02/06/2025: A wedding at Chiostro Cenini, turned out to be a leap in time where modern elegance blends with the atmospheres of history. A sincere thank you to all the staff who proved to be extremely professional, present and caring: they did not let themselves be overwhelmed by our wedding exuberance and were able to respond to our needs; they were able to create a good dialogue with us and made us feel comfortable 🙂. They are nice. A special mention to T. , as promised. PS: only with comfortable shoes.

Consigliato per chi vuol mangiare bene, evitando i soliti locali turistici, anche a costo di spendere un po’ di più (la qualità non ha prezzo!)

07/06/2025: It was the most impressive meal during my honeymoon in Italy. As a chef who cooks Italian food in Korea, this trip was not just a simple rest, but also a journey to experience and learn about the ‘local taste’ firsthand. But this place…it’s really so delicious. You absolutely must try the gnocchi, and you absolutely must finish with the panna cotta. It’s just…so delicious. On top of that, the owners are really, really kind. The man speaks Korean well and even says “Ttabong👍”! The woman also welcomed me so warmly, which made me feel secure. Later, when I run my own restaurant, I thought I wanted to capture this kind of atmosphere and warmth. It was an unforgettable meal during my trip. 24/05/2025: Excellent digestible pizza: Mediterranean with vegetables (zucchini, aubergines and peppers probably pre-cooked in a wood oven... as they used to do... good memories... nowadays almost no pizzeria does it anymore)

05/06/2025: Not a very good experience. Unfortunately, some dishes were not available on the menu they gave us, too bad they only said it when they were taking orders and in my opinion it was not professional for that type of restaurant. As for the food, some were very good like the pici but some were not, the potatoes were served raw, they remade them but this still shows little attention, the green beans were tasteless. Furthermore, there was no possibility of being able to take glasses of wine but only the bottle with high prices, I understand that the wines offered are of superior quality but having more economically accessible wines on the menu would be useful to satisfy even the less demanding customers since the glasses are not available. As for the prices, I personally think they are a bit high given the professionalism demonstrated, for example, the person serving us never explained the dishes such as the cheese tasting so we did not know what we were eating. From a restaurant with those prices you expect more attention to service because the expense must be compensated by the food first and foremost but also by what revolves around it. I hope that the criticism will help you, I will definitely go back for the excellent first courses.

03/06/2025: Best restaurant for miles! Simple but great food, excellent wine list, good selection of gin. Really nice outdoor space with atmospheric string lights and an exposed fire pit. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.

26/05/2025: Visitamos Florencia y Pisa durante un fin de semana largo, en cuanto a la comida, este fue el punto culminante de nuestro viaje. El personal era increíblemente amable, flexible y acogedor y la comida era excelente.

27/05/2025: Thank you dear people of Casa El Vento, for a fantastic stay in every way. This was our first address during our tour through the Chianti and Val d'Orcia, which immediately set the bar sky-high! Thanks to Angela for the upgrade to an apartment. So atmospheric, everything with an eye for detail, we enjoyed every minute. The accompanying Osteria is an absolute must. Nice too, so that you don't have to get out in the evening. The breakfast was also a treat. If you want this, cooking lessons, wine or olive tasting on request possible, all from our own soil. Last but not least, a thank you to Adriana, the spa manager, where we booked the Vinotherapy. Let yourself be surprised and book this in the adjacent wellness. Hope to see you soon!

05/05/2025: We had a family dinner, the atmosphere is welcoming, the owners are very nice and helpful, the dinner was perfect, all the courses were excellent and plentiful, we will definitely be back

04/05/2025: We came across this restaurant by pure chance, while among other things we were looking for a pizza 😂! We ate very well: even a simple mixed fry can be special and very appetizing. I also greatly appreciated the attention given by the owner to our children/teenagers, who were listened to and served first. Kindness is now very rare in people but the owners of this restaurant, two young guys, have it in spades. Thanks to this and their professionalism I will keep a fond memory of the city of Grosseto and if I were to return I will definitely stop in this place.

18/05/2025: Ristorante Maura in Tresana Ristorante Maura in Tresana offers an exceptional culinary experience. The quality of the dishes is top notch and the preparation is excellent. I highly recommend the steak, cooked to perfection. The mushroom dishes and pasta are also delicious. The carefully curated wines complement the menu perfectly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially attentive to children. A visit to Ristorante Maura is an experience not to be missed!
