Con quella nota piccante c he non sovrasta assolutamente la comunione di sapori perfetta e piena di gusto con sapori autentici. L’antipasto molto buono ed una nota particolare sui crostoni alla cipolla. Trovato grazie ad un commento carpito sulla spiaggia. Da provare se si è in zona. Prezzi onesti per la qualità proposta. Servizio impeccabile.

23/02/2025: Una serie di errori e disattenzioni soprattutto sull’aspetto gluten free, ma anche nel servizio, tuttavia a parte alcuni dettagli dei piatti si mangia abbastanza bene, ma ci sono aspettative troppo alte.

24/07/2025: Stayed at the hotel 5 nights and enjoyed dinners and lunches multiple times during our stay, all the staff have been so friendly and nice, even if some of them struggle with English, they still went all the way out to service and help. Food was tip top, that’s also why we had lunch at their mora mora bar everyday, and also twice dinner at Aura the hotel restaurant. We strongly recommend it if you are visiting the region.

27/05/2025: Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet little place. Varied menu, with many first courses available, from meat to fish to pizzeria. I attach some photos of the dinner served in this restaurant. The pizza is cooked in a wood oven, and in winter there is the possibility of dining next to the lit fireplace, which makes this restaurant my absolute favourite. The pizza topped with onion, dried tomatoes and chips, tortelli with gratin cheeses baked, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, seafood salad and frying. I forgot to photograph the pizza, thin and well seasoned. Stupendous.

10/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine at this traditional restaurant in the historic center of Corigliano. Welcomed by our friend Renato, we chose appetizers and B. Cavalieri spaghetti with scorpion fish. A stunning dish, paired with excellent wine.

28/08/2025: We were here two nights. The first night we had Seafood salad (very good). Two starters, one with seafood (very, very good) and one with turnip tops (equally good). For the main course, fried calamari, simply spectacular: soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. The best in town. As a side dish, simple fries, but well-fried. For dessert, a very good Rocher cake. Final verdict on the first night: I recommend you go. Excellent value for money; I would have paid even more for the quality. The second night, we had a mixed fried fish appetizer (9/10), followed by two pizzas. A sausage and fries, and a bufalina pizza. Pizza: 8/10, according to a Neapolitan!

12/10/2025: We dined at the Gandula Restaurant in Cesate, a charming location surrounded by a large green space, making it an ideal destination for important events such as weddings, first communions, and so on. The restaurant has a welcoming indoor dining room, a covered outdoor area, and—the real highlight—a vast, illuminated garden that creates a magical atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the menu is simple yet sophisticated. We ordered risotto with ossobuco (very good) and excellent paccheri with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. We will definitely return to try the cotoletta alla milanese: we saw some magnificent ones paraded between the tables, and it will be our next stop. Although some dishes are a bit pricey, the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance are worth the visit.

11/10/2025: A week after our wedding at this beautiful location, I can begin by saying that it has become a special place for us. From the moment we first arrived at Gandula, we felt a connection with Maddalena, who listened to us and accommodated us in every way (until the day before, I had some people in doubt due to health problems, and even then she was super, which is not a given). The wedding day was perfect and magical, from the ceremony to the aperitif to the lunch. All our guests complimented us on everything! We were happy and thrilled because everything was perfect! 12/08/2025: We ended up here by chance while looking for a quick pizza before visiting Lecce. Delicious pizza, perfect quality and quantity of ingredients! We also had the fried calzones. Everything was perfect. The owners? Fabulous and incredibly kind! Keep up the good work! Congratulations!

15/08/2025: Invited by friends to spend an evening, it wasn't difficult to find parking because the restaurant is located on a wide road on the edge of town. Service was relatively quick, welcoming us with a small plate of pittole. The pizzas (by the meter), light and well-cooked, were tasty. The price is PERHAPS a little (just a little) above average, but that's also due to the fact that, being an outdoor restaurant far from the town center, we found ourselves avoiding the August evening heat, and the children were able to play in the adjacent park.
