Excellent trattoria in the city center, with very inviting daily specials, both meat and seafood, and a good wine list. Very good service. I recommend a stop at this delightful Salento restaurant.

The atmosphere is rustic yet welcoming, with courteous and fairly fast table service. We were pleasantly guided through our choices, and everything was to our liking. I asked for the pasta to be cooked slightly underdone, rather than al dente, and it truly met my taste. These are traditional Salento dishes, simple and well-executed. Prices are commensurate with the quality, and the restrooms are clean. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and well-kept location, very kind and friendly staff. Excellent ingredients, you could taste the authenticity in the food. The food was good, but the flavors were a bit lacking. The panna cotta was fabulous!!!

This is our second year at Vardaceli, and like last year, we're eager to try their dishes again. Traditional, slightly reworked, country cuisine is delicious and well-prepared. The grilled meats are also excellent. The prices are very competitive for the quality. The house wine is highly recommended.

One delicacy after another, we enjoyed a Salento dinner, and more, expertly prepared with excellent ingredients, carefully crafted right down to the plate. Tried at the beginning and end of the season, it has always yielded delicious dishes.
