12/07/2025: Just finished an amazing meal on our last night in Firenze. Walter was an amazing host and everything we ate was delicious and high-quality, from the Fettunta to our ricotta/spinach filled ravioli and tagliatelle. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous dinner out. Grazie mille Walter!!

13/09/2025: We came with some friends and the food was exceptional. We had a salad, the Florentina steak (typical), and a tiramisu that was delicious. Absolutely recommend it. And the sweet ending, which is very similar to carquinyolis, is dipping the cake in the sweet wine and eating it. Quite an experience 👍🏻

12/10/2025: I'm speaking for the restaurant... to say excellent or wonderful is simply an insult to them...there are no adjectives to describe it...I've just been a customer there for 20 years... Annalisa, her father, and her mother are truly great; extremely wonderful and down-to-earth people. Come, you'll have a super culinary experience...

08/10/2025: An old-fashioned hotel restaurant, in the best sense of the word. We ate overlooking a beautiful view. And the food did not disappoint. We tried lean ravioli with porcini mushrooms, lamb stewed in a woodland style, and a plate of fried porcini mushrooms. Plus a good house wine. Everything was delicious. Quick and friendly service, reasonable prices. The best dinner of our week-long vacation in Tuscany.

03/10/2025: I’d consider this as fine dining - first restaurant that changes my plate and knife and fork after each course, and the warm staff has the best English level. Dishes are wonderful. Worth a try.

21/09/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we went to this osteria. The dish we had to try was the Chianti risotto. Our expectations were very high, and we can say they were fully met. It's an unexpected dish (in the realm of pici and lasagna), and we'd definitely recommend it. Be warned, cinnamon is one of the ingredients. We'll be back on our next visit to Cortona.

13/10/2025: Good restaurant, a luxury, Rina's service was a 10, a spectacle, I ordered some spaghetti with Bolognese, they were delicious, and the tiramisu was 100. Highly recommended!

21/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a quiet side street right in the center. The hostess herself recommended the truffle pasta to me, and it was by far the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had – and I’ve already tried a lot, haha. Simply heavenly! Also totally recommendable: the starter and the dessert. In my case, the Parmigiana di Melanzane and the panna cotta – both were a dream! Just typically Italian, without any unnecessary frills. The staff and the atmosphere are also very inviting! I would recommend it to everyone and would come back immediately – truly a must in Florence!

Staff won’t hover, but they’re quick to notice when you need something. There’s a sense of calm professionalism that matches the tone of the space. You’re not rushed to finish, and that slower rhythm makes the experience feel more personal. Accessibility is decent, though the layout may be tight for wheelchairs or strollers—worth checking ahead if needed.

08/10/2025: We ended up there by chance because we were still waiting for our hotel manager. Unfortunately, all the tables were taken, but we were allowed to leave our suitcases there and were seated after about 40 minutes. Hungry and slightly cold, we weren't expecting much, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Great, authentic Tuscan cuisine and the best Fiorentina steak! Plus, excellent and attentive service. A top recommendation for Tuscany. Reservations required. Thank you for hosting us.
