious and very generous. I found the dessert a bit bland, but it didn't take away from the dinner. The house red wine, actually made by them, was delicious! The best house wine of the entire trip to Italy. To top it all off, Bety, the owl, makes the atmosphere and experience even more incredible. It's a worthwhile experience for anyone in the area! The total bill, including 500ml house wines, came to €100.00.

I ordered the Florentine steak, and it was perfection — beautifully grilled, tender inside with that incredible flavor that Tuscany is known for. The waiter recommended a local red wine to pair with it, and it complemented the meal flawlessly. Every bite felt like a true taste of Florence. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable dinner with a view, Lungarno 23 is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city!
